The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Mariusz's place is such an expiernce and waking up to the view it was amazing. Location takes you anywhere you like. Place is spotless and comfortable. The only thing I really disliked it was the day of check out! Wish could stay there longer! Mariusz is amazing host and very helpful! Do not hesitate just book!

I booked France's place for my family to stay over for a week to enjoy London and Sydenham (3 adults). I initially chose her place due to great reviews, good pictures and being close by to where I live - What a fantastic choice! The flat is at a convenient location from the Sydenham station as well as close to local restaurants and shops without being located on a busy road. The bedrooms are spacious and at the back of the house for privacy and peace, which is a huge plus with people waking up at different times a day etc. The overall space and layout is great and functional. The livingroom is absolutely beautiful with big windows, which was something my family enjoyed a lot. Would definitely book again!

Enjoyed our stay and having a parking space outside the property was extremely useful especially as I was travelling with two children and our dog so didn't have far to walk to unload the car. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. Need a passenger to keep an eye out for the property due to the flow of traffic other than this a very pleasant stay. We noticed the bath leaked which was highlighted to the host but overall we would definitely stay here again 😊

We had a lovely stay here with a group of friends. The apartment was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. There was lots to do in the area with Brighton pier being within walking distance and we would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you! 😁

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

We stayed in Jon's place for a month and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped to cook delicious meals, the living room was spacious with natural sunlight, the bed was super comfortable to sleep on and the hot water was powerful and had a good supply. Jon's place is close to Beachy Head and had trails at his door step. His accomodation is conveniently located with supermarkets and services close by. We hope to return to Jon's place, the next we are on Eastbourne.

I would highly recommend this beautiful annex. It’s situated just a stone throw from the beach. David was very helpful, kind and informative of the area. We had such a fabulous time with lovely walks on the beach with our little Waffle the dog. It was exactly what we needed nice and chilled with the weather on our side. Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! second stay at maxines. Such a great location for exploring the north lanes. and a short walk to the pier. So many great restaurants near by. Maxine is great, very welcoming and even left my partner a birthday cake and birthday banner 😀 we will be back !

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Perfect flat for a weekend gate away to a Brighton. Great location for the train station, shops, restaurants and only a 15 mins (max) walk to the beach. The host was very welcoming and the flat was clean and perfect size for the two of us.
