We stayed here 5 nights during the Christmas week high season. It’s about 5 min and $20USD by taxi from center of town, or a quick 15 minute bus that’s available 100m outside the apartment A few pros and cons: Pros : - really helpful and responsive host. We ran into some technical issues with the washer on Christmas Eve, and host walked me through the workarounds - we said the extra smaller bedroom was cold ( that bedroom doesn’t have heat), and host immediately gave a space heater - really good amenities and kitchen utensils— we were able to cook , quite important considering everything was shut down on 24/25/26 cons points to consider : - the ice isn’t cleared right outside the apartment …you have to be quite careful walking , especially if you’re not used to walking on ice. Can be slippery. - nothing close by , so factor in the travel time to and from center (taxis are expensive but there’s a bus readily available )

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man brauchte,alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Öystein hatte uns Vorschläge für Restaurants und ähnliches gemacht. Die Lage ist perfekt, vieles direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Tromsö.

You need to like small cosy places to enjoy staying here. We were prepared for that and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights here. The place is warm, tidy and well maintained. Wifi is reliable. Siv is a terrific communicator. It’s an easy walk to the main part of town and also to various tour pick up points.

Smart apartment and very close to the center city with everything you need. The communication was easy and all the apartment was perfectly clean. I should recommended that place to have incredible days at Tromsø.

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Beautiful apartment and beautiful scenery. Super responsive and helpful host. On the first day we had car troubles and after calling we received help from the host within 20 minutes. They even offered to help us with our bags when we were checking out. We had a great time, thank you for everything!

Une petite maison très « cosy » avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour profiter d’un séjour avec plein d’activités : aurore boréales, chiens de traîneau, ice-dome Camp Tamoc, whale-watching, randonnée en raquettes…. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et surtout votre amabilité. Nous avons pu arriver dans la matinée et partir une semaine le soir vers 17h. On reviendra certainement ! Nous conseillons vraiment ce logement 🙏🙏🙏.

Beautiful condo with the prettiest view! Erlend was super helpful and responsive. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and super cozy. Close to the bus stop and easy to access. I felt right at home!

Wir haben uns in Simens Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist traumhaft gelegen an einem Fjord, weg von den Lichtern der Stadt, aber trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in Tromso und am Flughafen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Ebenso gibt es Zugang zum Steg am Fjord mit einem Wahnsinnsausblick. Simen wat super hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Had the best time staying here! Super cosy, quaint place, extremely clean and well-kept, very well-stocked with everything that we needed and more. Tore is such an accommodating and friendly host; he was so responsive, gave great recommendations, and he was extremely generous in allowing us flexibility regarding check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home in Tromso!

It's a beautiful house, just beside a school. It's cozy and clean. Kai is a wonderful host and helped with every small thing even with a language barrier It's a little away from the city but bus num 42 drops you right at the house so no major issues there. Just remember to figure out a mode of transport back after aurora chasing as buses stop around midnight and taxis charge a bomb! A comfortable, amazing stay ❤️

Therese has a beautiful place, very well equipped and cosy. We stayed there in winter and the place is conveniently located close to the city’s cross country skiing tracks and the aurora-spotting lake. It’s also super close to the bus stop to get into the city center. For us it was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation in Tromsø

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir konnten flexibel einchecken und man hat sich direkt wohnlich gefühlt. Eine Minute entfernt ist ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, in welchem man alles bekommen kann für ein paar Tage. Falls man Fragen hatte, hat der Gastgeber schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Um in die Stadt zu kommen, muss man nur 10 - 15 Minuten laufen - das war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit den nötigsten Gebrauchsgegenständen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Great location right opposite supermarket and near bus stops. 5 mins from the centre. Communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. The house stayed warm with temperatures of up to minus 10 outside. The kitchen is well equipped and always available hot water in the bathroom. The only small criticism I would make is as it is their home there is minimal available storage for guests which is a little issue when you need multiple layers for the Winter weather. Tromso is great, airport only minutes from town. Easy access to town and harbour for fjord tours. multiple outdoor snow activities available with minimal driving. We enjoyed snowshoeing and Reindeers. We really enjoyed our time there and always felt warm and comfortable at "home" after fun in the snow outside.

Great place and the heated floors were amazing. Very big spacious bathroom. We had a car so the location worked for us.

Alloggio bellissimo in posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro di Tromsø. Fermata dell'autobus vicinissima. Alloggio pulito dotato di tutto il necessario (servirebbe uno scolapasta .. solo per italiani), pulito, bellissimo con una bellissima finestra dal quale guardare la neve che scende. Hoste molto carina e disponibile che mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Lo consiglio a tutti. Se torneremo a Tromso alloggeremo nuovamente qui. Grazie

Elena's place is in the heart of Tromsø. A short walk away from everything you need. It also has a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. We stayed in winter and it was always warm and cosy. Elena is a brilliant host who looked out for us and gave helpful suggestions.

Enjoyed my stay at Iben’s accommodations! She was very quick to respond to any issues that I faced, making my stay comfortable and safe. It is a short 10 minutes walk from the Scandic as well, which seems to be the hub location for pick up of many of the tours provided by other operators. Would definitely recommend to stay if you’re looking for a quiet, cosy accommodation in Tromso!

I'd recommend this lovely apartment without hesitation. It's small but very efficiently laid out (if you're like me you'll find this pleasing!) and I found it the perfect size for me as a solo traveller - I'd also happily stay there with my partner as we're happy being in close quarters. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen has everything you could need and the shower pressure is great. The location is a short walk from town and it's up the hill so has nice views! Incidentally my best view of the northern lights was from the porch, though I guess that was luck... Sture gave me all the instructions I could need upfront and it was very easy to find and get in. He was also very responsive. There was one evening where the people in the main house were being quite loud late at night, and he rang me back immediately and told me he would sort it out (they stopped soon afterwards). Other than that the flat was mostly very quiet and peaceful. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks Sture :)

Great place for family of 6..beautiful surrounding overlooking the sea. Kjetil is very friendly and helpful during our stay. My boys enjoyed playing sled in the ski using his kids’ sleds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

This apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. Excellent living space, furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable beds and great showers. Easy access to the airport. Very efficient bus service on your doorstep . Great views. Very quiet. Within walking distance of town centre, time dependant on weather conditions. Would recommend buying a bus pass if you were staying more than a couple of nights and you didn't have your own transport. Would recommend this apartment.

Logement petit mais propre et très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, proche du centre ville de Tromso (10 min à pied) ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer. Le lit est un peu petit mais c'était suffisant pour une semaine. Lasse a été très disponible par message avec des instructions claires et même quelques recommandations.
