This has been a great place to spend both Christmas & New Years in Cali, Colombia. It was extremely clean, perfect for our family of four, great amenities. Claudia was extremely helpful, very attentive, friendly and very proactive. I highly recommend this place, I rate it AAA+++. Will definitely be back.

One of the best places to stay in Cali. Everything new. Quiet AC. Fast always available elevators. Excelente staff at the lobby. Highly recommend.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The view was better than expected. It’s a cozy place to arrive to. I had one surprise although it seems to be quite common in these apartment complexes- the hot water is almost non existent. The other feedback I’d give to the host is in regards to the beds; they’re comfortable but something about the shape made it easy to roll off; or maybe something I noticed because traveling with infant. I do recommend this place for folks visiting whether family or more party enthusiasts.

Juan Camilo is an excellent host. His apartment is very nice, and he has a lady to do the overall cleaning quite frequently. Very responsive making you feel comfortable.

El apartamento es muy cómodo en un complejo con alta seguridad. Está ubicado cerca de unos supermercados y muchos restaurantes. La piscina es limpia y tranquila. Nathalia está siempre atenta a lo que necesites y es muy acogedora.

Ho passato alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo alloggio. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto ciò che serve. Il letto è comodissimo e ho apprezzato molto anche la cucina ben attrezzata. Un grazie speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda e a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio la zona. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e ospitalità autentica. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte!

The good and great first: the remoteness of the location is fantastic. You have so much peace and quiet, in midst of the jungle. The rooms are spectacular; receiving a free concert of natural sounds thought the night - just incredible. The amenities were fantastic too. The pool is about 200-300 meters away down a hill, giving it a specific nuanced comfortable feet. The personnel helping is very accommodating and cool magnificently. Now the criticism: Firstly, we travelled with 9 people. The house stated 5 rooms; when in reality it was 4 nice ones and one more makeshift bedroom, located between the kitchen and washroom. It’s a tiny room with no air circulation and simply not okay. We ended up having 2 people sleep in the living room. Additionally, the fee stated for the personnel is per person and CASH ONLY. This was not clear at all and highly disliked by us. Price is fair but communication: bad and not transparent. Nonetheless: 10/10 recommend 👍🏼

Great rental with very spacious and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (both with Smart TV’s) and two baths…with a washer/dryer combo unit that was super convenient. I work online and the internet was great. Love the location in Granada as your 1-2 blocks from main streets with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but a perfect distance where the late night Cali noise is non-existent in the apartment. Mario and his team are as responsive and helpful as you could ever hope for and check-in/check-out were as smooth as could be. We’ll definitely book again on our regular returns to the amazing Cali, Colombia!

Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en Palmira y en la casa de Gustavo. La casa muy cómoda, bien cuidada y con los servicios necesarios para una estancia agradable. El sector nos pareció muy tranquilo, lindo y seguro;accequible a restaurantes y al centro comercial. La comunicación siempre fue amable, respetuosa y familiar. Sin duda recomiendo a Málagana House como alojamiento en Palmira. Excelente!!

Fuimos en un plan familiar y es el mejor hospedaje. Es súper seguro, cómodo y lujoso. Todo está en perfectas condiciones y de fácil acceso. Es un lugar privado y cerrado, uno se siente muy seguro. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, nos gustó mucho que cuenta con muchos electrodomésticos y zona bbq muy útil durante el hospedaje. Las zonas húmedas están muy bien cuidadas y equipadas. Por último pero que sentimos que hace la diferencia son las personas que cuidan de la finca, son súper amables y atentas, nos ayudaron en todo momento y cuidaron tanto de nosotros como de la casa, cocinan delicioso e hicieron que la experiencia fuera de otro nivel. En general la finca y la experiencia vale 100% la pena y lo que se paga, es un destino al que ya estamos planeando volver!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. Shopping Restaurants were literally only a 5 minute walk however, the apartment is in a very hilly area with uneven walkways. Those with mobility issues may struggle walking up and downhill to the apartment. Also the roads are very uneven and don’t have the safest paved surfaces. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Spacious apt in great walkable vibrant location. Parking spot available if needed. Clean home. Washer/dryer, kitchen amenities. Would recommend!

Jose’s place is great for comfort and ease. Everything about this reservation definitely added to the experience of our trip. The rooftop and balcony have amazing breathtaking views and the rooftop is such a vibe! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! The apartment is equipped with everything you need! Towels, pool towels, dish soap, bathroom soap, and an equipped kitchen. 100% recommended
