The place was very clean, spacious, safe (gated residence with entry code) and less than 5 minutes from the beach and main strip. Chance was very responsive, and the free concierge service was amazing. We booked our airport transportation and three excursions through the concierge (Damien), with all scheduled pickups at the AirBnb arriving right on time. I will 100% stay here (or at another one of Chance’s properties) when I return to Jaco.

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

Diana's condo complex had a lovely courtyard, with multi-tiered pools and lush tropical landscaping. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and the space was just the right size for us. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and everything worked as it should. It took us a little while to find the place. We drove by the wooden entrance gate several times. When we pulled up we were asked for our passports. There was a bit of a language barrier because my Spanish is very limited. I pulled up the AirBnB reservation on my phone and that helped with the communication with the security guard. He showed us where to park and helped us find the unit.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Tanya. Die Unterkunft haben wir in einem sauberen, ordentlichen und gut ausgestatteten Zustand vorgefunden. Tanya war sehr schnell erreichbar bei Rückfragen und auch eine Verlängerung der Aufenthaltsdauer war ohne Probleme möglich. Die Lage ist sehr gut um Jaco und dessen Strand, Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants zu besuchen. Vielen Dank!

Yirlania was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The location of the property is central and convenient and the place is less than a year old so everything is new. The view is amazing. Highly recommended

A very cozy house with a stylish design, a magnificent terrace and a beautiful garden! The house is located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Thank you Maria for the friendly welcome and help in resolving all issues.I would like to note that this village has problems with infrastructure: during the month of our stay, the electricity was cut off several times(each time for several hours), after the rain, the water from the tap was a little dirty, the Internet sometimes slowed down noticeably. Anyway we had a great time here!

The listing pictures do not do this property justice! I could take a picture of the sunrise & sunset everyday and never tire of the view. The home is conveniently located an easy hour drive from San Jose airport. It’s secluded enough to provide tranquility and relaxation, but close enough to Orotina. We saw Scarlet Macaws almost daily & even spotted the more elusive Toucans a few times! The pool is incredible with a refreshing swim up bar & one end being deeper than 8 feet. We spent many afternoons enjoying this well maintained amenity. The beds are comfortable with the linens being a perfect texture for the climate. The blackout curtains & air conditioning create an environment that provides a complete recharge. Luis was a thoughtful & accommodating host ensuring we had everything we needed. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a binder detailing the property & a lovely gift of tea, coffee, & pool floats for our kids! This property feels like a hidden gem that is worth visiting!

The hosts were very responsive, they left clear instructions and were checking daily with us for any questions or needs. The house was pretty nice as described, we felt very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely come back again in the future.

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

This was our fourth week using Airbnbs for lodging, and this was our favorite by far! Carol was always fast to reply and offered helpful ideas for our stay. Her condo has everything you might need for a great stay. The community is super safe with a gate to access, another code for parking, a different code for the tower and another for the condo! No keys just codes. The outside pools and beach are super clean and great for relaxing. The bed was fabulous, shower and AC worked great too! Weekends have more families coming to use the units but all the other days it is super quiet and just a handful of people using the facilities. We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning again. Thank you Carol!

El lugar es muy limpio,acogedor, y tiene bastante espacio, la piscina muy limpia y el estacionamiento adecuado, el lugar está cerca del centro de Jacó, los hosts muy comunicativos, una linda experiencia, gracias!

I've stayed at Jhonathan's Villa for the past few years, and I certainly feel at home here. Jaco is growing quickly, and Jonathan's home is quiet with plenty of activities close by. It has a perfect location, quiet and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay.

Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines dans cet endroit merveilleux au bord de la mer sous le chaud soleil de Bejuco. Très agréable vacances . Longue marche sur la plage le matin, baignades sans une mer chaudes avec de super vagues. Bons restaurants à distance de marche surtout le Don Toro! que dire de nos hôtes William et Georgina! Très pro-actifs à toutes nos demandes. Je recommande très fortement cet endroit.
