Nice and calm, the swimming pool was recently redone, the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself is simple and functional, it fits a family of 5 easily. A good pick in this price range.

Mehmet es un gran anfitrión! Nos permitió ingresar antes del check-in y siempre se mostró predispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Nos dieron aguas de cortesía todos los días y nos ayudaron a reservar nuestro vuelo en globo! Sin duda un lugar para volver!

Evin konumu çok güzel, çok sevimli ve zevkli döşenmiş, ısınması iyi,mutfak eşyaları yeterli, sadece yatak odasının yatağı çok rahat değildi, değiştirilebilir.Normal otellerde konaklamamdan çok daha rahat ettim, ev sahibine teşekkürler

Yalikavak'ta aileyle ozelikle kucuk bebekle gidilebilecek boyle guzel bir tesis bulabildigimize cok cok sevindik.Airbnb ile ilk defa konakladik.Hem Airbnb'yi hem de Dibek Homes'u bundan sonra siddetle cevremize tavsiye edecegiz. Suheyla Hanim'in ilgisi,guleryuzu, en ufak probleme aninda getirdigi cozumler,hergun bebegimizin ve bizim bir ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigini sormasi, gercekten az sayida isletmede olan ozelliklerdi...konakladigimiz villalar ise yeni tertemiz ve tum ihtiyaclar dusunulerek tasarlanmis... kisaca biz bundan sonra her firsatta Dibek Homes'dayiz..hem yazin hem de kisin gidilebilecek cok sakin kafa di lenebilecek bir yer ... merkeze cok yakin ama arabaniz varsa hersey cok daha kolay...

Portakal ve nar bahçelerinin arasında, hamakta dağ manzarasının güzelliğine doyamayacağınız keyifli bir mekan. Ev oldukça geniş ve rahat. Üç ayrı odası var. İki aile rahatça kalabilir. Sahile yürüyerek 5-6 dakika uzaklıkta. Ev sahibimiz Mehmet Bey, her an telefonun ucunda. Havaalanı transferine kadar her konuda yardımcı olabiliyor. Aynı zamanda işletmesini üstlendiği Zakkum Restorant'taki lezzetli yemeklerin tadına bakmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Ozgur was the most delightful host ,he made you feel at home and was really helpful, even going as far as to take us to the market, helped us with the Turkish language, and made you feel like you belonged there not just a paying guest the main street was just around the corner, great shopping, bars and restaurants, looking forward to staying again, so I would really recommend you to stay with Ozgur if planning to go to Gumbet

These guys are amazing, the place is accurately described, location is good, especially for travellers, place was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly, we had a really late check in due to travelling but everything went smoothly. Thank you guys, I definetely recommend this place.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The views of the Black Sea from the apartment were amazing. I needed reliable WiFi to be able to work online for a few days and I can confirm that the internet connection was very good. There was also private parking. The host was very helpful and responsive. It is advisable to have a car if you want to reach the apartment as it is on a slope, but it is very easy to find even if you arrive by taxi. There are restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away and the airport is only 7 minutes drive away. We will definitely book again next time we visit Trabzon.

It was a good place to stay. We liked everything.

One of the best apartments and hosts I've had in my Airbnb experience! Everything was great, and we would like to especially highlight the Internet. It's really hard to find a good place with fast stable Internet in Kas and in Ömer's place it worked flawlessly. 10 out 10 for 25/5 mb speed :) Ömer was always in touch and helped us during our stay. Looking forward to coming to his place someday :)

Прекрасний номер з чудовим видом на море та гору з замком. Все чисто, сучасно, два кондиціонера, комфортний душ, на кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі, просторий балкон, на якому приємно відпочивати і милуватись кораблями та заходом сонця. На першому поверсі є невеликий, освіжаючий та чистий басейн. Дуже привітливий і турботливий персонал. Дякую Ersan за гостинність і комфортне проживання. Дякую прибиральницям за швидке та якісне прибирання щодня 🙏 Один з найкращих пляжів Турції на відстані 5 хвилин з шезлонгами та парасольками. Також поряд є супермаркети, базар та безліч закладів, де можна смачно поїсти та послухати якісних музикантів. Це приємне місце, куди хочеться повернутись.

Another great stay at Ergul's place! The location is awesome as Istiklal street is on your doorstep and it's very easy to walk to the bus or metro. As a solo female traveller, I feel very safe in this area as the bar outside is always buzzing so I can come home late and not have to worry about walking down a dark street. The internet is very fast and having a washer and drier makes doing laundry a breeze. Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Istanbul :-)
