Sami was a great host. He was proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed and were happy guests throughout our stay. The condo itself was simple and had everything we needed. The pools in the common area are beautiful and get great afternoon sun. The Kay Beach Club that is available for guests is excellent and the public beach access is great. There’s a sandy walk in to the ocean that was great for kids to play in. The Tulum Country Club grounds are beautiful and the selection of restaurants close by are delicious options. O’Tan had a neat farmers market on Saturday morning and had live music on Sunday night - both were awesome. All in all, we had a fantastic stay - thanks Sami!

The location is outstanding. Private and breathtaking views. Your steps away from the ocean and awake to the sound of waves and birds. A rooster does make a bit too much noise at all hours. You can hear the outdoors very well and is overall gratifying. The place could use a few small things to help the older people like us get up the stairs at both entries, a railing to make the first high step and keep your footing as both stairs are crooked and not spaced evenly. The step out of the bathrooms is also an ankle twister in the night. We had a very restfull stay and i would love to return again. The area is worth doing some exploring as it has special things you may not get to see again. We done a 3 hour boat tour and saw dolphins and several birds on one island. It was very windy when we were there so the water on the ocean side was stirred and cloudy but we also had no issues with bugs because of wind. We greatly enjoyed the dock on the eco side of the property.

One of the most special spaces I've ever felt. The energy here is serene, angelic and intentional. The hosts and building staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. I felt so safe and well taken care of. The space is super clean, comfortable and the kitchen is stocked beyond compare! The ocean views and being just steps away from the beach was absolute bliss. The perfect sanctuary for a deep nervous system reset.

Miguel’s condo was absolutely exceptional!!! Beach access through the beach club was extremely easy and the beach area was amazing!!! Snorkeling was magical with all the beautiful sea life! Everything was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and we felt like we were the only ones there! We would without hesitation book again with Miguel!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

Logement dans résidence calme idéalement situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer et des plages (possibilité de longer la côte à pied jusqu'à Akumal et nager au milieu des tortues, raies et magnifiques poissons) Hôtes réactifs qui nous ont accompagné et conseiller durant le séjour Résidence calme, logement très très bien équipé, propre, bref tout pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Je recommande ce logement 👍

Overall had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and the room was very clean. Right across the street from the private beach and there is also a pool that was very nice. Regarding location, the only thing is it's further from the center of town. There's only a few food spots walking distance, otherwise I'd recommend renting bikes or getting a taxi to have more food options either in town or on the beach strip.

Very beautiful location right on the beach. The host was super-responsive and went above and beyond to assist us. Kindly allowed us to check-out late on the day of departure. Daily cleaning was a nice bonus. Great alternative to spending the big bucks on an all-inclusive resort.

Exceeded our expectations. Our group had 4 adults and 3 kids, three and under. It was perfect for our size and all the amenities made it an even better stay including but not limited to pool, direct beach access, kayaks, snorkeling gear, etc. not to mention the front row seats to the sunrise from every bedroom. With Poncho and Mercedes on the property, this was unlike any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They came in and cleaned every day, made beds, brought clean towels, and even did our dishes. They were incredibly attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend this stay, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at this multi unit Airbnb. First we stayed on the first floor for two nights then moved to the ground floor for three nights. The first floor level was great for its privacy and it felt like we were living in the jungle with the view being of all the trees (with the ocean in the background). But I think we enjoyed the ground floor unit the best because we could walk right out to the pool and ocean. A little less privacy since it is right in front of the common areas, but we didn't mind because it was very quiet while we were visiting. Sometimes we were the only people at the pool. Enrique was very helpful throughout our stay and always kept the grounds looking beautiful. We kayaked and paddle boarded a couple times (both provided) right from the backyard. We lost power a couple times, but the backup generator kept the basics on and they were always on top of fixing it. The area is remote so we were really happy to have a rental car. We will be back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Appartement. Ryan war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z.B. ein Auto zu mieten. Wichtig, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants weiter entfernt sind. Es gibt eine super Strandbar in naher fussläufiger Umgebung. Wir können Akumal und auch das Appartement nur wärmsten empfehlen. Tolles Personal, welches 24h zur Verfügung steht. Schöne Einrichtung und tolle Ausstattung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

El alojamiento es precioso y muy cómodo, tanto el departamento como los espacios de uso común. Las vistas también. La playa fue difícil de disfrutar por las rocas y el sargazo, pero está cerca del coral lo que permite hacer snorkel y ver muchos peces. Hay que tener en cuenta que la ubicación es muy alejada del centro y otras zonas turísiticas, por lo que sí o sí es necesario un automóvil para realizar actividades fuera del alojamiento (salvo un cenote que queda cerca y se puede ir caminando). De todas formas eso estuvo aclarado desde el primer momento, lo que nos permitió preverlo y por eso fuimos en dos autos, por lo que no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para visitar otros puntos de Tulum. Hermosa experiencia.

This is a lovely private villa on a beautiful stretch of sand on Soliman Bay. The entire property is well cared-for and spotlessly clean. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The sitting areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside create lots of space for different activities. Maria and Jose, the on-site staff, were great at their jobs, patient with our minimal Spanish, and happy to help in any way they could. The bay is perfect for kayaking on calmer days. We enjoyed walking the beach, hunting for sea glass, and reading in the hammocks. We recommend the "Good Pizza" at Mantaray just up the beach. It's good! During our stay, there was some disruption (loud music) from guests to the South. Arul & team responded appropriately to address the issue, and we appreciated their prompt and professional support. It's clear to us this was very rare for this community, so for the purpose of our ratings, we considered this issue a anomaly. We recommend Villa Tres Delfines!

Wowww 10 de 10 te tienes que quedar aquiiiii sin duda que zona tan interesante para conectar con la natureleza , el cielo estrellado en la noche , el arrecife a pocos metros frente a la casita , el paseo en kayak todo un reto , la zona tranquila lejos del bullicio . Hay tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca por lo que no te faltara nada , un lugar que te ofrece demasiado .La casa estaba limpia y ordenada y cuenta con lo necesario para estar comodo , Amelia todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente. Te recomiendo rentar auto para que te puedas desplazar comodamnete y aprovechar todo el area , sin duda ve a Xcacel es un playa dentro de una reserva de desove de tortuga a 8 km sin duda de las mejores playas tranquilas y familiares . Sin duda volveria :)

We highly recommend Stacy's place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful beachfront condo. It was just what we were seeking for our first stay in Akumal - bright, airy, comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows. And the location near the end of the beach is QUIET - no loud all-night partiers, like in Tulum! The condo has everything you’ll need for a wonderful stay. We took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and made coffee, margaritas, and light meals. The bed and linens were supremely comfy. In the bathroom, the shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Outside, we enjoyed the beach chairs under the palapas, while iguanas sunned themselves on the steps. The beach in front is rocky (bring beach shoes!) but the bay is perfect for snorkeling. Stacy and her local contact Leticia were always available to answer our questions via email and text. We loved our stay at this special place and hope to return.

Had a wonderful stay here for our family trip! Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. Hosts were very communicative and great. Will definitely be back

Gary and Brenda have a beautiful place! it's very clean and very private on a stunning beach. Brenda was extremely helpful and super quick to respond to all requests. she's a very gracious host. The staff (Juan, Veni, and Fran) are remarkably friendly and helpful. I highly recommend doing a major grocery shopping before arriving to the house and/or having Fran cook for you (she's an excellent cook) as the house is far from the restaurant zone and it's so beautiful at Nah Balam there is no reason to leave. I also recommend renting a bigger car that can handle the pot holes well. Overall, we loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Awesome location that looks exactly like the pictures! Don’t worry about the weed - it’s not a lot and gets cleaned up daily. Highly recommend you get Samuel to cook your meals - absolutely delicious and cheaper and more convenient than going out. Cheryl is a great communicator and dealt with an issue we had as quickly as possible. The road in is as rough as people describe but manageable in the rental car which was not 4WD. The house has everything you need - it is not overly posh so makes it immensely liveable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The community felt very safe. The issue we had was two properties had hired private DJ’s so it was less than peaceful until security contained the noise. Cheryl even offered to move us to a different house to get away from the noise but it was not required.

You definitely need a car, as it makes visiting lots of nearby amazing spots and going on adventures much easier. I will definitely be coming back with my family! The host, Yvonne, was fantastic and responded very quickly to all my queries. The place itself was great, and I loved having a washer and dryer, which made traveling with two small kids so much easier. The beautiful pools and stunning views included in the condominium added to the experience. It was very peaceful, and everyone we met was nice. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!"
