Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Tulum

nos encantó el espacio, es muy bonito y muy cómodo , la piscina pequeña en el patio uff fenomenal ,la piscina del complejo no tuvimos oportunidad de meternos pero está muy linda y todo el área muy limpia está muy amplio y si vas a hacer uso de la cocina está muy bien equipado, está a unos 5 minutos el Chedraui y tmb está acerca un super AKI , la zona es muy tranquila y está a 15 min de la playa y la zona hotelera por lo que todo queda cerca en realidad , volveríamos 1000 veces . gracias por las atenciones Irlanda y por estar al pendiente de nosotros. nos vemos pronto 😎

This was a very nice apartment, very well furnished. Perfect for a larger group traveling together while allowing for some privacy. Nancy was very helpful providing relevant and timely responses to our messages.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

Super schönen Apartment. Schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Ruhige, sichere Gegend. Netter Balkon, schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen oben am Dach. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Nur das Wasser hat morgens nicht funktioniert, erst nach ein paar Stunden war wieder Wasser verfügbar (dürfte generell ein Problem in Tulum sein).

The studio is so cute and beautiful. Jose was very responsive, when I had a problem with the curtain they came right away to fix it. Everything was perfect! Great location & views

Die Unterkunft war Mega schön und man hatte reichlich Platz. Mit dem Roller war alles schnell Erreichbar. Vom Gastgeber haben wir auch viele tolle Tips erhalten um gut essen zu gehen. Bei Problemen haben wir innerhalb Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Firstly, the space was more beautiful and bigger than it appears in photos. Very aesthetic and modern. Great price and great stay. A couple things: The neighborhood is developing so the roads are not great but it didn’t make a difference in my stay There were ants travelling in the bathroom and I’m sure I could’ve asked for ant traps, but I left the lights on and I felt like that helped keep them away. The most important thing to note is the address. The address provided to me was not accurate, so it made it difficult for taxis. Additionally, the taxi service provided from this Airbnb host from airport to the home was not a good experience and I did not use that taxi service again during my stay. Otherwise, the place is absolutely amazing and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The host went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with waters and some local snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The A/C units worked beyond expectation, keeping the space cool and comfortable. Ran into a minor issue with the front gate’s opening/closing function, but the host was extremely responsive and quickly helped resolve it. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The casa was just like the photos! Lots of room for a family of 11 and kids. We didn't even use the 1 casa. The house is close to the main road, beach clubs, and downtown. This is really important since most roads to houses are not paved. The Tulum Airport is about 35 min away without traffic. The host provides a guidebook for close clubs and beaches which is super helpful. The zebra club is amazing if you have kids! I do recommend renting out a boat (H20H Sun Cruises crew were great), then hitting Serenity Beach Club (water is calmer) for kids , be prepared though for beach vendors, we loved that. Orlando the house manager was amazing he answered all questions right away. The house has all the amenities. For food we loved Palma Central Tulum (Food Trucks) or for authentic tacos Taqueria La Chiapaneca or for coffee Story Horse is a must.

Gen and team were super responsive with clear instructions. There were only two of us, so we only used the downstairs, but the place is really great and very spacious. Two thumbs up!

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!

This property is a gem! Only about a 30 min ride from the TQO airport. Numerous restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Just a short drive to larger restaurants, shops, and markets. Our host was responsive and offered numerous recommendations for things to do! The frequent rain of Tulum couldn’t dampen our party with such great accommodations! Will definitely rent again!

We were beyond satisfied and thrilled with Tanya’s casita! It’s so beautiful, cozy, well decorated, and very well kept. It is away from Centro and beaches which is just what we were looking for! Easy to rent a car or bike, which are within walking distance. I will also add, the fact that she keeps a few necessities in the fridge so we didn’t have to worry about shopping right away was such a nice touch!! Also, we weren’t paying close enough attention to the description, but there is no TV. Turned out to be a good thing!! I HIGHLY recommend this casita! Thank you Tanya, for such a wonderful stay!!

Me and my 3 guests really enjoyed our stay! Super clean and awesome place would definitely book again if I ever come back to tulum in the future! Couldn’t have gone any better ! 10/10

El penthouse es muy bonito y cómodo, todo lo que se necesita para descansar en vacaciones, además de que está cerca de todos los lugares populares y turísticos de Tulum. El jacuzzi en la terraza fue fantástico, pude relajarme y tomar una copa de vino sin tener que preocuparme por nada. Definitivamente es un lugar extraordinario para hospedarse lo recomiendo 💯

Dan’s place was incredibly stunning, exactly as described (I’d even say better than the pictures)! We had an amazing time, the whole team of co-hosts were very responsive and always there to help when needed. It’s easy to walk into Centro/downtown or a taxi to go to Tulum Beach. Thank you - I’ll be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting Tulum!

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

The host was very response and kind. The place is clean. We used the bicycles to get around town. Walking is doable but it’s a bit of a hike to the town center (so can/taxi is recommended ) the staff there is great at getting rides. The personal tub was not warm but it was great after a hot day- the outside hammocks were great to chill. I recommend stopping at the store to get water, paper towels, body wash, and snacks. The street tacos were the best food ! Felt safe at the hotel with security and walking.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!
