This place was awesome! Very easy check in, front desk was available during the day and security was always making rounds at night. Our first night we let Celine know that the door handle to the slide door was loose and she replaced it instantly in a few hours when we were gone. The power also did cut off for like 5 minutes twice during our first night and then the water stopped working as they use a water pump to provide water, we let Celine know to which she was very responsive and the water started working an hour or so after. These are the only “flaws” that happened the first night which is to be expected when visiting a place like Tulum, noting Celine could control. Every other day it was amazing! No power/water outages, GREAT amenities and she provided us with a list of things to do/places to go and a food delivery service which was helpful on days where we just wanted to relax. There’s 2 restaurants and a grocery store with an ATM on site. Overall 10/10 for the price we paid!

Billy's condo at Mak Nuk Village was absolutely perfect for our trip. Very clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were great as were the bartenders and other guest. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Gorgeous apartment! Everything in the apartment is very high quality. Loved the large sofa and that there is so much seating the in the living room so we could all relax together in the evenings. Has a washer that is also a dryer, plus a drying rack. The private rooftop is beautiful and relaxing. We loved that all windows and doors had screens so we could enjoy the natural breeze. Tons of great restaurants on the main street of the neighborhood within 10 minutes walking. Very safe, we walked at night too. 15 minutes drive to Tulum Ruins and Tulum Beach, very convenient. Roads inside neighborhood are rough so be careful if driving. Many nice common areas in the building. Comes with a parking spot in underground garage which was helpful. Have someone that works there walk you up to apartment, not just tell you how to get there, all sections of the complex look alike. You will not regret booking this place!

Monica was an absolute sweetheart. Great host who felt more like family than an Airbnb owner. The property was incredible even better than in photos! It was a massive penthouse and the private pool on the balcony was amazing. The shared community pool is also beautiful. 10/10 recommend. I will be back myself!

Our family of 4 stayed a week in Najah’s condo. Beautiful, clean and spacious condo! Easy to get to, very private and safe and close to downtown! Najah and her other hosts are probably one of the most responsive hosts we’ve ever dealt with on AirBnB. They made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. We would highly recommend this condo! Such a great gem in the beautiful city of Tulum! Can’t wait to be back!

We spent 10 days in Katie’s Tao Tulum condo, which was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for two couples. The laundry facilities and well-stocked kitchen were great, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, complete with a pool and a walkable neighborhood. **Neighborhood:** The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants like Mamazul, Algeria, and Rossina Cafe. Massage at Tulum Wellness Center and chiropractic with Israel (above Safari Comedor) were just a 6-minute walk away. Chedraui grocery store is a short drive away—just remember to validate your parking ticket! **Beach:** The beach is around a 45-minute walk or a 20-minute drive away. We found biking challenging in the heat, so renting a car or taxi is advisable . Taxis varied in price from $20 to $40for a 7-minute drive. For beach clubs, we recommend La Zebra for its chill vibe and free parking with a receipt—no minimum spend required.

Mystique Temple was simply Amazing. The place was super luxurious, private and far surpassed all expectations. Super fast Wifi, A/C worked great, beds were so comfortable I slept the best I have in years. Its 10 min from the beach and 10min from Tulum centro so it was a perfect midpoint from what activity we felt like doing. Super clean and had a very native feel with a classy touch. Will definitely be coming back!! Private pool was super clean and refreshing first thing in the morning!

It was a perfect apartment for our stay of 4 nights. Mauricio always responded to us very quickly and was very helpful.

I loved my stay! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Fer gave a ton of recommendations and was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the stay and always responded quickly ! We’ll definitely be coming back again.

Amazing stay!! In a great location, very walkable and easy to get around Tulum. Loved the rooftop pool and private cinema. Would 100% recommend booking this apartment.

This place was a jungle oasis in a secure complex in Aldea Zama (10 mins drive to the downtown center, 10 mins drive to the beach zone/clubs & a 25 min drive to Akumal Bay to swim with the sea turtles)! Looks like the photos (although the pool does need to be cleaned often of leaves), and it was gorgeously decorated, well maintained, clean and very spacious for two people (the beds were extremely comfortable. The front patio was very spacious, relaxing & private and the pool was very refreshing when the sun came out. The small back patio off of the bedroom was nice to sit on in the morning as well. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the birds start quite early and are loud, but it is to be expected in a tropical paradise. The location was great (7/11 and some shops and places to eat were across the street from the entry gate and more cafe's/smoothie bars/restaurants were a 10 min walk down the street) but you do need a car /atv/scooter to get around for sure.

Wonderful apartment with a lot of charm!! I stayed here for a month and had planned to extend my stay. Unfortunately, the construction noise from a nearby site was quite loud. This was beyond the host’s control, but they were very accommodating and understanding. Despite the noise, the apartment itself is fantastic—very safe area, a lovely spa, and a cozy ambiance with thoughtful attention to detail. I especially appreciated the beautiful plants and the book collection. As someone who works from home, I can confirm the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Highly recommend this place!

Echoing the sentiment of all the other reviews… This place is top notch. It’s clear that they’ve been operating this Airbnb for a long time and everything is taken care of exceptionally well here. Getting in and instructions are easy and clear. Communication is fast, friendly, and clear. The beds are incredibly comfortable with premium bedding. Most unique for Tulum: it’s quiet and it feels home-like (unlike many of the other places here that feel like sterile rental properties).

Beautiful place that was wonderful to stay at with my family. A short (and inexpensive) collectivo ride to Centro as well further north to many beaches.

Place was beautiful. Birds chirping in the morning. Really comfy bed and beautiful shower/bathroom. Close walk to beautiful restaurants market shops and coffee and most of all felt really safe and well looked after as a solo female traveller in this area. Geraldina was also super responsive to questions and offered great local activity suggestions, and staff around accom were super polite and helpful. Situated right next to Hotel with daily yoga and a short drive to the beach. Would stay again.

What a gem of a condo! The building is beautiful, pool is stunning and everything was peaceful, safe and very comfortable. Best way to get around the area is by bicycle (we rented electric bikes from Twist and Glide for not much more than pedal bikes. This gave us access to all of Tulum!) The location of our condo was so easy to find no matter where we ventured off to! Gustavo was fantastic at communication. Helped us with everything we needed very promptly. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! Looking forward to my next trip to Tulum! Beautiful area, wonderful airbnb host!

Would easily stay here again. It was low season so it was quiet but the place was just as the pictures. There was a small ant infestation, but nothing that can’t be taken care of. The hosts were super responsive and check in was super easy. I’d recommend this place to my friends and I hope to come back and stay there again. Super safe and good community vibes. Loved riding my electric scooter around the neighbourhood

I stayed here for my 30th birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time and everything is in walking distance. This is definitely the kind of place that I love because it is located in the town of Tulum which is further out from where resorts are for instance. There are many delicious restaurants and small shops around. I love that the condo has a plunge pool, and downstairs they have the pools and lounge area. Emma was helpful in finding us even a taxi which was extremely helpful but we mainly walked everywhere.
