This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I love it. it is the lost convenient location on Salt Cay. Debbie is wonderful and knows the island better than anyone, she can guide you with anything you need. She is a great host.

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. Oscar was very responsive and gave us great recommendations and clear instructions. We were even able to get a late checkout so we could maximize our time for our very short trip. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

This is a hidden gem. If you want to unplug and get away, then this is your place. You don't have to leave if you don't want to, this place has everything you need. Grace bay is a short drive also if you want to get out.

We really enjoyed our stay for a nice relaxing vacation. The unit was clean and very well appointed, the location on the beach was amazing with chairs and umbrellas always set up and available when needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, and everything was within walking distance. We will be back.

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

Patricia was a nice host, very attentive, the apartment was in nice condition perfect to rest after a long day at the beach. Very confortable. We loved the beautiful area with turquoise water. Thanks again.

What a sensational location and everything you needed. The screened balcony was a bonus to enjoy the amazing view.

Superbe séjour à cette endroit! Nous étions 3 sœurs pour 12 nuits … Sophie est une hôte très très gentille, souriante, elle était toujours là au besoin.. quand il manquait qq chose elle arrivait le jour même. Nous avons eu un petit ennuie avec la voiture elle n’a pas hésité à appeler le dépannage pour nous. L’endroit est incroyable tout était propre, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin… en entrant on ressent déjà une belle énergie, on se sentait comme à la maison.! Lit super propre et confortable. Prendre le café sur le grand balcon au soleil qui se leve sur la mangrove, juste wow!! … et profiter du sunset à l’apéro. Fantastique L’endroit est parfaitement centré pour visiter ce paradis sur terre. Allant des plages au magasinage ou sorti resto de toute sorte… Une voiture de location est recommandé assurément. À mon avis … Bref, je recommande sans hésiter.. J’y retournerais si je reviens au magnifique îles Turques et Caïques!! Merci Sophie 🙏🏻😊

We loved this place! Stayed 4 nights here after a 3 night stay on Provo. This quiet laid back island was perfect for relaxing. Literally no traffic or roundabouts! Felt like home with lot's of thoughtful details and amenities provided. We rented a car from Al's (at the ferry) then met Hope at the house. Nice lady! Very clean accommodations! We appreciated the bottled water, laundry supplies, coolers and beach equipment provided. We loved sitting on the porch mornings with our coffee listening to the waves nearby. We loved having the beach so close. Felt very private. Spent one day driving over to Middle Cays, exploring beaches and sites. We spent most of our days on "our own beach". Whitby Beach is much more private, and the beach is beautiful. There were empty conch shells and starfish washed up in places. (Starfish were helped back into the sea to grow). We could easily walk to a nearby restaurant/bar(Barracudas) from the property. We hope to return one day and stay longer

A Slice of Paradise – Perfect Stay! Absolutely loved our stay in Turks and Caicos! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just minutes away from some of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen. Our host was incredibly responsive and gave us amazing recommendations for local food and hidden gems. The location was safe, peaceful, and close to everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—already dreaming about coming back!

This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

We appreciated all of the care and attention to any questions that we had (which attention includes Julian & team's near-instantaneous responsiveness) but who were otherwise entirely respectful and unintrusive; just the right touch for our hard-earned vacation. The accommodations are very comfortable and the ambiance exquisite; our kids and grandkids enjoyed both the beach and the pool! The value (in US dollars) was reasonable; we sought something special and that is what we paid for. Loved our time at Villa View and would not hesitate to return. Again, many thanks! The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family

Our stay at Maresia Villa was fabulous! The house is a beautiful contemporary home with unbelievable views. Even a rooftop deck that was great for star gazing. The two bedrooms are like two suites on opposite sides of the house, this is a perfect layout . The pool is lovely and has a great tanning ledge. Shiri and Jonathan are very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. I would love to return to Maresia Villa one day.

Just spent an AMAZING week here and have no complaints! We had 4 college aged teens with us and they loved being close to the water and having access to the kayaks was a HUGE plus. They kayaked everyday and explored the small islands in the sound. The house is located in the more quiet part of the island which we aim for...we like to explore on our own and get immersed in the culture/people of the island. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all great size and perfect for our family. The house was close to 2 amazing public beaches and we felt completely safe the entire time. For those that are nervous, the house comes with a home alarm system. They had beach chairs/umbrellas/snorkel gear there for your use and they really helped us out. Would recommend this house to anyone interested.

Had a few minor issues when we arrived but David was responsive and took care of everything quickly. House was perfect and the beach was amazing!! Prettiest water I think we’ve ever seen. Definitely one for the memory book! I always tell my wife we will have memories instead of dreams and this will be a good one

This was our second visit to Monique’s place…we absolutely love it! We plan to go back next year, too! It’s such a great location, with fantastic snorkeling right outside the condo. Excellent spot for anyone who loves being right on the beach! Beautiful views and a great restaurant right downstairs. Looking forward to going back!

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

We were a bit apprehensive about booking because some folks said it was too remote, too hard to get too, there was too much beach grass / seaweed. If you want to go out to dinner/bars/clubs frequently, not the place for you. if you want to walk to restaurants or coffee shops or boutiques, nope. If you want to relax and look out at the most beautiful blue-green water you've ever seen, have a huge resort-like pool, be able to swim in stretches of beach where you can't see another soul, have paddle boards and kayaks at your disposal, eat breakfast on your balcony, cook in your well-stocked kitchen, relax with your family in plenty of space, see sea turtles and pelicans, chat with other guests (or not, as you choose), pop into the grill for a cocktail, maybe some grilled mahi mahi, and grab the Scrabble board... If you want to walk, and walk, and walk and just listen to the waves and admire the water... If you want to wake up and open your eyes and see the sea, this is it!!!

We had a fantastic week on North Caicos. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We’ll be back!

This may have been the most enjoyable Airbnb stay we've ever had. Regine was a superstar. She met us at the ferry port, helped facilitate our rental car and personally escorted us to the condo. She thoroughly walked us through everything we needed to know about North Caicos and the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we could needed and more. There was a box filled with sunscreen, bug spray, beach chairs, towels and more. It's location was beautifully located on Whitby beach, which was our favorite beach of the trip. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Thank you Regine!

Had a wonderful trip to T&C and Tim’s place was just perfect for us. Looks just like the pics, easy to find, super clean. If you love marinas and are looking for a quieter stay than the big resorts this is the perfect spot. I walked the docks multiple times a day and saw tons of sea turtles, jellyfish, barracuda and even a few small rays. Hummingbirds in the beautiful flowers that surround the complex. A short drive to the downtown & resorts. Several great restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the condo and a great beach/snorkel spot. We really loved our stay and Tim was a fantastic host :) thank you!

Courtney's place was perfect for my family of four. It's away from the busy Grace Bay main area but it was just what we wanted. The beach is quiet and only a short 6 min walk from the unit. Imagine going to a large resort and walking to the beach from your unit, same thing. The beach is on Grace Bay right next to Smith's Reef so if you're into snorkelling this location is perfect. Situated right in Turtle Cove Marina with many great restaurants. Sapodilla Bay which is another quieter beach was my favourite. So shallow, clear and warm. It was a 13 min drive but so worth it. Renting the car was so easy and included airport pick up and drop off. Grocery store was a 5 min drive. Main strip where there are shops and big resorts such as Alexandra and Ritz Carlton was only 7 mins away. We would come back here again and rent Courtney's place without hesitation. The unit really is huge and exactly as the pictures. We also have to mention Molly, the on site host who was so helpful and kind.

Anna’s place was amazing! The property was beautiful, and the oceanfront location was a huge plus, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise waters right from the spacious balcony. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast overlooking the beach—it was the perfect way to begin each day. The unit itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and felt both luxurious and comfortable. The smaller, less crowded building made for a more peaceful stay compared to the larger resorts nearby. We also appreciated the free use of bikes and ocean floats, though so many things were within walking distance that we didn’t always need them. Anna was a fantastic host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in paradise—I can’t wait to come back!
