Perfect place for our stay, pool and outdoors area are a sensational place to relax and spend most of our time when we weren’t at a beach. Perfect for a family and brilliant hosts. If they’ll have us we will be back in a heartbeat.

I stayed here with my partner for our anniversary and were so happy with the place. It had everything we needed, house and external areas were clean and beautiful. We had all our meals outside enjoying the shoreline views, and got to enjoy the sunrise with a front row seat. Definitely worth the price, exceeded our expectations by far and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay and Liz was very responsive when necessary. Lovely breeze coming off the ocean that blew through the house keeping it cool with well maintained bug screens on all the windows. Pool was very relaxing and we enjoyed evening walks along the beach given how close we were located. House was clean and generally well maintained.

We had an amazing stay here, and it truly was a lifesaver! Our original booking was canceled last minute, and they responded to us straight away, making everything so easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. After a stressful day dealing with the cancellation, we were able to relax in the jacuzzi, which was such a treat and helped us unwind completely. Thank you for saving our trip—we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming and peaceful stay!

Beautiful places at a beautiful location not too far out of the town. Clean and spacious. My group had a relaxed stay here and will come back again.

I don’t know where to start about our amazing time staying at this property. It was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. The house was very spacious and easily fit 3 families, it had everything we needed and everything you can possibly think of. The pool was absolutely amazing an absolute bonus it was completely private with no road views or no neighbours around. Ideal stay for every season of the year. Ashari was an amazing host answered every question I had to ask and was flexible with our check ins and check outs. The kids absolutely loved the horses (I think us adults more) and even got to ride them!!

Amazing place for a weekend getaway! The house is clean and spacious, situated in a peaceful location surrounded by bushland. Rebecca was fantastic host, responding to our questions and requests in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning!

Boomers was the perfect home and location to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. The massive deck with beautiful views was an extension from the kitchen/living area. A quick walk down to the beach too. Tony was very helpful and communicative and the place had all the basic necessities, even though you bring your own linen, tea towels and bath towels ect it is worth it to make it an affordable stay for all. Many special memories were made.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was lovely, Extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was absolutely beautiful so crisp and clean. The beautiful big Deck out the back with the BBQ was great for afternoons after the beach for a lunch or dinner with the family. A beautiful big yard for the kids to play. A lovely walk to the jetty and water park just up the road. I will definitely be booking again for the future

We loved the stay at Steve's place and it was very comfortable for a few group of families to have a relaxed time. Also it is a short drive to forster and nearby attractions.

We stayed at the farmhouse with two kids and a puppy (which isn’t usually allowed but they were nice enough to let our pooch stay). There was so much room and activities for everyone that we couldn’t get through everything in the long weekend we stayed. Dan the host was also great in talking us through the home and also where things are on the property and the diverse range of fruit trees (which we could use for a juice if we wanted). The furniture is basic with everything you need especially the kitchen with a 6 burner stove 3 ovens and double door fridge but it’s nothing too fancy. But that suited us with the heating in the lounge room working the entire communal area (which is very large) and as it was 6 degrees at night but 20 during the day it was perfect to turn on after coming inside from feeding brushing the farm animals.

This is a great house. We spent a week there with our adult children and their partners and it was perfect. Lots of space and a gorgeous location looking out over Smith's Lake. The house was clean and well set up with everything you could want. When there were a couple of minor issues during our stay, Alex was extremely responsive and efficient in sorting them out. The path down to the house is very steep, as the listing says, so that might be an issue for people with limited mobility. Otherwise, I have no hesitation in recommending this house.

Nice location, kind owner and great communication. I didn’t notice the place doesn’t provide bed linens and towels, so we were a bit struggled to get things ready. Otherwise, we had a great time exploring Great Lakes region.

We stayed at Natalie’s beautiful place for a week with 2 other families. We all have young children and the house was perfect for all of us. Lots of space, incredibly well set up and the pool was amazing!!!!! Could not recommend more highly.

Second time we have stayed here as we absolutely love it! The quant home that has so much character, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms, the wrap around verandah where you can so easily relax in the peaceful surroundings. A place where we can stay comfortably with our fur child The short stroll to the dog friendly beach and quiet township Even down to the CD collection, games and puzzles for a different entertainment that you don't normally think about Looking forward to our next stay

We loved our stay at Helen & Svend’s place. It was so comfortable, light and airy. With plenty of room in the kitchen, dining area, lounge, plus a large outside table with chairs. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed (we cooked a meal each evening). They had even thought about guests needing to do some washing so there was a laundry room with an outdoor hanging line. Plus two car spaces for our cars to get out of the sun, so they were cool. Overall just a wonderful place! The house is an easy walk to the beach, plus it’s right by all the cafes. Svend was so easy to communicate with and the response time was great. I’d definitely recommend this house!

This is the second time staying in this home and it’s great. You feel like you are staying with a relative it has everything you need and Harrington is a little slice of heaven.

This is a very spacious comfortable 3 bedroom beach house. A short stroll to the beautiful Blackhead beach which is patrolled most days in summer. Large balcony with view to the ocean and beach. Secure car park for car. Fabulous place for a family beach holiday!

Our stay here was truly wonderful. This peaceful and secluded home, nestled amidst serene bushland, offered a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. Access was easy even with a 2WD. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with a comprehensive array of cooking utensils and equipment, making meal preparation a breeze. Thoughtful touches like bug spray and mosquito coils ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The living room and one of the bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning, adding to the overall comfort. The modern bathrooms were spotless, and the entire space was impeccably maintained. A special mention to Mae, whose friendly nature made our mornings extra special—starting the day with a game of fetch with her was an absolute delight. Joe was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, graciously allowing us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. We would love to return and highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful escape!
