This is place gem! Thank you so much for helping us with our checkin in. The room was clean. The staff was amazing, friendly and they even provide free breakfast!! The gym is nice and it’s close to the Main Street. I travel a lot and I would consider this place again

Schönes modernes Apartment. Bequemes großes Bett, Küche war gut ausgestattet. Großer Balkon und der Pool der Anlage war auch sehr schön. Der Wasserdruck für warmes Wasser war leider sehr schwach und bei 5 Nächten wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man die Handtücher einmal hätte wechseln können. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß ist man schnell im Restaurantviertel von La Veleta. Für den Strand braucht man natürlich ein Fahrrad o.Ä. Alles in allem, ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

I highly recommend this space. The location is surrounded by beautiful jungle with ever present security. My family mostly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool and whirlpool. The condo was clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Good value overall.

A great place to stay, with lots to do near. It was a really chill place to stay and relax. The host was really responsive and helpful. Will stay there again.

Tout était parfait . Situé à Velenta quelques rues du avenue 7 ou il y’a quelques restaurants, café et mini épicerie. Et à quelques rues dans l’autre direction vers Aldea Zama , des restaurants aussi. Peux marcher pour y’allez, mais pour voir le Centro ou plus loin les cenotes ou les restaurants/ night life du popular beach hotel strip, ca va prendre un moyen de transport: scooter/ vtt/ auto ou taxi. Attention, les taxis sont cher! Mais il y’a des locations de tout pas mal à tous les coins de rues. Attention aux immenses trous dans les rues de Velenta!!!! Et laissez faire les souliers talons, un bon paire de running shoes! Pour Le Central Park site, parfait! Un gym sur 2 étages, 1 spa et un restaurant. Piscines super propres et peu achalandées. Les seules choses négatives que je peux dire c’est qu’il manque d’eau chaude: douche=tiède… limite frais …..!Et les prix des taxis. Mais bon, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit, et Gabo notre hôte a bien répondu à nos attentes!

Je recommande à 100% ce logement. Propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé, condo exceptionnel. Merci, notre expérience à été parfaite ce qui nous fera revenir l'année prochaine sans aucun doute. L'accès au spa et à la salle de sport est un réel avantage. Hôte très flexible sur les heures d'arrivées/départs à cause des avions contraignants, merci encore pour cela. Si devrais émettre un seul et unique point à améliorer ce serait la communication avec l'hôte (parfois un petit peu lente). En bref, merci beaucoup c'était génial.

The apartment is a really beautiful and peaceful space. It felt like a retreat being there. Gorgeous light through huge windows and beautiful palms outside. Lying in the hammock outside in the little courtyard is heavenly. Catarina was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of her time explaining what to do in the area. The only negative comment is that the staircase to the second floor has no railings so this may be challenging for older or really young folks. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to just be and is clearly a space that is cared for and special.

Superbe appartement spacieux et hyper fonctionnel. La piscine, le sauna et la salle de gym sont incroyables. La vue est magnifique depuis le rooftop. Séjour au delà de mes espérances je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

El lugar es bonito y coincide con todas las indicaciones mencionadas, el espacio es útil para estadías cortas, la piscina muy bonita y limpia en todo momento, el personal amable y atento.

We loved our stay at Ying's flat. Ying was helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The flat itself was everything we could have hoped for and more - it was bright, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The communal gym and swimming pool were glorious, providing the perfect place to relax and stay active during our stay. We loved the location of the flat, as there were some great cafes nearby, including the fantastic Alegria cafe which quickly became one of our favorite spots to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Would recommend!

Logement très confortable et calme à moins de 5 km de la plage et du centre de Tulum. Le logement se situe dans une nouvelle zone d'habitation mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit des constructions environnantes. les espaces extérieurs et communs sont de très grande qualité et nous avons pu profiter d'une grande piscine avec peu de monde. Petit point d'amélioration (mais qui ne gâche en rien le sejour) : le peu d'équipement de cuisine, notamment casserole. A recommander sans hésiter :-)

Muy cómodo, un poco de ruido por las construcciones pero muy bonito

This was an excellent stay; clean, modern, beautiful building (pool was really nice - the photos don’t do it justice), wifi was strong enough for work calls, location right beside the grocery store and a brand new gym, laundry and restaurants on the ground floor. Essentially everything you could need was no more than a 2 minute walk. A few considerations I’d want to know: - we had 2 power outages that lasted several hours before coming back - the AC broke twice, also lasted several hours before getting fixed - there were a few cockroaches in the bathrooms, I will say it was far less than other places I’ve stayed in Mexico, but they were there - the TV just stopped working, this was never resolved - Shower drainage was very slow, often flooded the bathroom Diego was very responsive and the above issues were almost all fixed, some of these are also not uncommon for Mexico and owners have little control over them. Overall we really enjoyed the place, good value for the price.

Muy buena ubicación y el complejo es muy bonito, muy buena comunicación , incluso nos apoyaron con objetos que habíamos olvidado en el departamento

bonito el lugar, el departamento muy limpio, un poco confuso para encontrar el lugar, ya que el mapa no me llevó y tuve que preguntar, pero se ahí en fuera todo muy lindo
