the place was great. very private, even though an apartment, it had no neighbor's. very clean and well laid out. thank you!

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice place

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Excellent location! We were here for a week for a work training and were only minutes away from west Asheville and downtown Asheville (also very close to the blue ridge parkway entrance). The airbnb is clean, quiet and safe. Very peaceful in the evenings. We were very comfortable here and had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for Furman, Greenville sites and activities. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and needed things. Home has been completely renovated and was so nice.

Andrew place was very lovely. It was very spacious and very clean! Loved the corner little bench right by the window, it was very cozy. The hottub was amazing and relaxing! The house felt really cozy and comfortable. The stores around the area aren't even that far from the place. I'll definitely come back again!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. From the beginning of the trip to the end it was perfect. Communication with Trace (the host) could not of been easier and the amount of information about the house and the area that was provided was very useful. Check in, to include getting there and parking was easy. The house itself was sparkling clean and had every amenity anyone would need. This is the perfect location for couple friends having a vacation together or families just wanting to get away. Getting to downtown was also easy. I would recommend going back and forth between ride share services to get the timing and type of vehicle you need. Check out was easy as well. Overall this was just a great experience. To quote one of my guests “this place could not be better for us. It’s awesome”.

A most pleasant place to stay

Enjoyed my time at Lindsey’s Apple Valley villa. The studio had everything needed for a great stay

It is a great set up and a very charming apartment. Beautiful decorated and very clean. We had a small issue with the AC but our host was very responsive and fixed the issue at our convenience. The only issue we had was with noise. The host offers ear plugs which did help. Overall we found the place to be great and in the heart of the Asheville scene

Location, location, location. Very walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries. Very clean and well decorated.

We loved staying at Joslyn's place. Everything was perfect, just as described ,and the location is great for walking around the area, sight-seeing, shopping, eating out, and visiting art galleries and live music venues. The condo itself is super comfortable and offered everything we needed plus some. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great stay! Rory was very accommodating to our needs. This location is great and walkable to the main downtown strip. We will definitely be back!

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very central location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in a couple minutes walk. Highly recommend.
