Mai is a very attentive host and has made sure we were comfortable, there was an issue regarding noise however Mai moved us to a better apartment and compensated us with vouchers which was very kind of her, i would recommend staying here as it was good value for money too and has a lot of amenities.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly gracious, and the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The place looked exactly as described, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

My multi-generational family, from to 2 to 70, enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with our luggage during check-in, transport ideas and a quick fix of the Wi-Fi. The location can’t be beat - charming, vibrant and everything within reach!

We had an amazing time and the host went really the extra mile by providing to us all the information needed, bookings and guidance for literally everyrhing webhave asked them. They really supported us with the check in and also with arranging for us leaving our bags for extra time after the check out hours. They were flexible, adaptable and lovely in their manners and communication. English speakers which is a huge plus. The apartment was incledible, well equipped, with two rooms, two separate showers and a lovley bathtub. The location was amazing, close to food places, coffee places, museum and loads of things to visit and see. It was a quiet apartment and very authentic, close to the big monumnets. We enjoyed staying there a lot and definitely we will choose it again. Highly recommend it! Felt as if someone was always there to support and guide us at all times! Extra bonus for the suppport with the bags!

This was a wonderful place to stay, right in the centre of the Old Quarter. Literally steps away from Train St and lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby covering breakfast, lunch and dinner ! The highlight must be the balcony. It overlooks a busy local street where vendors sell all sorts of food and supplies to mainly locals. I could sit on that balcony all day and watch the world go by. The place itself is compact and clean. Great WiFi and good air con. Hot water is from a heater tank and it was perfect. Bed is very comfortable and the linen is changed frequently. Annie was a wonderful host and gave me recommendations of things to see ( the lowering of the flag at 9pm was her tip to me and it didn’t disappoint !) I highly recommend this place if you want to immerse yourself in the local way of life … a truly magical experience !

Perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The building is in a secure residence, which made us feel very safe. The location was great, and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very cute place, I really enjoyed staying here and would happily do so again. Pros: - big comfy bed, nice view across the lake, surprisingly spacious bathroom with a great shower (strong water pressure + gets nice and hot) - staff were really friendly, and the room gets cleaned + restocked with water daily. - the surrounding area is cool. You're right across the street from a popular pho place, there are cute coffee places + a quite good bakery, good burger place, an ok gym nearby, plus you're within easy walking distance of the old quarter without having to deal with quite so much noise. Tay Ho is a quick cab/motorbike ride. Cons: - the building's sound isolation isn't great, so you'll hear other guests plus any motorbikes on the street. If you're a light sleeper you'll probably want to bring earplugs. - the internet was sometimes a bit slow.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Hanoi und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Smart-Lock ermöglicht einen flexiblen Zugang und es ist so gut wie immer jemand da im Eingang, falls man doch Schwierigkeiten haben sollte mit dem Smart Lock. Der Ort ist schon recht touristisch und es gibt einige Lokale, wo man jedes Mal beim vorbeigehen angesprochen wird und morgens hört man wie die Nachbarschaft und Geschäfte öffnen und es etwas lauter wird aber alles noch im guten Rahmen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet vor allem die Küche ist super und man bekommt kostenloses Wasser aus dem Wassertank. Das Bad ist es klein und renovierungsbedürftig aber im großen und Ganzen vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit 😊
