I took my wife for our anniversary. We both had an amazing time. Everything was Perfect!

We stayed in the Wheat Cabin. The view was fantastic, the cabin well equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin is private and the best break away from the hustle and bustle. Lida and Kobus were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had no shortcomings, including complimentary wine and homemade bread.We will be back soon!

We had the most lovely stay at Lalapanzi, the cabin exceeded our expectations and the surroundings and views were so beautiful and tranquil! We will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts for your hospitality!

Well designed and curated place. Very well equipped cabin in beautiful area. Lots of amazing sceneries, beaches and nature around to explore. We had a great time!

This is a truly stunning place if you want to escape on a little getaway! Stunning views from the terrace and being off grid you get to use the wood fired pizza oven and hot tub for a relaxing time. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful!

Very friendly homestay with amazing views. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely big yard. It is surrounded by a picturesque countryside with beautiful views across the valley.Location was beautiful and there was lots to do nearby. We were able to contact Amelia and Jacques easily and they were very helpful; from restaurant & activity recommendations to use of the cottage amenities. We had plenty of room for two adults; two kids & two infants. Just what we need to get away from the hustle & bustle of city life.A very beautiful & spacious cabin; we will certainly be going back as there is so much more activities and wine farms we left without visiting.

This is a special getaway in the mountains. The cabin was beautiful, lots of thoughtful touches, really well equipped for cooking and nice furnishings. It was so peaceful, quiet and you are completely immersed in nature, it is one of the best places to watch the stars on a clear night. I highly recommend this place for a group trip and would love to return again. Thanks 🙏

Stunning location in Tulbagh over looking the mountains from your private cabin, waking up to beautiful sun rises from your bed every morning. The peace and serenity of this location was truly something special. They were also very helpful in providing documents of things to do in the area which was extremely useful to consult for finding available and high quality recommendations within the area

My stay at River Song was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely out of this world – right on the banks of the Bruintjies River. The birdsong at dusk and dawn, and throughout the day is marvelous, including owls hooting in the evening, and the fish eagles' calls during the day. Although the cabin can get quite hot, one can open the windows on all sides to allow a flow of air throughout, and to feast your eyes on the lovely views. Kayaking on the river was another highlight that was awesome! The river is quite serene and the scenery exquisite, especially in the morning. The water is lovely for a swim as well. Although I was on my own and working all the while (strong wifi), the cabin would be ideal for a family getaway. A deck built between some of the tall Eucalyptus trees right on/over the river, has a table, seating and even a shower for lovely days spent outside. I'll definitely book again!

Our stay at Tulbagh Mountain Cabin was incredible. The Cabin is beautifully decorated and well equipped, the outdoors areas a true treat and the wildlife abundant. Deon has put a lot of thought into creating special little zones for one to enjoy according to your mood and time of day. We loved listening to the stream and watching the buck and zebra as they grazed close by. It was also great finding a new dog-friendly accommodation and we can’t wait to visit again.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

Hubby and I absolutely loved this cottage! It’s in a peaceful location along Botriver. Doing braai watching the river, magical sunsets,🌅, very peaceful out of city buzz. Just amazing stay. Definitely will come back to do some trail running along the nature reserve. Magical space with great host.

The location of this place is simply perfect – peaceful, private and surrounded by nature. You can really tell that the place was self-built with a lot of dedication. Anson is a top-notch host, welcoming us with fresh flowers in every room. The place felt very homely and it smelled lovely. Ee enjoyed braaing in the evenings and watching the stars (you can see the milky way!) from the hot tub. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

A great place to stay and a great location. Lovely walks along the cliff top, accessible to restaurants and town. The accommodation was spotless and had all we needed for our two night stay. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful time at Philipp’s beautiful and cozy cabin. If you are a nature lover and want to enjoy the most stunning sunsets and views, this is your place! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, everything is very tidy and clean and Philipp and Stefan even brought us Water and Ice cubes during the hotter days. Even though there were some wild fires nearby (which is not unusual), we felt very safe and informed.

We had a great time. It is a good location, just in between Stellenbosch and the beach and National Parks, that offer hiking tours. Also, for those who like, great wine tasting opportunities. Thank you very much!

Simply sublime. Incredibly peaceful home and location whilst being walking distance to the beach, local cafes and the wonderful national park literally over the fence. We were lucky enough to see baboons, bontebok and a zebra! The hosts were super helpful with local suggestions and advice and very responsive. I could not recommend this place more and hope to be back! Thank you for having us!

Mooi vakantiehuis waar wij ons meteen thuis voelden. Gezellig ingericht en een keuken met alles erop en eraan! Zwembad en strand op loopafstand en genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Prettige communicatie met de eigenaren. Naar mijn smaak was het bed iets wat hard, maar we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad!

What a fantastic stay! My wife and I were looking for a base to explore Hout Bay. The cabin is minimalistic but still homely. The owners put in a lot of effort, with every little detail attended to. If you’re looking for a long stay or just a night or two, I would recommend this spot over and over! The view was SPECTACULAR! We’ll definitely be back!

This is as one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had lately - an exquisite open plan cottage with beautiful furnishings with an outdoor seating area, a private fireplace and mountain views. Bronwyn is the perfect host, immediately responsive to all questions and requests, and providing excellent suggestions for exploring Hout Bay and beyond. A really amazing stay.

What an incredible stay. The view was genuinely breathtaking, the cabin was cozy and the silence of the wilderness was so refreshing. As two young women traveling, we felt perfectly safe at all times. Worth every cent, I would highly recommend this getaway :)
