This place was perfect. Slightly off the beaten track of busy Tulum, nestled into a quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. The place is just like the photos, the bathtub, patio space and everything else was a great space for myself and my partner. The bikes were the best, we used them constantly and road all over Tulum, down to the beach almost everyday. Bed is comfortable, great shower. Kitchen handy to make some quick meals. Fave spots in Tulum were La Zebra beach club which has no fee for sunbeds, La Alfonsina and Cafe K Anaab. If back in Tulum would DEFINITELY book this beautiful spot again.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the jungle location gives you peace when waking up in the morning, there’s plenty of space to have time for yourself outside enjoying the birds chirping and watching them fly by, is very close from Tulum beach and close to the town where you will find anything you need, host is a very nice and helpful person. My family and I can’t wait to go back

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

This house was just want I wanted! Great for groups of people who want to commune but still have their privacy. We were able to fit 16 people comfortably. It’s a beautiful house with a great pool. The pool was used often. One thing to note is that the street the house is on is unpaved so driving on the street can be bumpy. 10/10 would still recommend for a group

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

We wanted a quiet, safe, beautiful, comfortable place right on the Yal Ku Lagoon in Akumal with easy access into the lagoon and a private pool. The lagoon is a beautiful place to snorkel & its right out of the back door. This place delivered all of that!!! You get free snorkel gear from the Lagoon Park a 3 minute walk away. We found 2 restaurants we loved in easy walking distance & others a 5 minute drive away.The guards for the gate were so friendly & nice. Bikes are available too. If we needed anything- like more filtered water it was promptly delivered. Having the pool & hot tub all to ourselves was great!!! We were a family of grandparents, 7 year old grandson & his parents & our other adult son.

The Brooklyn Bungalow was nothing less than AMAZING. We had two other couples with us, and ALL of us were impressed. The home was clean, inviting and comfortable. The pool was spotless, the kitchen was great for the meals we cooked and the bathrooms were pristine. A quick walk to a few coffee places, and we highly recommend Chencho’s for breakfast and Pinche’s tacos for lunch OR dinner. Rosa was fantastic in her communications with us and recommended Vito, a personal chef, for a special dinner made in the home. FANTASTIC!!! Vito welcomed us to the house and showed us around, and he was so friendly and informative. WARNING….The roads to the place are NOT for the faint of heart…istg a toddler could stand up in one of the potholes (not even an exaggeration)….but that is NO fault of the owners. We would DEFINITELY return. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to being repeat guests!

It was a perfect apartment for our stay of 4 nights. Mauricio always responded to us very quickly and was very helpful.

Our stay at Marco’s property was great! Hosts were responsive, and so nice! The property was new, beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay in Tulum Country Club Perfect. The layout of the property is perfect for couples or families, the main living area is on the main floor with TV comfortable sitting area, the kitchen & dining area. The bedrooms are upstairs, the primary room is on the second floor, and other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, each bedroom with a huge bathroom, it is perfect giving you privacy, while still all being in the same household. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, kitchen is well equipped , showers & water pressure are great, lots of bath towels & pool towels, 2 large pools are about 1 min away from the house. About a 8-10 min walk to the beach or you can take the Tulum Country Club Shuttle to get to Kay Beach Club- which was beautiful ! Would highly recommend this property! Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

If I could give more stars, I would. This house was very comfortable clean even better than the photos. Will definitely recommend.

Place was beautiful. Birds chirping in the morning. Really comfy bed and beautiful shower/bathroom. Close walk to beautiful restaurants market shops and coffee and most of all felt really safe and well looked after as a solo female traveller in this area. Geraldina was also super responsive to questions and offered great local activity suggestions, and staff around accom were super polite and helpful. Situated right next to Hotel with daily yoga and a short drive to the beach. Would stay again.

Great top-floor unit with lots of space and amazing jungle views! We enjoyed looking at the colors of the sky every evening. We had an amazing experience here and wish we had booked it for longer. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, hot water and A/C worked great as well as super fast, consistent Wi-Fi. The complex feels safe with 24-hour concierge service and a charming courtyard that was just refreshed while we were there. Walking the dog at night around the building was also enjoyable and the streets around are paved and trailed with greenery. This is our 2nd time staying at Brava Towers and we’ll gladly be back here again in the furniture! Our host was very pleasant to work with and very responsive.

Our stay at Diego’s and Marinas place was so calm and relaxed. There was no difficulty in getting into the room and they gave me any information that I needed from the very beginning. The room was clean and the bed SUPER comfy ! Would recommend to anybody who wants an affordable and nice place to stay while they explore tulum

This place was a jungle oasis in a secure complex in Aldea Zama (10 mins drive to the downtown center, 10 mins drive to the beach zone/clubs & a 25 min drive to Akumal Bay to swim with the sea turtles)! Looks like the photos (although the pool does need to be cleaned often of leaves), and it was gorgeously decorated, well maintained, clean and very spacious for two people (the beds were extremely comfortable. The front patio was very spacious, relaxing & private and the pool was very refreshing when the sun came out. The small back patio off of the bedroom was nice to sit on in the morning as well. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the birds start quite early and are loud, but it is to be expected in a tropical paradise. The location was great (7/11 and some shops and places to eat were across the street from the entry gate and more cafe's/smoothie bars/restaurants were a 10 min walk down the street) but you do need a car /atv/scooter to get around for sure.

Mystique Temple was simply Amazing. The place was super luxurious, private and far surpassed all expectations. Super fast Wifi, A/C worked great, beds were so comfortable I slept the best I have in years. Its 10 min from the beach and 10min from Tulum centro so it was a perfect midpoint from what activity we felt like doing. Super clean and had a very native feel with a classy touch. Will definitely be coming back!! Private pool was super clean and refreshing first thing in the morning!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was beautiful, with a lovely pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, just a short distance from great restaurants. Having a bicycle available was a wonderful bonus, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely rent this place again!

This place was PERFECT for my family of 4. everyone had their own space and room. The house is beautiful and the pool is just the topping on the cake. It was nice to come home after a long day and take a dip to cool off. Great location - close to everything. Hosts were super attentive and responsive to any questions or needs we had. Everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the casa! Brigitte, our host met us at the house and showed us everything. We arrived on Christmas Day and she picked up some grocery essentials as we were not sure if stores would be open. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and resolve any minor issues that came up and provided lots of help and local knowledge. The house was immaculate and walkable to coffee shops and cafes and a small market. We had a wonderful meal at The Orchid House, a hotel and restaurant right next door. The stay included a mid-week cleaning. We took advantage of the chef service twice. Chef Jesus and his assistant came to the villa and made a wonderul surf and turf Christmas dinner for us, complete with amazing cocktails. They also did a taco night for us at the house. Parking was easy. This was by far the best service we have had at a rental. and we have stayed at numerous AirBnBs throughout the US and Europe. Highly recommended! Many thanks!

Increíble locación y alojamiento, súper tranquila la zona. Hay tiendas y restaurantes a 10min caminando, al igual que un súper como a 20min caminando. La atención de Valeria fue inigualable, no tuvimos ningún percance y fue una estadía demasiado amena. Hay juegos de mesa para pasar el tiempo! Ese fue un detalle increíble!
