Great Host, clear check-in and check out instructions. Loved the location, very close to eat out options and super market. Felt right at home and the home was conveniently stocked for coffee and kitchen amenities. Definitely recommend the stay.

This home was so cute and conveniently located by local restaurants and bars. We loved walking around the area and checking out local places. There was set of candy with a note that said happy Halloween when we got there. It was such a nice gesture! Everyone we contacted was very nice and helpful. They were personable too so it didn’t feel like we were talking with a robot. Had a great experience at this rental and would love to come back at some point in the future. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Very clean, modern home, peaceful neighborhood. Lots of space inside and outside of the house. Close to many grocery stores so it was quick to grab things we forgot. 10-15 minute drive to downtown was convenient. Overall a great house and very responsive host

It was a very beautiful accommodating home, not just for the us but also for our children. everything you need and more is provided for and just makes you feel at home, and comes with the bonus of the beautiful view.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were wonderful, the apartment was clean and the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The area was gated and we did feel pretty safe. They offered a garage but our Suburban was too large for it so we used their complimentary parking pass in the main parking area and someone did break into our car's extra storage compartment. Luckily, we had emptied the contents so they walked away empty handed.

Nice little place, its only 7 min away from the casinos but, unfortunately the ride share was charging $80 for that short drive. Had to drive since its not a safe walkable road. Not ideal for us since we like to have a some drinks. Other than that the place is nice just a little too dusty, i left my clothes on top of the night stand and got dirty. The floor needs a good cleaning as well specially the rug in the bathroom. The towels need to be replaced, some had stains and the body towels are falling apart, I started drying off and I got full of fabric, Jumped back in the shower and dried with the hand towel instead.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and offered stunning views. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the experience seamless. We stayed in the master bedroom, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and we couldn’t hear any neighbors, making for a peaceful retreat. We also enjoyed the scenic walking path around the lake. The Water Bar was a great spot with delicious food and breathtaking views, and the coffee shop downstairs was a perfect morning stop. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return!

Great little condo in north lake. Has everything you need, cozy feel to it. The private beach was perfect for our little one, and super convenient. I would say the pictures of the beach access are a bit misleading - it appears that the condo is right on the beach (but just on the top floor, as we had expected to go up the stairs per the listing information) but in fact it’s the farthest building from it. It’s only a short walk through the condo complex, but still, we went into the weekend thinking we’d have the beach right outside the door and that wasn’t the case.

This was our second stay in this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. It is beautifully designed, very conveniently located, perfectly furnished and equipped, and truly meets all of our family's needs. We love Northstar and this condo and hope to return for a third visit!

good spot to stay close to the lake. few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurant. the living room is big and kitchen well equipped. it is great that they have a pack and play and a high chair for kid.

Great choice for a private and quiet Airbnb in the Incline Village. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lake Tahoe

It was really great experience staying at Evolve’s place, we love the interior design and structure, the small extra study room was nice really. Hope we have another chance to stay again in the future!
