We had a large group stay at this spot for an extended weekend and if far exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy and Alex/the team was super responsive the entire trip. Everything we needed was taken care of the entire time and the house was unbelievably gorgeous. We will be back!

Casa Malix exceeded all our expectations—it couldn’t have been nicer or more comfortable! My friends and I absolutely loved this holiday. The house was the perfect location for our large group, which combined work-from-home days with meditation, yoga, and retreat activities. The space was ideal: plenty of room for yoga, a peaceful neighborhood for meditation, and an incredibly fast and reliable internet connection. With Wi-Fi points in every room, it was absolutely amazing for staying connected and productive while working remotely. John was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even helped us figure out how to order dinner our first night when we arrived late—such a thoughtful touch! I can’t wait to return to Casa Malix and spend even more time in this incredible space. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and productivity. Highly recommend for groups looking for a serene, well-equipped getaway!

Franqui is really nice, proactive and very responsive host. Denisse, co-host was also helpful and always approachable. Kept the place clean, really well maintained and spotless. We were 2 families with 4 kids - all of us enjoyed the time we spent here… I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to spend quality time with family, closer to restaurants, beaches and other fun activities in Tulum area.

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

The house is beautiful and well decorated as pictured. Big rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked. The chef service was great - mainly their taco tasting, fajitas night and chilaquiles breakfast. We didn't like the fish/ceviche. Chef had to be planned in advance and not day by day. Concierge/Paola was extremely pleasant, helpful, easy to work with, and responsive. HUGE perk to the house. Tours and guides planned were fantastic. Ride to golf never showed with no warning. Ruined the morning and husbands very disappointed. Pool is small, constantly w/ debris and bugs (roaches/mosquitoes). Required a lot of cleaning. Electricity went out 1am and for hours AC and lights came on/off, uncomfortable and every time the AC came on, loud sound. We were assured there was a dining room, there is NOT. Meals are sitting on stools around the kitchen island - not comfortable. We also had 9 people in our party and living room was tight and we could not all sit together. No robes as pictured.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay—this trip truly ranks as one of the best of my life. The house itself is absolutely stunning, but what made the experience truly exceptional was Denisse. She went above and beyond in every way—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She proactively shared amazing local recommendations for food, activities, and nightlife, making it so easy for us to enjoy every moment. Denisse’s thoughtfulness and hospitality made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We’ll definitely be back!

This Airbnb was truly a gem! Just as beautiful as the pictures and great location. We felt super safe and well taken care of by the concierge team. Highly recommend getting the private chef service, too!

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para relajarse y pasarla muy bien en familia. El área es un poco aislada y el camino es de terraceria, pero con calma y precaución, no es difícil llegar.

We took a family trip to Tulum and loved our stay at this Airbnb. It fit all 14 of us and it was so nice to be all together. It was a quick drive from all the things we wanted to do in Tulum and the property itself was just like the photos. The host helped us organize a yoga session and private chef dinner at the house. It was a bit hard to understand layout from the listing, so in case helpful: there are 2 units on the property, the 1) main house with 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 of which have private full bathrooms and 1 hallway full bathroom) and a half bath downstairs in the living room/kitchen area that looks out to the main pool and 2) a side house that is 1 floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small outdoor area with a small pool. The side house is right next door to the main house, but on the same property. Would definitely stay here again and so thankful for the great memories we made in Tulum and at this Airbnb!

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

We celebrated my 30th birthday in Tulum at Reed’s villa and it was so worth it! The villa was beautiful, Reed was so responsive, and the on-site manager, Jose, was amazing! They both gave helpful recommendations for transportation, food, and tourist attractions. The villa was also clean and looked just like the photos! Highly recommend!

Rosa was everything plus more! She literally played a huge role from start to finish with planning, even when we arrived & left! She had transportation setup for us with Doris_Tours! Doris was great & definitely a good time! I adored her warmth & down to earth personality! So welcoming & friendly! Vito is also the care-taker of the property! He made us feel safe & protected! GO VITO! Listen y’all, the whole experience was AMAZING! Pictures that are shown are accurate but still don’t do it justice & the house was clean, too! It was phenomenal! There are cute bikes to get around to local businesses so that’s a plus! I truly thank God for leading me to Rosa’s place, Casa Ibiza! Rosa has 5 others homes including this one, so if you want smaller then reach out to her & she will be your guide & eyes! If I could give her & her team 100 stars, I FREAKING WOULD!!! Thank you, thank you, & thank you! I’m definitely coming back with my family!!! BOOK WITH HER NOW!!!!

The location was easily accessible and maybe a 15 minute walk to the strip. The host were very kind with helping plan transportation, recommendation and excursions. Overall a good experience

This pair of villas was fantastic for our group of 12. The pools were well-used and the relative seclusion and privacy of the property was very welcome; the villas being on the edge of town was a plus from that perspective. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive both leading up to and throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this rental!

Durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo fatto una sosta a Tulum e in particolare a Villa Jengibre, sembra la villa di una star di Hollywood, ambienti ampi, puliti e ben organizzati, ci siamo potuti rilassare nelle 2 jacuzzi rooftop e nel giardino privato con piscina!! La zona é tranquilla e sicura, al riparo dal traffico. La casa è molto grande e dotata di tutti i confort, la consiglio assolutamente. La comunicazione con Leandro é sempre stata veloce e all'insegna della disponibilità e gentilezza.

Very nice place good location. Any issues or questions we had were promptly addressed would be a great location for multiple couples due to plenty of space and privacy areas.

Lupita provided great information leading up to arrival. The place was exactly as the pictures described. The location was close to restaurants and not far from Centro. Lupita was very responsive to a couple of minor requests. There are a number of great restaurants to chose from in Tulum and none disappointed. Everyone is very friendly. A great experience.

We loved this house. Stayed for a week and it felt very much like home. The sliding doors to the outside pool make it a great vibe during the day. The location is perfect, close enough to La Veletta to walk, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Marc and Nico's place is beautiful, clean and well organized! They were very responsive to all communication and very easy to reach! I would recommend them and their place 100%. 1 small detail... there was no dish towels under than that, all was really great.

House was amazing. Thanks for the help arranging everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was super stocked and had the cutest cups (that can opener could use replacing). The back dirt roads aren’t even a big deal, you bounce around for a street to two and then it’s smooth again. Double pool option was fantastic, in the mornings the first floor pool would be a little chilly so we would go to the roof top until it warmed up (it always did). My only issues were that i kept getting ants in the master bedroom. They were kinda just traveling through every night, nothing was dirty so guess it’s just part of the area. By night three they were my “pequeños animales”…. Still have to figure out how to say ants in Spanish haha. Also the master shower didn’t get warm at all, which wasn’t really a problem because there is SO many bathroom. It actually helped me discover the rooftop shower- i highly recommend this one- it has the best water pressure. Thanks for everything! I’ll always recommend you!
