We are a family of five with three sons (16, 18 and 21) and truly enjoyed staying in the house! There is plenty of space inside and the pool area is private and perfect for reading, playing and relaxing. You need a car, but there is a minimarket and a few cafes in the small town nearby. Old Nafplion is cosy but also somewhat touristed. There are several good options to explore (Epidaurus theatre, Nafplio castle, sandy beaches and a tough run to a small chapell just above the house). The house is therfore an oase to return to. Vicky and Dionysis are super kind and responsive hosts. Thank you so much both for your kindness and an amazing stay!

Xapa et son mari Zisis ont été des hôtes parfaits ! Ins nous accueilli autour d'un superbe barbecue le soir de notre arrivée avec de délicieux plats traditionnels grecs réalisés par leurs soins, ils font tout ce qui est en leur possible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable ! De plus, la maison et son terrain sont parfaitement entretenus. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer leur famille qui était tout aussi chaleureuse, de nombreuses attentions au rdv. Ne pas hésiter à se rendre dans ce charmant endroit proche de Nafplio ! Je recommande de tout cœur ! Merci encore à vous ! Jeremy

Io e la mia famiglia ringraziamo Santos per l'ospitalità. Lui è stato estremamente disponibile e accogliente. L'appartamento risulta essere come descritto e con tutto il necessario per poter avere un buon soggiorno con una famiglia con 3 bambini. Sicuramente se torniamo in questa zona sappiamo dove alloggiare. Grazie Santos.

We had a wonderful stay. George was very responsive, and his father was so kind. We got all the help we needed, and they were available at all times and for every request. The house is adorable, with a beautiful garden and an amazing view of the sea and the fields and orchards around. The house was cleaned and tidy, and equipped with everything we needed and more. We are already thinking of the next time.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem großen Haus war rundum angenehm. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem gemütlichen Kamin und der großzügigen Menge an Feuerholz war ein absolutes Highlight. Die bereitgestellte frische Wäsche und die sauberen Handtücher haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer war makellos sauber. Besonders toll war die Lage des Hauses, die es uns ermöglichte, die umliegenden Dörfer zu erkunden. Besonders empfehlen können wir einen Besuch der beeindruckenden Tropfsteinhöhle in Kapsia – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία διαμονής. Το σπίτι όπως οι φωτογραφίες, ο κήπος μεγάλος και ιδανικός για τον σκύλο μας. Η περιοχή πολύ κοντά σε Βυτίνα και Λεβίδι. Ωραία χαλάρωση και ησυχία. Ο Γιάννης ήταν άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και πολύ βοηθητικός. Φυσικά και προτείνεται.

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Πολύ όμορφο διακοσμημένο και cozy σπιτάκι άνετο και ευρύχωρο πιο μεγάλο από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες πολύ καθαρό και σε πολύ καλό και κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης!Η οικοδέσποινα απόλυτα συνεννοήσιμη και βοηθητική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!Θα προτιμήσουμε ξανά πολύ σύντομα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Le séjour chez Nikos restera pour nous l’une de nos plus belles expériences de vacances : le cadre est absolument exceptionnel !!! La terrasse est un vrai paradis, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer, la décoration est à la fois originale et chaleureuse, il y a une petite crique en contrebas où nous avons pu nous baigner seuls ! C’est à 25 mn de Nauplie qui est charmante et à proximité de Mycènes et d’Epidaure. Nikos est très accueillant et a eu à cœur d’anticiper tous nos besoins. Nous recommandons à 100 % !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in un alloggio davvero bello, posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato. Alloggio pulito e ordinato, con tutti i confort, sembrava di essere a casa! Harry una persona molto disponibile attenta ad ogni richiesta del cliente! Un accesso da una scalinata porta ad una spiaggetta privata, permette quindi di farsi un bagno agevolmente e senza dover prendere la macchina. Negozio alimentare vicino e volendo spiaggia libera con lettini dati insieme ad un ombrellone. Siamo rimasti una settimana, posizione ottima x visitare i siti archeologici vicini, Micene Olimpia. Insomma 10 e lode per tutti! Grazie Harry per la splendida vacanza! Consigliatissimo!

Περάσαμε 2 νύχτες στο σπίτι του Φιλίππου. Ήμασταν λίγο ατυχείς με τον καιρό και το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν κρατούσε θερμοκρασία παρόλο που το σπίτι είχε θέρμανση. ευτυχώς ο Φίλιππος ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και μας έφερε μια σόμπα, με την οποία το δωμάτιο ζεστάθηκε πολύ καλά. οι χώροι του σπιτιού ήταν άνετοι και η επικοινωνία και η επικοινωνία με τον Φίλιππο εξαιρετική.

Danai met us and showed us around. Explained how everything worked. Very friendly and had a great guest book with all kinds of suggestions and itinerary. Her place was warm on cold nights and comfortable. We took advantage of her eggs and oranges and had scrambled eggs and toast with fresh squeezed OJ. There's a juicer above the glasses. The Agripostacwas so quiet and peaceful. Sat out on the porch listening to the rain one night. Close to Epidaurus and Nafplio. Definitely recommend eating at Zervas if you get a chance. I'm so glad we booked with Danai.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

Giorgios's house is peacefully set among orchards far away from the touristy, noisy town that Nafplion has become yet close enough to enjoy Nafplion's many shops and restaurants. Wonderful beaches are only a short drive away. Above all, Giorgios's communications were always immediate and helpful. For example, on our last night, as we drove into the driveway, our Avis rental car broke down. Unable to reach Avis by phone that night or the next morning, Giorgios arranged for a superb driver in a new Mercedes to pick us up and take us to Athens. Put another way, Giorgos was always available to help out. We were only two people, but the house easily can accommodate more in a beautifully landscaped lot with a wonderful swimming pool. Great stay!

Επισκεφθήκαμε το σπίτι τις ημέρες του πάσχα και περάσαμε πάρα πολύ ωραία! Ο κήπος πάρα πολυ ωραίος, το σπίτι τεράστιο και πολυ ανετο, ολα τα δωμάτια πολύ ωραία και η σοφίτα επισης. Πολύ πιθανο να ξανα ερθουμε !

The place exceeded our expectations. It was more beautiful than in the photos . Very clean and spacious we were a family of 5 with 3 teanagers . We drive throughout the Peloponnese region. Very relaxing and gorgeous view and close to amazing bakeries and restaurants and beach in town few minutes away . Close to Nafplio and Hydra island . Korina is superb . She is friendly and always available and helpful . We loved everything about the place . Will definitely come back again .

During booking we had minor reservations about the levels of privacy as we were aware of there being 3 villas on the large plot. We needn’t have worried. The communication with our host prior to arriving was excellent and continued to be so during our stay. The villa is very well equipped and of a size that can easily accommodate 6 people. The pool was clean and very well used and much enjoyed by ourselves and the ‘private’ beach although quite narrow was a real bonus and again much utilised. The Astros Marina area is authentically Greek with many more Greeks appearing to take their vacations there than overseas visitors which for us was a major positive. We were given invaluable information by our host about local restaurants, sites and areas of interest that each met with and often surpassed our expectations. Check in was very smooth and any help and assistance required was always very prompt and on hand. We have no hesitation in recommending the Astros Sea View Villa.

The place was perfect for our stay in Navplion. Just a short drive outside the main city, afforded us a beautiful view and quiet evenings. The pool was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The suite itself was spotless with a nice living room and kitchen. If you do want to use the kitchen, we would recommend picking up everything you need including coffee, cooking oil and spices. Breakfast is also available at a cost of 10€ per person. The hosts were super helpful and positive. Would stay again!
