We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

The Tribe House was the best decision I could have made for hosting my bachelorette party. Maureen really does provide an all inclusive service, including delicious catered dinners and breakfasts by the amazing Jess and her mom that we could eat outside in the backyard, extremely fun and beautiful private tours led by Maureen herself and local guides, and private transportation everywhere we wanted including to/from the airport. The space itself could fit all 10 of us easily, it was so comfortable and homey and cute, we had a fridge stocked full of snacks and groceries and alcohol at a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things honestly. She even helped us pick local places for dinner that were super fun. The place is practically built to house a bachelorette party, the pool even came with ring shaped floaties. Maureen and I were always in contact with one another, I was even able to call her to plan logistics. The area also felt walkable and safe. Just can be a bit noisy outside

Superbe séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée et au calme. L hôte est toujours disponible en cas de question. La piscine est top, la clim fonctionne très bien. Il faut une voiture pour aller à la plage ou au restaurant mais c est très rapide. Je recommande!

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. The included daily cleaning service made the stay even better.

The casa was just like the photos! Lots of room for a family of 11 and kids. We didn't even use the 1 casa. The house is close to the main road, beach clubs, and downtown. This is really important since most roads to houses are not paved. The Tulum Airport is about 35 min away without traffic. The host provides a guidebook for close clubs and beaches which is super helpful. The zebra club is amazing if you have kids! I do recommend renting out a boat (H20H Sun Cruises crew were great), then hitting Serenity Beach Club (water is calmer) for kids , be prepared though for beach vendors, we loved that. Orlando the house manager was amazing he answered all questions right away. The house has all the amenities. For food we loved Palma Central Tulum (Food Trucks) or for authentic tacos Taqueria La Chiapaneca or for coffee Story Horse is a must.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Jorge was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. If you have a longer stay the washing machine is a definite plus.

Het verblijf is precies wat je ziet op de foto's. Het is een prima appartement in een prima regio (auto is wel noodzakelijk om ergens te komen) waar ten tijde van onze trip (maart 2025) volop gewerkt werd aan nieuwe gebouwen rondom het complex, maar niks waar wij ons aan stoorden. Dit was niet te horen of veroorzaakte hinder. De host gaf alle informatie die we nodig hadden en reageerde snel.

Visitamos 9 cidades no México e sem dúvidas, esta foi a melhor acomodação. Nos sentimos realmente em casa. O apartamento é lindíssimo, extremamente limpo, confortável e tinha tudo que precisávamos. A estrutura do condomínio também é incrível - piscina bonita, limpa, boa academia, ambiente silencioso e acolhedor. Também me senti segura na região para caminhar e é fácil encontrar ótimos cafés e restaurantes a poucos metros. Recomendo demais!

Apparemment spacieux, et bien équipé au premier étage d’une résidence tranquille, face à la mer des Caraïbes. Large terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Transats , parasols et piscine pour profiter de la vue - l’accès à la mer requiert des chaussures ou des palmes Bon restaurants et supérettes à proximité Très bien situé entre playa del Carmen et Tulum en particulier si on veut rester à l’écart de la foule. Nous avions une voiture : parking gratuit possible devant la résidence Nous conseillons cet appartement !

Akumel is a lovely quiet spot to get away and enjoy the coast. Lovely spot to be away from the busy touristy areas of Cancun and Tulum. Easy 1 mile walk into the very small town. Guest house was perfect for us. The onsite staff is friendly, courteous and always immediately responsive for questions and care. The beach is rocky but a nice spot for snorkeling. (And, the house has a nice supply of snorkel and masks to borrow.). It’s also a 5 minute walk to an open air cenote for swimming with colorful tropical fish.

This was peaceful retreat after a day of diving. You definitely need a rental car to get around as the area isn’t walkable if you want to go anywhere other than the beach. It was an easy, straight shot into Tulum for the day’s activities and a beautiful and quiet escape at night. The place itself was very comfortable and clean and had everything you could need once stocked up on groceries. I loved hearing the ocean at night and having a private space to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. It was safe to enjoy a walk at night. Ground staff and housekeeping were really helpful and kind. Host was super friendly and quickly responsive anytime I needed to reach out. Would book again! Great find!

Steve’s place at Nahil is truly a hidden secret! Best place to get into Half Moon Bay to snorkel! It has a great pool, lovely garden, great new little convenience store across the street, and very quiet! The studio is perfect fora couple! It is cozy and comfortable! Ester, our housekeeper is about as sweet as anyone can be! I highly, highly recommend Nahil #11!

Cet Airbnb est parfait pour les petites familles ou des gens qui veulent être au calme et dans un confort absolu dans leur hébergement. Les photos sont identiques à la réalité. Super propre et moderne. Les piscines et installations de relaxation (lits et parasols) sont parfait, surtout pour les enfants car pas très creux (max 3-4 pieds). La cenote pour se baigner et relaxer est un plus très apprécié! L’emplacement est super avec l’épicerie Chenaui à pied et plusieurs restaurants en face. De plus, en 15 min à pied on se rend au plus grand cartier de restaurants au centre-ville. Le cartier de la Veleta est un peu loin à pied cependant. Mais nous avions loué un véhicule et nous y sommes aller pour manger. La plage est aussi trop loin à pied, donc au minimum il faut prévoir de louer des vélos ou véhicule… Les hôtes sont très collaboratif et répondent rapidement à nos besoins ou question. En sommes, super hébergement dans une belle ville en développement avec des plages magnifiques.

This condo is in a spectacular location with an all-day-long perfect view of the ocean and a private beach offering excellent snorkelling. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. The area is quiet and safe with amazing fresh food served at restaurants within walking distance. Laura, our host, was welcoming and thorough as well as extremely responsive throughout our stay. This was one of our best vacations ever and we hope to be back very soon! Thank you!

Mandy 100% lives up to her 5-star reviews! She is an amazing host, and once you’ve stayed here, you’ll see her positive, happy personality is reflected throughout the condo. We were just down a week ago, and when or if we needed something, she was just a quick email away, with a fast response. We had an emergency and had to return early. I had asked if my in-laws could stay for the remaining time as they were remodeling their kitchen, and we had just fully stock the fridge. She said, “Yes, absolutely your sister-in-law is very welcome.” The condo was well stocked having everything you could need to enjoy a comfortable stay. My spouse and I have many food sensitivities, so, I planned to cook all our meals. I had no problems finding just the right dish or utensil for the job. It made me smile to see a couple new spare toothbrushes in the bathroom. We did not need one, though, it was very thoughtful for someone who may have overlooked packing theirs. Mandy is the best!!!
