Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

This place was amazing. Modern, private, big and very relaxing. Our family loved it and we will definitely be coming back!

Charlotte is an amazing host. Her and her local team took extra care to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The house and grounds were beautiful, but our crew of friends loved how close the house was to so many fun things. We walked from the house to beach and lagoon and were a quick drive from beach clubs, amazing restaurants, and cenotes. Some of us dove Dos Ojos and Charlotte made sure we were connected with the best dive shop. We can’t say enough good things about this house and this special place! Great vacation!

Absolutely spectacular. Traveling with two couples and two teenagers and we had plenty of space to spread out. Lots of privacy and tons of lounging opportunities. The beach was fantastic, there’s so much outdoor space in sun and shade. We had all the doors open for fresh air and waves crashing. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful for cooking. The little plunge pool was pristine and refreshing and a perfect size. I truly cannot say enough good stuff about this home. It was the most luxurious vacation. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and walking distance to so many activities and restaurants. Our favorite food was definitely in the Puebla but the beach bar two minutes away was perfect spot to start the night. Be sure to bring water shoes because it will make snorkeling off the front porch more comfortable. The hosts helped us arrange transportation and airport transfers and were available for any questions we had. An incredible week we did not want to end! Thank you!

This unit is great: spacious, very quiet, ride across from the TAO Beach Club for convenient lunch/diner option as well as accessing the beach. We had a great time there!

Michael was the best host I’ve ever had! He’s so kind, friendly and extremely responsive. If I needed anything at all, he’d respond to my messages within minutes. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. The home was beautiful and clean. We cooked several meals throughout our stay and didn’t feel like anything was missing in the kitchen. The rooms were cozy, the bathrooms were very nice - the walk-out shower was a nice touch! The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. The terrace is lovely as well, to sit in the sun or shade and relax. The location is very conveniently close to the beach - a quick drive if you have a car. There are shuttles that take you around the resorts, and they come around pretty frequently. The golf course is beautiful and so are the Bahía Príncipe resorts! We paid for a night pass once, and really enjoyed our time! 5 stars all around! Thank you Michael!

From the moment you open the gates, this property will blow you away! You can tell the owners put special thought and care into every detail of this home. It's ~10 min to the beach road & Tulum Centro so it's easy to jump in the car for an adventure or a bite to eat. It's equally as easy to stay at the house & enjoy the amenities like the roof top plunge pool, larger pool with a tanning ledge, & many outdoor spaces. The house even came with speakers so we could play music easily! No wifi issues at all which is always a plus being in a foreign country. AC was cool. Each room has it's own bathroom and PLENTY of closet space. Even though Tulum is developing, we heard ZERO construction noise the entire time. I could imagine if you stayed right on the beach road, it would be very noisy, so we loved getting our much-needed sleep at this house! The hosts gave us all the information we needed including a list of trusted transportation, options to hire private chefs and book excursions. 10/10!

Excelente lugar para alojarte, muy cómodo, muy accesible, solo tiene un tramo pequeño de camino que es brecha pero no está muy largo, el lugar está súper bonito, y muy bien cuidado. Fácil acceso y está cerca de la playa y del centro. Sin duda si lo recomiendo bastante! Además de la atención 🙌🏻

Our family really enjoyed staying at Casa Bluebean. As of Feb 2025 the house looks exactly like the pictures & is extremely clean. The rooms are great sizes & come with air conditioning & fans. Closet space is more than adequate also. The bathrooms are clean but you may want to bring extra face towels. We were able to watch movies in the upstairs loft area at night after our days at the beach or sightseeing which was also special. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a tap of filtered water in the kitchen too! The pool was a perfect size. It does get a good bit of shade so it may be chilly depending on the time of day. It never bothered us. Cannot stress this enough- you need a car or golf cart to get to the Kay Beach Club & beach. Restaurants inside the area we visited were Mulligans (breakfast), Jule Bolom( Lunch & Dinner), Siam Thai (dinner), La Rústica (dinner), OTAN (get all the tacos!) We also purchased a day pass to go to resorts across the street and enjoyed that too!

Great stay!

I am visiting Mejico for the first time from Spain, and i fall in love of this place! The house is very nice, the hostess was very kind, the place is perfect, very quiet and safe, it is not sea front but you only have to walk 1 min in a private street and you are on the beach. Tulum is only 15 minutes away and is perfect for going to dinner. the beds and pillows are very comfortable I slept like a baby! I love cooking and this kitchen has it all! I'll be back soon

we love Chemuyil! its a no frills kind of house. we were traveling with 3 other groups of friends so we each rented a different house and everyone liked this one the most. it has the best shaded back porch that opens to the jungle with 2 hammocks and a couch. it also has a nice roof top deck and an extra toilet and shower on the back porch. its at the end of the street with lovely neighbors and a short walk to the cenotes or to town for delicious aquas frescas and banana leaf wrapped tamales. this was our 3rd time back to Chemuyil, its not for everyone. if you want nightlife and shopping maybe stay in tulum.

A meticulously kept compound of several Houses or bungalows, ours with our own kitchen, others, sharing a communal kitchen. property off grid, so some electrical devices like hairdryers will not. function without extra effort from management. The beach was a short walk, and the property is located just south of the hotel zone which is complete with restaurants and shops. definitely an area for people in their 20s and 30s. The road getting into the property is congested to say the least and require some patience to navigate. Access to a “private“ beach, however, the presence of seaweed was a bit of a distraction. Wind was a constant, Which was good to keep the mosquitoes away and also good for the kite board folks. The owner, Mauricio, and property manager Pepe, went out of their way to provide information and make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly community, walking distance from a village with very good fruits and vegetables store and other amenities. This cute house felt like home very quickly. Close to road 307 with very easy access to all local cenotes, beaches, and more. We loved the local recommendations from the host. The Xcacel beach is fantastic, very quiet, cheap and family friendly as compared to other beaches we've seen - bring your snorkeling gear!

Lori's home was fantastic! tastefully decorated and well equipped. the addition of resturants and a Mercado to the area makes the country club lifestyle even easier. the co-host Enrique was always available and very helpful with local advice. the pools were gorgeous and never crowded. a 15 minute walk takes you either to the Kay Beasch Club or to a PGA golf course. highly recommend Lori's house to anyone looking for a getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Maare. It's a cozy place that felt like home right away and had every amenity we needed to enjoy the local beaches and unwind at the end of the day. Heather was a huge help with getting settled in and enjoying the surroundings, including great local recommendations of restaurants, beaches, cenotes (in walking distance!) and more. Loved the location of this charming little neighborhood as well. Would recommend.

un bel non un très bel endroit, des trucs pourrait être amélioré,réparer ou nettoyer, sinon emplacement ideal sur le cenotes lits très confortable, un bel endroit

Muy linda casita y muy acogedora , solo fueron dos noches pero estuvo genial las camas muy bien y el patio de atrás súper relax para pasar la tarde, y el tío Charlie siempre pendiente, nos prestó una hielera, nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes playas y cenotes, sin duda volveríamos!!!
