I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The holiday home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - even exceeding expectations. Lauren has thought of everything - we really liked that the handwash, washing up liquid etc was eco-friendly and supplied in re-fillable containers, and we appreciated the cake and biscuits! The caravan is in a lovely location - the park is very well maintained and peaceful, and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. Communication from Lauren was exceptional. We were provided with detailed information regarding the caravan's precise location, check-in, shop, prior to our arrival and the welcome book told us everything else we needed to know! We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Thank you!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Abbie's place was fantastic for us to meet up with grandparents for a couple of days after new year. The weather was super frosty, great views & sunrise from the house. Good job the heating was really effective keeping the place cosy. Twenty minute drive to Stowe NT for a lovely walk & 5 min drive to the Folly in Towcester for a cracking meal. We're into coldwater swimming and Abbie kindly let us use the pool out of season - first time I've had to crack the ice to get in some water ! The sauna after was amazing & only took 20 mins to warm up. Imagine it must be lovely with the pool in summer. We'd definitely recommend and would like to come back.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

Ayo was very informative and was easy to find the place/check in. Perfect location to get to MK stadium.

Ash's place was exactly as described and his instructions on how to get there were very clear. I loved that the place had 3 bathroom, we stayed there with another family that had children so it was really handy! The kitchen is small like the pictures but it had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and a quick lunch. I recommend it 5/5, I will definitely book it in the future.

Annie was a very responsive host, quick to reply and gave us a flexible check in which was very helpful. The home is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to shops and pubs. House was just as the photos showed. Very happy with our stay, thank you Annie!

Annie's home is a delight. It's cosy and comfortable, nicely private and away from any roads or noise, but also really handy for a quick ten minute walk right into the heart of Market Harborough. We couldn't have asked for more when it came to those little, considerate extras, like some milk in the fridge and some very unexpected, and incredibly welcome treats. Everything was pristine and spotless and felt like home from home. The bathroom was shining and Annie had thought of everything that a forgetful traveller might need! The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept like a dream. It was great to have access to be able to log onto all the streaming platforms and we enjoyed a cosy movie night after we'd enjoyed the delights of dinner and drinks in town. Market Harborough itself is charming - just the right size to walk around and take in, with many options for grabbing a drink and choosing any style of food you like. We really loved our stay there and will return- thank you!
