Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, für uns optimaler Erholungsort. sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der riesige Strand ist sehr schnell zu Fuß ss zu erreichen, maximal 5 Minuten. Der kleine Laden im Haus hat hervorragendes Brot, Käse, Schinken,... und das nötigste wie Getränke, Nudeln, Konserven. Parkplätze vor oder neben Haus. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung alles die nicht den Riesentrubel brauchen, sondern ein kleiner Ort am Meer zum Entspannen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento con la mia fidanzata per una vacanza di una settimana. Il posto è veramente carino; il paesino di Parghelia è tranquillo, offre tutto. Marco e suo padre, fin dall'inizio, si sono dimostrati molto alla mano e presenti per qualsiasi necessità e gli altri inquilini del palazzo sono sempre stati cortesi e disponibili. Sicuramente, sia dal lato umano che dal lato puramente paesaggistico, è un posto che consiglierei.

Antonella è stata gentile e chiara nell’indicarci le caratteristiche dell’alloggio. Si vede che tiene particolarmente alla casa di suo padre ed in effetti è come essere a casa propria. Non mancava niente per passare un sereno soggiorno. Unico consiglio che possiamo dare è di collegare il tubo di scolo del condizionatore direttamente nel lavatoio adiacente in modo da non preoccuparsi di svuotare il secchio utilizzato per raccogliere la condensa. In quanto nel caso fuoriuscisse creerebbe disagi agli inquilini del piano sottostante. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene ed abbiamo passato dei bei giorni accompagnati dai tramonti magnifici dal terrazzino di casa.

Smooth check in, host always responded quickly, the apartment was very clean, exactly like on the photos, nice view from the balcony, lovely beach which had both enough sun and shadow spots throughout the day, and in the period of our stay there were hardly any other people, therefore very calm and chill beach experience, perfect for a relaxed stay. The apartment had convenient private parking and with the car it is very close to Pizzo centre. The wifi did not always work well for our devices in the apartment but everything else was great, we enjoyed our stay very much! would recommend and book it again!

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Beautiful place and a very helpful host. We arrived to Pizzo early in the morning with heavy backpacks and Bruno told us where we can drop them. The check-in was 8 hours later, we made 15km between morning and then so it was an invaluable help! Also when we finally arrived, the backpacks were already inside the apartment, along with our jackets. The place is clean and furnished with antiques, you can also see the Tyrrhenian Sea from the window. Absolute gem of a find, highly recommended!

L'appartamento si trova in un complesso tranquillo, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera di Punta Safó. Si tratta di una spiaggia sabbiosa, dal mare limpidissimo e generalmente poco affollata. L'appartamento é dotato di una terrazza ampia dalla quale si puó vedere il mare; ci sono anche un tavolo, delle sdraio ed un divanetto. La cucina é ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire; molto apprezzate la cassa bluetooth in salotto e la libreria in camera. Dirk é un host preciso e attento ma un grazie speciale va a Lisa, la quale di fatto ci ha accolti, consigliati ed é sempre stata disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Super consigliato!

We chose Gianluca's MiNuMa apartment as it was great value, in a quiet location and an easy walk to the beach and town. We were really impressed by the space and practical layout of the apartment and it was furnished with comfort and style in mind with lots of attention to detail as well as Sicilian biscuits, aperitif and snacks to greet us on arrival. All instructions and information were super clear and special thanks for recommending a fantastic place for breakfast pastries - 'da Paolo') and for being immediately responsive to any need we had.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten problemlos die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.

Sehr schönes Apartment groß und gut Eingerichtet. auch die Terrasse ist auch sehr groß Küche alles vorhanden und es gab auch eine eigene Waschmaschine ein großes Badezimmer und ein großes Doppelbett und noch ein Einzelbettzimmer , Esstisch, Fernseher und eine gemütliche Couch & Grillen und Air Condition . Und ein sehr sehr nettes und freundliches ,hilfsbereites Personal Insbesonders Fr. Christina Mit einen Wort Fabelhaft !!! Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

选择住在这里是我最正确的选择，我在这里度过了很美好很舒适的时光！感谢房东Marenya，她就像亲人一样如此热心的帮助我解答一切，和关心我。刚到的时候，我发出一个下车的地址，Marenya立刻出现在我的眼前。用车载我到住处，她非常熟练的带我浏览了一遍家里，教我怎么使用用品。房间意想不到的美丽，非常整洁，干净，我特别喜欢家里的装饰，比照片的好看太多了！床很大很舒服，客厅很漂亮，厨房设备齐全……之后，Manreya 带我去了超市买了未来几天的食物，Marenya非常有趣，我很喜欢她的性格！还给我介绍了意大利很多好吃的，也给我买了食物和水☺️当我发现忘记买意大利酱，Marenya第二天给我买了两瓶送到房间，冰箱里她准备了很多饮料，非常多感动！如此完美的体验❤️❤️❤️

Luca es un excelente anfitrión, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar! desde el principio nos dio una guía de todos los lugares de interés. El piso es como en las fotos, es fresquito y cuando hace demasiada calor cuenta con aire acondicionado portatil (funciona bien) cuenta con una enorme terraza! Tiene todo lo que necesitas! la Estación de Ricadi está a 20 Min a pie. La playa de Groticelli a 5 min, Tropea a 15 min (todo en coche) Todo fue muy hermoso, las playas en general son una maravilla y desde luego repetiremos. Gracias Luca :)

Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno . Un bell’appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso nel verde, richieste accontentate per quanto riguarda la presa in prestito di utensili da cucina che l’host ci ha gentilmente dato, comodità della posizione per raggiungere Tropea e dintorni (ovviamente con la macchina, dato che la casa affaccia sulla statale). Host gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile e reperibile. Vivamente consigliato

Lovely place with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. Good location in the heart of the Pizzo old town with lots of restaurants nearby and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. When we arrived Angela was there to greet us and there were lots of groceries ready for us like bread, vegetables, fruits and even homemade marmelade. Very good place to stay in Pizzo!

Dal momento che siamo arrivati al momento che siamo partiti, Alessandro è stato un host assolutamente fantastico. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolto personalmente, aiutandoci con i bagagli e facendoci fare un tour del suo splendido appartamento. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli per la colazione e le spiagge vicine da visitare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, Alessandro è stato prontamente disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ogni volta che gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose, ha una vista incredibile sul mare e una grande terrazza che era perfetta per guardare il tramonto o per prendere il nostro caffè al mattino. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo questo bellissimo appartamento!

Situé en hauteur, le domaine de MARASUSA vous propose une superbe vue sur TROPEA, autant le matin que le soir, au coucher de soleil. Entretenu quotidiennement par Carmelo, l’intendant infatigable et très réactif, le site dispose d’une piscine très propre et bien pensée, de pelouses vertes arrosées tous les jours, d’arbres taillés…Superbe domaine …. L’appartement de MEYKE et GUY, très propre, et bien rangé, dispose d’une belle terrasse ouverte, délimitée par des murs et haies. Dans l’appartement, il y a aussi une Clim au top, une salle de bain très sympa, mais aussi beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est super appréciable. Belle location ….

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Blick vom Balkon auf dem Stromboli, die wunderschönen Pflanzen und der Sonnenuntergang waren atemberaubend. Wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung. Es war einfach alles wunderschön.🤩

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen zu 100%. Als kleine Familie waren wir zu viert dort. Mehr Personen würde ich nicht empfehlen, weil der Platz knapp sein würde. Die Kommunikation, der Empfang von Denis wären stets einwandfrei. Wenn etwas gefragt wurde und wir Hilfe benötigt haben, z.B. Stromauswahl, wurde schnell und zielführend geholfen. Man sollte ein Auto haben, sonst wird es mit dem Einkaufen und die Gegend anschauen schwierig, weil der Wohnkomplex ziemlich abgelegen ist, was für einen entspannten Urlaub gar nicht so schlecht ist. Wir können das Objekt zu dem angebotenen Preis ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen und danken den Gastgebern für alles.
