The studio was just the right size for me and my wife. The path to the beach is close to the front entrance. If you are looking for a quiet spot on the beach to sit back and relax, this is the place. We had a good choice of beach chairs and an umbrella. Long Beach was wonderful and would definitely come back again.

Great place, great location, great value. We traveled with our kids 15, 13 and 9 and Mother in law. We all fit. 2 kids slept on cots. Was a bit tight but before I finalized the stay we were alerted it would be with that many people. I still chose to reserve this place and it was really nice and cost effective. Tips: Rent a car is a must, pick it up at the airport. Purchase or bring snorkeling gear. You will use it almost every day and its $20 bucks per day. In the store it is about $80 for a nice set. Somewhere Cafe has amazing snorkeling. Rent a chair and umbrella for $40 bucks or bring your own. Have fun!

What an incredible place to stay! Long Bay beach was the most beautiful beach on the island and with such a short walk (literally across the road) to get there, it couldn’t have been more perfect! We did have a car during our stay and I would say that is a must.

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break and it was amazing! Tamika was very responsive and answered all of our questions about grace bay. We also chose not to rent a car and walked over to grace bay everyday. It is a good 30-40 minute walk but was definitely doable and a pretty walk. Place was clean and also easy to get in/out of. Most of the time with AirBnBs you have to "make do" - That wasn't the case with Majid's place. Everything we possibly needed was there or accessible for us. It really made a daunting first trip with our kid so much smoother. Location is perfect, the amenities are top tier, we felt very safe and the property is absolutely gorgeous and secluded. We will absolutely stay here again when we inevitably return to the island.

Place was exactly as advertised. Super quiet and peaceful. Good linens. Perhaps fix the lights in the fridge. And a larger coffee pot would be nice. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at Yadley's airbnb. Lodging is very expensive in Turks and Caicos and Yadley's place was very affordable and clean. We felt very secure as it was well lit, double lock doors and had a room safe. It is located next to Mr Grouper's restaurant, which was very good. The Thursday night fish fry (next door) was fun and we enjoyed the food , the band, and crafts. When we were tired of the crowds we went back to our balcony and had our own beverages as we people watched and enjoyed the colorful Juckanoo band that worked its way through the crowd. It is necessary to rent a car as it is a pretty far walk to see other things on the island, but we found it more economical to stay here and drive to the different beaches/ restaurants. The bed and pillows were super comfy, kitchen was stocked with minimal dishes/ utensils as it is more of a hotel then airbnb. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well! They gave some great recommendations as well!

Had a great stay here! Got there on a Thursday which is when the weekly Fish Fry is next door, with prime seats! You can walk right over or enjoy the show right from the balcony or rooftop. Also close to many other restaurants and beaches. We did have a rental car and there was private parking which was nice. Everything within a 5-10minute drive. Beautiful studio apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

First of all Joseph the caretaker was absolutely amazing! He felt like family! When we asked for a bigger frying pan got immediately. Gas grill was so nice to have, short walk to Long Bay beach literally a block at most. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful pool, free laundry. upper deck is amazing. Bed so comfortable. Beach equipment that was included was amazing. Kayaks paddleboards, chairs, life jackets, cooler, snorkeling equipment and bicycles. We would absolutely stay here. Felt safe the whole time!!!

Our family of three really enjoyed staying at Ann’s place. We were in town to kite board and the location was perfect, an easy walk to a prime kiteboarding location. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Provo! Unlike our last trip to TCI where we stayed at an all-inclusive resort, our objective for this visit was to explore the island and its many beaches and great restaurants. The location was great for accessing Long Bay Beach (quick, easy walk), Leeward Highway and everything in the Grace Bay area. The property had all the accommodations we needed. We picked up groceries on the way from the airport and made use of the grill for a couple of dinners by the pool (note: the ignition switch didn't work, but there is a lighter in the kitchen drawer). We made use of beach chairs and an umbrella for our beach excursions. It was nice to have outdoor showers to limit the sand in our unit. The only change we would suggest is maybe having a little more comfortable mattress - but it's fine if you like them firm. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it to others. Hopefully we can bring our entire family back there someday!

Ann’s place was just like it’s listed. Very nice private, safe and quiet area. The pool was nice to have after the beach! Some kitchen gadgets could be updated but were usable. The free onsite laundry allowed us to leave with all clean clothing! The property management was welcoming and very pleasant. Quick responses from the hosts once we arrived. I would recommend for sure! Thanks for letting us stay and enjoy the beautiful island!

We enjoyed our stay very much and we’re able to even go kayaking on the river for no additional charge. Best host, who helped us get in very last minute due to flight cancellations. Our host met us at the street to guide us in and allowed a later check out to accommodate us. Just extremely kind people. 🫶🏽
