We would have liked to stay another week! This quiet spot on Long bay Beach is everything you could want! Pretty design, incredibly comfortable beds, continental breakfast included, pickleball court, a gym, kayaks and paddle boards and even books to borrow. During the day, enjoy a pina colada or icy beer at their bar, sit on the beach, lay in the shallow water! There is a food truck around at lunch or shop and bring groceries to keep it simple. For dinner Cook a steak on the grills, or Walk down the beach a few minutes at night for amazing drinks and sushi. Everyone is so so nice! It’s worth repeating, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. And they had blackout shades that went up and down with the flick of a switch, you could sleep forever, but then you would miss the beautiful sunrise! Don’t miss sunrise! 🌅 wonderful spot!!!

Perfect villa!!! Was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!! Loved the privacy of the villa will definitely stay here every time I come to the island!! Perfect way to spend a birthday trip!!

We had a great time at Kathrin's! It was perfect for two couples. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (and a half bath in the living area). The home is very nice. This unit is on the first floor, and there is a similar unit on the second floor, but we never heard anything from the upstairs unit. The property is a close walk to the beach and Somewhere Cafe and Lounge at Coral Gardens Resort (excellent food and sunsets right on the beach). The location of the property provides easy access to all parts of the island which is nice. The Island Fish Fry is just down the road on Thursday nights. Great time! As someone else noted, there is construction going on near the property, but it really can't be heard from the house or on the beach. Mostly just traffic to and from the properties that are under construction. The three dogs that live on the property are super friendly (just don't leave any shoes outside of the screen porch or you may end up with a missing or chewed shoe-haha).

Very nice place and great hosts. Access to the beach was easy and right at the end of the street. Felt very safe in the gated area and secluded. There is a lot of construction on the street but there was a lot of construction on the island in general. Downtown and dining was a short drive which was nice as well.
