Had a great stay, everything we needed for an end of January break away. The place was warm, the sun was out and we were certainly never cold indoors despite it being chilly outside. I got busy in the kitchen every night which had everything you need to cook and had the luxury of ordering an Indian takeout which just featured in the curry guide from The Lowestoft Tandoori. Beautiful beach to go for a Walkabout on and the local pub does a fantastic roast and entertainment on a Saturday. Wanted to stay longer, thank you ever so much Sally for being a great host. Had a fantastic time.

We had a lovely few days with family, the caravan is situated right near the amenities which was lovely and it's nice, clean and bright inside. Great communication with Sam too a very friendly gentleman. Will definitely stay again

Amazing location nestled amongst the vines, beautiful views and a happy little frog who lives under the decking. Bring lots of wood for the Swedish hot-tub to avoid going out to buy more, you’ll need to fill the tub and heat it from cold so you’ll need more than we thought! We turned up with only 1 bag (whoops) but had the car so went out to grab a few more. We walked down to the vineyard reception where we met Adrian and purchased one of his amazing bottles of wine, it was delicious. Love this place!

Very big space, large bedrooms, beds extremely comfortable, en-suites with large showers. Great communication with Victoria, would 100% stay again. Great location for exploring too, love that part of the country 👌

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rogers place! From the moment we arrived, Roger made us feel incredibly welcome with a thoughtful touches such as a personalised note, a lovely welcome basket, and a quick tour of the space. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect— We visited Diss, Beccles, the 100th Bomb Group Museum and costal locations such as Southwold and Thorpness. Plus we found an excellent farm shop (Goodies) located not far away. Due to allergies we find it difficult to find places to eat out. Having a the incredibly well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and food to eat while we were out exploring. The super comfy bed and the quiet location and Jacuzzi bath really made a difference when it came it to relaxing. We did experience a couple of issues which were resolved by Roger quickly who couldn’t have been more apologetic.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was by chance we found the property as we were new to the area and needed a place when here for work and now I never want to leave. Melissa is a fabulous host and has thought of everything !! The barn is beautifully converted and designed…. as for Digby, he was the icing on the cake (iykyk!). The garden, hot tub , easy open plan cooking, warm cosy fires. Just absolutely perfect.

Shi & Rob are amazing hosts as well as being genuine nice people. This was our 2nd time to stay at their beautiful AirBNB and great to see that the high standards are still maintained. Weather was a bit chilly despite the glorious sunshine but the central heating was always on to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you Shi & Rob
