PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

Khati’s place was great and I felt like home over there. Even the Bonnie, he’s the sweetest. Will surely get back again and stay with her.

stayed at cosey home for a week,felt right at home. the place matched the pictures. it was really clean and warm inside, and the host was super responsive. I could not charge my phone so she got her mom who leaves nearby bring me a 3-point outlet. thank you Shorena

She was very friendly and a very nice person. She responded me really quickly through text so the check-in was really smooth. The room was really neat and clean and there were many amenities including bathrobe, towels, bottle opener, and more. Overall, this was a really good place and I can fully recommend this place.

10/10 place to stay, if you are in Tbilisi you must stay at this excellent place. Hosts are very good

Es hat alles gepasst, Ninuca ist eine wirklich hilfsbereite und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, als wir etwas von Ihr brauchten hat Sie trotz einer Demonstration welche alle Straßen blockierte und den Verkehr zum Stillstand brachte den Weg auf sich genommen um uns behilflich zu sein. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, wir waren vollauf zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder...

Responsive and kind hosts. The home is warm and cozy. There is everything you need for living. One of the best places I visited during my trip. Special thanks for taking care of the cats :D

We had a wonderful time at the villa during our holiday. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool, seating area, and BBQ were the main highlights of the villa. The breathtaking view of the mountains from the villa was simply mesmerizing. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a few guests over. There is ample parking space for your car outside the villa. While the pool was clean, the water was a bit cold. All the necessary amenities were provided, making our holiday stay truly worthwhile.

Приехали к Zaze перед самым годом. Это большой частный дом, нас разместили в просторной гостиной где были 2 кровати + спальня большая кровать. В гостиной на столе нас ждало приветствие от хозяев вино, чача, фрукты и сладости. Очень приятно, мы уставшие с дороге перекусили и легли спать в застланные белоснежные постели. Хозяин Zaza и Нино очень добрые и внимательные хозяева, люди православной веры на все наши желания были отзывчивы, всячески помогая и организовывая наш досуг. Мы очень благодарны этим людям, за время проведенное у них. Будем помнить и обязательно если будем в Тбилиси заедем к ним опять!

Апартаменты очень понравились, останавливались там семьей с 2 детьми, хозяин очень отзывчивый, вид из окна потрясающий на весь Тбилиси, ночью особенно красиво, все горит и светится, нам очень понравилось, мы бы хотели почаще тут останавливаться.

So good that we came back and stayed for another month 👍 the local gym in the complex is very good also and shops are always open. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed in Qeta’s home for a month and had a wonderful experience. Not only is the home beautiful, modern and spacious, but Qeta was responsive to our question and extremely flexible with our schedule. I would stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Our another prolongation of stay and still everything is good. Great neighbourhood is even better before the new year when people decorate their balconies and surroundings.

Amazing and very beautiful villa with heated indoor pool and Penthouse with great view. Tengiz is a wonderful host and very helpful. never failed to reply to our queries on time. thanks to Tengiz we had a very pleasant stay.

Victoriaさんは、とても親切で必要に応じてサポートしてくれました。家は清潔で、4部屋あるうちの1部屋になり、洗濯機と電子レンジは共有スペースにありますが、それ以外は部屋の中で完結できます。最寄りのスーパーマーケットやバス停までは徒歩15分程度、そこから街へ行くことができるので問題ありません。周辺の環境として夜は静かですが、道に犬が多いので苦手な人は車の方が良いかもしれません。ありがとうございました！

One of the best place we've stayed at. Otar was very responsive to our needs, and the patio is great!

I rented this apartment for several months and had a wonderful stay. It's spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. The metro station is just a five-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. In winter, the heating worked perfectly and kept the apartment nice and warm. The host was very responsive and always available.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ruth's apartment. It was very spacious and cozy. I especially appreciated that the bathtub was perfectly clean and in good working order. The instructions were clear, and the host was proactive and polite. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Tbilisi! 😊

We had a great time with the van! Everything was super easy, Joni pickt us up at the airport even though it was super early and explained everything to us. Then we got to explore all the corners of Georgia. Even though it was November, the van was comfortable and cosy, and with the sleeping bags we brought with us we didnt even need the heating at night. The van worked without problems and we felt very confident on the roads ;)

บ้านที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดในทริปนี้ เดินไปได้ทุกที่ ไม่ไกลจาก Liberty Square มีห้าง มีSuper อยู่แถวๆนั้น เดินไปกินขนมปังกรวยมีไส้ที่ร้าน Lumier ไปซื้อของที่ Carrefour City/ Spar ก็อยู่ตรงข้ามบ้าน+อีกร้าน แถวๆนั้นก็มีร้านอาหาร บาร์เยอะแยะ สั่ง Woltมาส่งก็ได้ Nino ให้เราฝากกระเป๋าต่อได้ เช็คเอาท์เลตได้ถ้าไม่มีคนมาพักต่อ เพราะกลุ่มเรากว่าจะบินก็เที่ยงคืนครึ่ง ห้องนอนมีสองห้อง ห้องบนกับล่าง นอนสี่คนพอดีมาก ซักผ้าตากแป๊ปๆก็แห้ง ทำอาหารกินที่โต๊ะกลางบ้าน สะดวกมาก

Было очень приятно находиться в таких интересно спроектированных апартаментах с обилием дерева, картин и аутентичных вещей. Я отлично провела время в таком уютном и эстетически приятном месте. Общение с Димитрием было превосходным. Я буду скучать по этому дому. 🤗

Отличный вариант для данной локации. шикарный район, тихий, несмотря на множество ресторанов, в пешей доступности от центра. Квартира мансардная, поэтому совсем в дикую жару придется постоянно гонять кондиционер - быстро нагревается, но это не минус, просто небольшая особенность. Есть совсем неочевидная фишка внутренного двора - в самом конце есть очень неплохая детская площадка, нашли случайно когда пошли изучать колорит грузинских дворов ). Так же, недалеко(5 мин), за театром есть фонтаны и шикарная детская площадка в тени, что очень актуально для Тбилисского лета :) По квартире все что нужно - в наличии, не разваливается :) Отдельная благодарность хозяевам за потрясающую отзывчивость и четкие понятные инструкции.
