We had an amazing time and loved the place, Mike, and the entire experience. The house was so relaxing and peaceful and a short drive from the beach and Smith’s reef. Mike was so welcoming and gave us great information about places to go off the beaten path to have wonderful days of adventure. He also recommended a great fishing trip and snorkel trip. This place was a great value for the island and Mike even lent me some dumbells and a yoga mat, etc so o could work out. He is a great person and very informative host who grew up in this amazing place and was so helpful.

Best location on the island!! Beautiful, private beachfront yet so close to local restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Bernadette had someone waiting for us to check in and show us house, plus arranged a ride from airport. Communication was A+ !!

The home had beautiful views and finishes, we can’t wait to visit again. The tub was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t test the grill, but it would be fun to host meals there as well.

I recently visited this place, and it’s absolutely lovely! The property has plenty of space, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Whether you're hanging out in the spacious garden or having a good time with friends, it’s easy to feel at ease here. However, I do feel the experience could be even better if the pool had some lights for nighttime enjoyment. Other than that, it’s a fantastic spot that I’d definitely recommend!

Epic location and property on North Caicos. The house is right on Bottle Creek, perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding. You’re a short drive from groceries, restaurants and several beaches, so it’s a great centrally located spot for exploring the North and Middle Caicos islands. The house itself is very new, well stocked and perfect for multiple couples or a big family as each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. Our family loved it, and we’ll be back for sure!

We loved staying at the Sunflower Villa! The house was clean and roomy and we spent a lot of time on the covered patio. The beach was right outside the door and the sunsets were beautiful! It was so helpful that O’Neil, a local person, picked us up from the airport and took us back. He was available to answer any questions during our stay through messaging and phone calls. The only thing we were surprised about was the price of groceries. But it is understandable since everything arrives by ship. The island is perfect if you want a laidback vacation and like meeting the local people and exploring the island on your own. We used a golf cart that Katy reserved for us and it was waiting for us at the airport as well. The cruise port is a fun place to go for shopping and restaurants when ships are in. We would definitely go back after having such a great experience! Thank you Katy and Nisso for sharing your home with us!

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

We had an amazing stay at BeachHaus! The villa was spotless upon arrival, with spacious rooms that were perfect for our family of five. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the quick walk down to the beautiful beach—just a few minutes, and we were on the soft sand, enjoying the stunning water. We also loved spending time on the deck, taking in the incredible ocean views. The gorgeous pool was another great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a private getaway. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

Our stay at Joycelyn and George’s place was excellent. The location was highly convenient, allowing us to walk to the grocery store, the beach, and several outstanding restaurants. Joycelyn and George were exceptionally responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had and providing local recommendations. They also assisted us in arranging transportation with Johanna, a reliable and affordable cab driver who ensured seamless travel to other parts of the island. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and a truly enjoyable stay! Thank you Joycelyn and George!

We had the best holiday staying at Villa Turquaz! It had everything we needed and the views were truly incredible. Everyone was super helpful with any questions we had and where to go, literally everything you need is on your doorstep anyway. Bars, restaurants but mainly the beach (which was practically private) where we had fantastic views of the sunset on our very own veranda (with a fridge for beers). A huge thank you to Fio, Catherine & Biril for everything and for making the holiday so special!

I booked this for some colleagues that were going to Turks very last minute for a work trip and Jasmine was great! She was very quick and thorough to communicate and made it very easy.

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great - it is long and narrow, good for swimming laps in the morning to start the day. The location is excellent - about 5-7 mins distance to the best restaurants, beaches, bars and shopping. Grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Easy to drive to more remote beaches if you want to get away from the crowds. The unit is modern, well-maintained, and we used all of the amenities it came with - nice kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, fast Wifi, cold A/C, smart TV, and a small outdoor space to have coffee in the mornings. Despite being so close to the main drag, it is nestled down a small road so it is still quiet and peaceful. Sean was very responsive from start to finish, providing a list of things to do in the area a couple days before our arrival, responding to my questions when we got there. Check-out process was easy. And what a great value compared to staying at a resort!

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

This was a great villa for our family of 3, including a preschool-age child. The space was really lovely, airy, and comfortable. We spent most days driving to Taylor Beach and Sapodilla Bay (our favored spots to swim with the kiddo), and it was an easy and quick commute (about 20 min), and also loved how close we were to Grace Bay. The kitchen was well-equipped, which we relied on for several meals and to prep things for beach days. The provided beach equipment was really great, including snorkeling gear, floating chairs, umbrellas, towels, and those really handy beach chairs with backpack straps and an attached cooler compartment. There was a line for hanging wet items to dry, under the covered porch. We also loved the outdoor shower to avoid bringing too much sand inside. Ken was a great communicator and welcoming host!

Katherine’s cottage was perfect for the two of us. She was very responsive and the woman, Josie, who takes care of the cottage, was there to greet us with a rum punch and get us comfortable! We used her kayak and paddleboard right from the backyard, and she has a great beach stuff to bring to the beautiful beaches on the island. Renting a car through her was simple, and she facilitated a ride for us from and back to the airport, which made things very easy for us. We did not get to meet Katherine, but we hope to someday in the future as we would definitely rent from her again! Thank you!

This place was absolutely perfect! If you are looking to stay on the island and experience the culture of Grand Turk I definitely recommend booking this place! Only thing I would suggest is getting a golf cart to get around easier. We found one for $80 a day on trip advisor, his name is Trevor. Just so much easier to get around and it really gives you a chance to explore the entire island! Teresa & Renato were amazing and so helpful. Of all the places I have visited this was my favorite so far! Will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Ken's beautiful home! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were new, and very well done, and perfect for our group of five — we were able to watch movies together in the family room, do some light cooking, and we could come and go easily because the location is conveniently close to Grace Bay. The provided amenities of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a snorkel mask were also wonderful for our beach days! The laundry unit was really nice for washing beach towels, bathing suits, etc., the floors were great for sweeping up excess sand, and the extra blankets and towels were also really helpful throughout the week. Ken was a very kind, communicative host — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to future stays, thank you!

This was all around a great AirBnB experience. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. They booked our taxi to and from the airport for us and were helpful with our questions/problems. We loved having the bikes and were able to ride all around the island. The place was a little run down, and had quite a few bugs, but I think this is to be expected for remote island life. The kitchen only had the basics with salt/peppering for seasoning. The grocery store had everything but was expensive ($10 for a box of cereal!) so it may make sense to bring the staples like coffee, oil, spices, and canned goods. All around a good experience!
