As a host with several rental properties of my own, I truly appreciate when a listing lives up to its description—and this one absolutely did. Stephanie was a fantastic communicator, making the process seamless from start to finish. The property was spotless and well-maintained, exceeding our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning for another trip soon!

Loved the location of this house – close to Durango, and the ski resort! With four single skiers staying together, the number of beds and bedrooms was perfect, and the hot tub felt great at the end of each day. My only suggestion would be to improve the skillets in the kitchen. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans.

Susans B&B was Wonderful... comfortable ...roomy... felt like HOME ... well equipped .. every thing you could need and more...

It was great I was hesitant staying in a place that someone lived in, but it was fine.

We absolutely love this Airbnb! It’s spacious, well-equipped, and had everything our group needed for an amazing stay. We try to book this cabin every year for Ice Fest, and we were so stoked to secure it again this year. The kitchen is fantastic, perfect for cooking group meals, and the entire space is ideal for accommodating larger groups. Everything about this place is top-notch—truly an amazing spot to relax after a full day of climbing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

This was the perfect little spot on the mountain. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and spices. The filtered water in the fridge was also a nice addition. Really easy access to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a return visit, which speaks to the quality and comfort of their place for us. Excellent location, convenient amenities, and parking included. David was very responsive and called me directly on the phone when a building issue arose. The room still felt dry even with the humidifier on overnight, but it could be from the environment as a whole. All in all, staying at their rental made our whole trip much more enjoyable and relaxed, and I would stay there again if we revisit Telluride.
