La estancia fue muy agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo toda la disposición, el lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo y sin dudar regresaría nuevamente.

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

Firstly, the space was more beautiful and bigger than it appears in photos. Very aesthetic and modern. Great price and great stay. A couple things: The neighborhood is developing so the roads are not great but it didn’t make a difference in my stay There were ants travelling in the bathroom and I’m sure I could’ve asked for ant traps, but I left the lights on and I felt like that helped keep them away. The most important thing to note is the address. The address provided to me was not accurate, so it made it difficult for taxis. Additionally, the taxi service provided from this Airbnb host from airport to the home was not a good experience and I did not use that taxi service again during my stay. Otherwise, the place is absolutely amazing and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

Beautiful house in a nice neighbourhood in Tulum. We stayed with out 18 month old and felt very safe walking around the area, even at night. Nice restaurants nearby all within walking distance. The house itself was even better than the pictures. Rooms were spacious and clean and the house is in great condition, It was lovely sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds and wildlife in the lovely pool area. The house felt very safe, it has a large fence going around the property although we never felt like we needed it. The pool had a shallow kids area which was great for out 18 month old to play in or for us to sunbathe in while staying cool. I've stayed in a few AirBnB's before and this one is up there with the best. Only one downside was some of the establishments nearby can be a little noisy with their music playing late but it didn't bother us that much, the air con noise drowned it out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and would love to stay here again.

Espectacular! La propiedad de Erik fue exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Cómodo, limpio, relajante. La casa queda dentro de un complejo privado de casas con varios vecinos que viven allí. Todos muy amables y respetuosos. Las facilidades todas perfectamente como descrito en Airbnb y aún más con recomendaciones de actividades y restaurantes locales para visitar. El llegar requiere un vehículo ya que queda un poco a distancia del pueblo, pero aún así muy accesible. Definitivamente regresaría en el futuro!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus und alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist noch größer als wir es angenommen hatten, der Pool groß genug und erfrischend und für uns und unsere Kids war es perfekt. Tolle Tipps, Super Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung und Mirko war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Ideen die Zeit in Tulum verschönert.

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Beautiful place that was wonderful to stay at with my family. A short (and inexpensive) collectivo ride to Centro as well further north to many beaches.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Sami was a great host. He was proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed and were happy guests throughout our stay. The condo itself was simple and had everything we needed. The pools in the common area are beautiful and get great afternoon sun. The Kay Beach Club that is available for guests is excellent and the public beach access is great. There’s a sandy walk in to the ocean that was great for kids to play in. The Tulum Country Club grounds are beautiful and the selection of restaurants close by are delicious options. O’Tan had a neat farmers market on Saturday morning and had live music on Sunday night - both were awesome. All in all, we had a fantastic stay - thanks Sami!

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

Cet Airbnb est parfait pour les petites familles ou des gens qui veulent être au calme et dans un confort absolu dans leur hébergement. Les photos sont identiques à la réalité. Super propre et moderne. Les piscines et installations de relaxation (lits et parasols) sont parfait, surtout pour les enfants car pas très creux (max 3-4 pieds). La cenote pour se baigner et relaxer est un plus très apprécié! L’emplacement est super avec l’épicerie Chenaui à pied et plusieurs restaurants en face. De plus, en 15 min à pied on se rend au plus grand cartier de restaurants au centre-ville. Le cartier de la Veleta est un peu loin à pied cependant. Mais nous avions loué un véhicule et nous y sommes aller pour manger. La plage est aussi trop loin à pied, donc au minimum il faut prévoir de louer des vélos ou véhicule… Les hôtes sont très collaboratif et répondent rapidement à nos besoins ou question. En sommes, super hébergement dans une belle ville en développement avec des plages magnifiques.

I had a fantastic stay at Tarik’s place! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a sophisticated touch that made it feel like a home away from home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect spot to unwind, yet still conveniently close to great food options and bike rentals. Tarik was an excellent host—very responsive and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Our stay at Ki Tulum exceeded all our expectations! Our host was kind and responsive, and the apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, well- equipped, and in an excellent safe location. And the rooftop pool and space was one of our favorite things and we spent a lot of time up there. If you are planning a trip to Tulum, you will not be disappointed in this space. Aldea Zama is the place to be! We’ll be back!

Maison magnifique tout à fait conforme aux photos. Gardien à l’entrée de la résidence et possible d’aller dîner à pied dans des restaurants de la Veleta. Communication très facile avec Yessica Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison !

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

My partner and I had such an incredible stay here at Yaakunah!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. The owners who run the place are incredibly kind and super accommodating. We were very sad to leave the residence on our last day, it truly was an Oasis away from home. 🌺🙏 We felt very safe staying here. Beds were super comfortable!! Backyard was beautiful, we had breakfast outside every morning. The area was perfect and near all kinds of shopping & dinning spots. I highly recommend Burrito amor, Nimeno & to check out Palma Central in the area! Everyone around was super kind. There’s a lot of places that I wish I could go back to but I will surely return here in the future! We fell in love with Tulum and would come back to stay here in a heart beat!
