Colleagues stayed in this accommodation so it is hard for me to review but as far as I'm aware they enjoyed their stay.

great mattresses and pillows. sofa in living room really comfy. nice lay out terrible shower, couldn't rinse shampoo out, had to flush both toilets twice, needed a few more cutlery and crockery

Cathrine’s place was absolutely amazing and very well equipped didn’t want for anything There was 9 of us 5 Adults and 4 Children the place was ideal for us all and seemed bigger than the photos. Definitely recommend this for families with children plenty of space for all. Also just want to say the actual campsite was amazing and the Guys that were running it were absolutely brilliant couldn’t have been more helpful ❤️By the way kids loved the baking session. Would definitely return 💕 Thank you Angie 💕

Beautiful location and the nicest cottage we have stayed in. The views are amazing and the cottage is so close to the beach. Well equipped cottage with great attention to detail.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake are stunning and the place looks more incredible than the photos. The place was clean to a very high standard and the beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. Host was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Great communication from the host made entry to the property easy. This is the second time we have stayed here. The cottage has everything you need, it is located within minutes of walking distance to the town, which has numerous eating and drinking places. The cottage has a very homely feel as soon as you walk through the front door. We will be back!!

A fantastic little house right in the middle of Hornsea. Great for the beach and all amenities. Very clean, warm and comfortable with everything you need. Jayne left us bread, chocolates and Xmas cake really kind. An absolute pleasure to communicate with and very prompt in all responses. Thank you.

myself and my family had a lovely new years stay in jools' caravan, it was nice and clean and had a very homely feel, there was an xbox, games, books and cd's which went down very well with the kids, the beds were very comfortable and the extra cushions and blankets on both the beds and settees made it feel really cozy, there was everything you could possibly need from, pots, pans, utensils to even plastic kids plates, bowls and cups, which were very useful for my autistic children. The site itself was well kept and looked lovely, obviously it was all closed up for the season but we will definitely be back when all is open again, and will definitely be staying in one of jools' caravan's she has on the site.

Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is great and plenty of room for everyone. The tablet in the kitchen is great for instructions-we would never have figured out the extractor fan without it! 😆

Lovely place, homely and high spec internally as well as spotless. Jill communicated with us, before during and afterwards with gave us confidence. Love the area anyway but just off the beaten track so nice to be able to relax in peace and quiet but also have the amenities available. Swimming pool a bit tired but that’s for the Bays owners to sort out. Would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

We had a great stay at The Bay in Filey. Firefly cottage was perfect for a group of friends and children with lots of living space and easy access to all the amenities of The Bay and the beach with a gorgeous walk to Filey. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at kingfisher cottage over the new year. It was a lovely spotlessly clean home from home in a great location. Jo was very friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend this property

Exactly what we needed. A place to crash while we explored the coast line. Lots of info from the host about dog friendly cafes in the area was appreciated as we had our 2 pugs with us. The gate from the patio garden on to the lake was handy as my girl wont do her business unless there is grass. Cottage was big enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs and was 5 minutes max walk to the beach which was great. We tried Mo's Indian takeaway as there were menu's in the Cottage and the food was excellent. Very comfortable cosy cottage with everything needed to make a home from home. Lucy was a great host and made us feel very welcome. 100% recommended!

Great cottage in a great location. Place was easy to find and the allocated, off street parking was spot on. Inside was very homely. Insanely comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and everything was a doddle! Would recommend and would be looking to book again when in the area. Thanks again, Dawn!
