We had the best time here, the house and the neighborhood had everything we needed! It was especially great since there was lots of things for our baby so we didn’t have to pack a lot. Jungle fish is right across the street so it was great to be able to walk over to a pool and the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent home for those who want to disconnect from routine concrete jungle materialistic world .. it has been decades since living in a place which is so much connected to the nature with 4 miles of private beach , no microwave so u can rather eat or cook the food naturally , no cell tower signals , so u connect to the world with host provided starlink internet, with each bedroom equipped with ACs, total home easily supports 12 to 15 people to stay , it’s a wonderful and one of unique experience those who want to disconnect from routine lifestyle .. the staff is very friendly for those who are visiting with big groups family and friends it’s a nice place from Mayan arch in tulum beach area it would take 90mins on a very bad rough road but worth the drive .. we would love to visit the place again ..

Simone’s cenote retreat was a dream! We loved our time in the jungle at this special villa. Very comfortable couch and beds, a well appointed kitchen and amazing surroundings. We got to swim in two private cenotes on the property and woke up early to see sleeping monkeys in the treetops from the giant deck. We are already dreaming about returning. Thank you for hosting us!

This place is a gem! Beautiful condo, well equipped, easy in and out of facility, quiet but close to so much!!! Could not have been happier with the place and our hosts!

This was my first time renting through an air b n b. Aurelia and others, were very responsive! They were kind, clear communication, and very respectful. I got a private massage at the condo and it was fantastic. This condo is just like the photos! It is clean, very quiet, peaceful and just what my family and I needed. We also rode bikes to restaurants and it was delightful. I will definitely be back next spring break and will book this same place! I highly recommend it. Thank you!

Departamento amplio y muy cómodo. Cocina completa muy bien equipada. Sala cómoda con tv por steaming. Habitación con cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección o se pueden mantener todas las ventanas abiertas ya que cuentan con mosquiteros. Incluso hay un pequeño cuarto de servicio para lavar ropa y un tendedero. El baño es amplio e impecable, con agua caliente y buena presión en la regadera. La limpieza se hace cada ciertos días, lo que es excelente para estancias largas. El ingreso es autónomo y muy fácil. Los anfitriones respondían con rapidez. La zona es segura (incluso de noche) y bien ubicada: supermercado a dos cuadras, centro de la ciudad a unas 12 cuadras, las playas, el parque del jaguar y la zona hotelera a unos 10 minutos en coche, las ruinas igualmente a unos 10 minutos. Hay algunos restaurantes y bares cercanos. Incluso hay paradas de transporte público a dos cuadras que llevan a todos los lugares mencionados antes. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí

Totalmente recomendable. Todo estaba en orden y limpio. La zona estuvo ideal para los planes que tuvimos. Mario es excelente persona y estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo, contesta súper rápido.

*Absolutely Amazing* Ideal for this quiet-loving couple. Gorgeous spot right on the beach, direct views and sound of waves from both bedroom and living room. Fabulous design and amenities. Kind, attentive, respectful staff. Easy access down unpaved road. Get quickly to groceries, activities then back to peaceful home base. Terrific restaurants immediately adjacent and easy walk down the beach. Turtle is 2nd floor (stairs) with 1 BR, 1.5 bath. Other 1 BRs on 1st floor. Highly recommend if you like a quiet spot for adventures and/or relaxation

The building was perfect and with an amazing view of Tulum. Safe areas with nice parking space and security 24/7

Staying at Lilian’s suite at the Adora condos was absolutely wonderful. The entire complex is beautiful. You feel like you’re in your own private sanctuary. Access to the private cenote on the grounds was real special. The pool was fun and comfortable with lounging beds both shaded and open for sunbathing. The staff were kind and helpful when needed. The suite itself housed 4 of us very comfortably. We loved the ability to have night cooking and staying in. The suite felt luxurious with its stone, fully walk in showers. The stone tub on the master suite patio was my absolute favorite! Our front porch was the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon plunges, and evening games. Lilian was so helpful answering any questions we had, and was always readily available. We were so very pleased, and enjoyed everything. Location to town and beach road is excellent. Quiet when you need quiet and close enough to the activities for the fun night life! Highly recommend, will happily stay again!
