We are a well traveled family of five who have stayed at many different properties around the world and this property is one of our top five. The location is perfect to explore the best of La Veleta - so many quaint restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques within walking distance. The host gives fabulous recommendations and is always so responsive to all requests. The property is very private, spacious, and designed like out of Architectural Digest. The furniture is extremely beautiful and so comfy/functional. The beds have linen sheets. The marble tub in the master is dreamy. I could go on and on, but book for yourself to truly experience this special place. It was a pleasure communicating with the host - always so friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was amazing! The host was great in helping me with organizing shuttles and taxi services and much more. The host was one of the best host I've ever had. One thing I would like to mention nothing to do with the Airbnb but the shuttle services need to communicate better. The first day was amazing they confirmed and they also texted me they have arrived. The rest of the days no one confirmed and there was a misunderstanding from the drivers side and we specifically requested to text him an hour or 2 before ending our Xcaret visit as this was our first time here and didn't know when we would be done he agreed to letting him know an hour in advance and he asked for an estimate my husband told 5 or 6 but that we were not sure and that's when we agreed to let him know an hour in advance for him to arrive. He never confirmed or bothered texting us and just showed up at 5 which made us end our trip so early. It was very disappointing. The taxi drivers recommend were amazing.

We had a great stay here. Lesley was extremely helpful, as was the cleaning and maintenance staff. This is a great location if you’d like to be closer to town, but perhaps less so if you want to be super close to the beach (it’s not far, just know it’s not really walkable). Right around the corner is Palma Central which is a great place to go dancing! Plenty of parking options here as well.

This property is a gem! Only about a 30 min ride from the TQO airport. Numerous restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Just a short drive to larger restaurants, shops, and markets. Our host was responsive and offered numerous recommendations for things to do! The frequent rain of Tulum couldn’t dampen our party with such great accommodations! Will definitely rent again!

We stayed in January of 2025 and had an amazing experience! Susana was very responsive, she would answer a message within a few minutes to an hour depending on the time of the day. She was very willing to assist us with any question we had, and w greatly appreciated her responses as we messaged her a lot during our stay; she was extremely friendly and nice ! The location allowed us to walk instead of having to take a taxi, which can get expensive. The only times we took a taxi was if it was raining or if we wanted to go to the Beach which was about a 15 minute drive away. It felt very safe to walk around and we had a concierge great us during the day to open the gate for us to get into our airbnb complex. The airbnb was also about a 8 minute walk from the grocery store which was very convenient. I will definitely be booking here again :)

Our entire stay at the villa was just incredible. The villa itself felt so private and safe, and was spotless and had everything we needed. The team was SO helpful to us in planning activities, making reservations, booking transportation, chef services, etc. This was really a full service experience and it made our trip SO much better. I would definitely try to book here again the next time we come to Tulum — it was incredible!

It looks as good if not better than the pictures! the house is inside a gated community which makes it feel private and safe even though it’s in the heart of downtown Tulum and very walkable. The pool is wonderful. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked as well as the bathrooms. Living room is cozy, tv and internet work and there is a great speaker to play music. Poncho is also such a gem keeping things clean. Their private chef cooked us a lovely meal and they have a great recommendation for a private taxi as well. 10/10 stay, we’d definitely come back!

Very nice place good location. Any issues or questions we had were promptly addressed would be a great location for multiple couples due to plenty of space and privacy areas.

We loved our stay here! It’s a beautifully designed house, even more spacious than you realize from the photos. We enjoyed the thoughtful outdoor spaces, especially the large open sliders, outdoor dining area, and breezy rooftop. There are plenty of places to bask in the sunshine or escape to the shade. We also thought the location was great, with a variety of eating options including several delicious street vendors just around the corner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super vstup na kod bez potreby klucov, vyhlad zo spalne na stromy bol naozaj to co chcete hned po zobudeni vidiet. Nebol pocut ani hluk z okolia. Hodnotime ale naozaj krasnu pokojnu oazu kde zrelaxujete. Pracka a susicka bola velka vyhoda. This Airbnb was absolutely stunning—even more beautiful than the pictures! From the moment we arrived, the concierge service went above and beyond, arranging transportation, a private chef, and ensuring the pool and hot tub were cleaned regularly. The property is located in a secure, gated community with 24/7 protection, and the security staff at the entrance were always helpful and welcoming. Across the street, there’s a gorgeous plaza with fantastic shopping, grocery stores, and charming cafés, making everything incredibly convenient. I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb and the amazing support staff. Whenever I’m in Tulum, this is where I’ll be staying!

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

Aldea Kinich es un pequeño rincón de selva muy cuidado con cabañas llenas de detalles y comodidades de hotel. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Sian Khan y las ruinas de Muyil. La piscina es fantástica y los anfitriones súper atentos le añaden valor a la experiencia.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hiram's Cabanas. Everything was as inidicated, and Hiram himslef is the best host you can ask for. He responds really quickly and has helped us with many recommendations in Francisco Uh May. Highly recommend, and we will ne back to see you soon ☺️

Lovely stay! A moment of calm on our drive south. I would come back again and explore more around the area. This is a great location and really nice space. Diana and all the hosts are really nice and helpful.
