This was the perfect beach house. Cozy, well equipped and just a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We loved the attention for detail in the house. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of waves is so nice. And there are so many spots in the front, back and upstairs to enjoy a nice drink while watching the sea and stars. 6 out of 5 please. Yes we will back!

Warm reception at arrival. New, modern, clean house which is only 18 months old. It is so peaceful to see the sunset at the sea when sitting and drinking beer in the garden. Surprise to encounter kangaroos after the sunset on the street. Susan is a great host. She checked the restaurant for us even without being asked.

Brilliant house right next to Pambula Beach. Perfect with young kids, plenty of room. Had everything we needed, was comfortable even on hot days. Loved watching the roos and echidnas across the road from the balcony. Short trip into Pambula or Merimbula, lots of great tracks for running, riding or walking. Hosts were terrific, provided all the info we needed well in advance and was easy check in and out. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Madi's place. quiet, clean, fresh, newly build, simple space with everything required for family with kids. We'll definitely add it to our preferred listings in Merimbula.

We had the most lovely weekend in Pamela’s beautiful home. The gardens are incredible and the home is just stunning and very comfortable and clean. We felt at home right away. Pamela was a great host and gave us all of the information we needed for a great weekend away! I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Daphne's is the perfect place for our family holidays. The open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area is large, bright and airy, with all the you could want in kitchen ware. The bedrooms are great and the beds all comfy. 2 fridges is a bonus with such a big group staying a week, as is the covered outdoor BBQ and the ping pong table. All this on walking distance to the beach and shops. We'll definitely recommend Daphne's as a great place to holiday with all the family.

This is our second time staying as we liked it so much last time. The host has now added a fence around the property which made staying with dogs easier ❤️

This house is fantastic for those who have a large group but want privacy. Fantastic living area with plenty of options for outdoor sitting away from wind. The cinema room is great and there's so many great little additions for those with kids. A secure yard means outside is perfect for activities too. A short walk to the beach and the Bermagui to Wallaga Coastal walk. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Leonie's home. Leonie was a very communicative host who offered early check in and made many helpful recommendations for day walks in Merimbula and surrounds. The view from the accommodation is amazing and the property is well situated for exploring Bar Beach, Long Point, Short Point and the Lake Explorer path into town. Definitely recommend!

Our second stay here and we can’t wait to return.

The accommodation was lovely - clean, modern and very spacious. We were comfortable with a well set up kitchen and laundry (no dryer) large couch and wifi worked well. The unit was upstairs so felt very secure in having windows open and using our balcony. Our hosts were responsive and helpful and we would stay again. A couple of things to note, if your vehicle is tall/roof racks you won’t fit in the garage and will need to park on the street. The apartment is opposite a school so on school days there are “no parking” restrictions for a hour in the morning and again in the afternoon, this could be inconvenient if you’re home as you will need to move your car but for us it was remembering so we set alarms. The other slight negative is that it is on the main road and can be noisy at peak times, especially earlier in the mornings.

Rowan and Maggie are wonderful hosts, extremely friendly, welcoming and flexible with our check in time. The place feels like a tree house and is better than the photos - the perfect vantage point for bird watching and only a short walk to the boardwalk. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to stay in and location is close to plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Also appreciated the supplied beach towels. Hope to return one day!

Very comfortable, clean and tidy. Nice views out from the deck. Just a short drive to the beach. Kit is an excellent host, a good communicator and very helpful. We were very happy with our stay. As noted in the description there are some steep access steps so not suitable if you have mobility issues or are elderly/frail.
