Surely one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The house, the pool, the beach a few meters away... it is truly a little oase. We were allowed to check in earlier. The apartment itself is very big, well equipped with everything you need for cooking and grilling, swimming googles, board games and little presents. My friends and me enjoyed every second of staying at that house, the only annoying thing was that we had to leave...:)

Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay with a group in Tulum - beautiful space located a short walk from the beach and all the prime bars and restaurants. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful with planning.

My husband and I loved our month long stay in this brand new studio. Comfortable king size bed, 5 star quality clean white linens. Complex and jungle foliage beautiful. Pools and grounds kept immaculate . Comfortable lounges. Concierge team helpful with taxi and other arrangements. After spending a week in La Veleta where taxi to the beach was 500 pesos one way, the free shuttle here was fantastic since we did not want to rent a car and gave up biking in La Veleta because of distance to beach and road hazards. Akna Beach Club was wonderful with infinity pool, lounge chairs, towels , bathrooms, showers and reasonably priced food / drinks . They did not require a minimum consumption from us and also gave a 10% discount, a real bargain in hotel zone without hassle of parking. Hosts wonderful: mentioned that a toaster and a few other items would be helpful and they sent . Very accomodating. Loved morning coffee and evening wine on balcony. Best value in Tulum. So happy we found.

BEAUTIFUL. The location was pristine and right next to the water. The beach was super calm and relaxing, and Luis and Glynis were helpful and responsive. We had our wedding here and they were super proactive and helpful, making sure the beach was perfectly clean and set up right for everyone and helping with whatever else we needed

Booked Paula's place about 20 minutes before I arrived--that's how convenient it was to work with her. Awesome stay, no complaints. Also noteworthy: It's extra nice having a 24/7 7-11 right next door for snack access.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

Jesus was a great host! Very helpful, organized transfers from airport and many more. Place is very beautiful!

Ma conjointe et moi, tous les jours assis sur le balcon, sentions tranquilité d'esprit en regardant du 3 ième étage, la cime des palmiers, l'étendue de la mangrove, la mer et les oiseaux aux multiples couleurs. N'est-ce pas ce que doit être une vacance ! Et cela est dû à la qualité du lieu (environnement, sécurité, logement) et à la qualité de la relations avec l'hôte. We had an amazing time at this property. It’s beautiful, spacious, private and felt homey. Pictures do not do this place justice! It’s stunning and aesthetically pleasing. We went for a bachelorette and we were a total of 11 ladies. The entire time we felt safe and they even have security at all hours of the day. Santiago, the co-host, was phenomenal! He was in communication with me from the moment we booked and all throughout our trip making sure transportation was scheduled and everything went smoothly. He set up our private transportation, private chef and made recommendations of where to go. Santiago made sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable. He even greeted us the day of our arrival. He exceeded all expectations! Christian, the host was also in communication, making sure all went well. I 100% recommend this glamorous penthouse. You will not be disappointed!!

Our stay at this property was a 10/10. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip and answered all of our questions super quick. This location was perfect because it’s right in between the center of Tulum (restaurants, shops, more local vibe) and also right by the hotel zone and beach zone which is the more touristy area. It was perfect to have a combination of both areas and really gave us an authentic “Mexican experience”. The air bnb was lovely and looked just like the pictures. We felt safe 100% of the time!! We will definitely be returning here!!

Incredible value! The apartment is part of a beachfront apartment building; we spent every morning having a coffee right on the beach on the lounge chairs. The bedroom is quiet and has access to a private, small pool. Having access to the communal pool and beachfront lounge chairs is a huge plus! Rocio is super responsive and helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The location is close to Tulum and there is a cenote nearby where you can go snorkelling and diving. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again.

The host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. The communication was great, and he made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was comfortable and well-located.

Hermosa casa con hermosa vista al mar! La casa la encontramos maravillosa con espacios amplios y limpios. La vista al mar es inmejorable nos sentimos como en nuestra propia playa privada. Tiene una alberca también a pocos metros del mar. Lo recomiendo muchísimo

I can highly recommend Luisa’s apartment. Spacious Rooms, Beachfront, Pool ! All u need to know for a nice stay !! Book it !!! ••••••••• The place is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, living room and bedroom with access to the terrace, so open the door and u are right at the beach! Kitchen perfect for cooking, w a big fridge, water filter and a big dinning area. Huge TV w a comfy couch for a nice Netflix session. Outside area comes w beach beds, a little gym, pool w beds and umbrellas, kayaks and little play area for kids. It’s about 15 min drive to Tulum, so it’s really a peaceful getaway but not to far away from the action in tulum. If u can get a SUV because the road closer to the apartment is a bit rougher (but also doable w a normal car).

The space was as described. I am a traveler so It was in a good location walking distance to the largest supermarket in Tulum. We also walked the nearby strip with bars and shops. However, it is not for tourists who enjoy an all inclusive resort. I prefer a full experience with the locals so I was pleased. The pool from the top bedroom was small but the outside space was a nice touch have.

The premises are very beautiful, a handful of villas on a clean, well-kept site, and your villa is steps from the beach. The villas are in the lovely rustic MX Riviera style, nicely furnished and airy. There are loungers and chair for you on the beach. The maintenance staff are on the job all day, cleaning and grooming the villas and the compound. We had a hard time finding the place upon arrival--mainly because one of the geo-locations on the listing is wrong by several hundred metres. Maybe that should be fixed? That was the only complication. Turns out, if you're driving along the Tulum beach road, you'll see a sign that says "Playa Selva" and you're there. Selva is one of the last generation of the original Tulum eco-resorts, worth it even at the cost.

Great place to stay! Just as described. Very comfortable. My only advice is to be prepared for a very bumpy and rocky road to get to the Airbnb. I know that’s not the host’s fault at all, so it’s no knock to them whatsoever. I just want to prepare the next guest for what surprised us.
