Beautiful setting, very quiet location, wonderful quiet pool. Very quaint and a great respite from the crowds.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo al B&B "La Casa dei Sogni". Ospitalità ineccepibile di Claudio, che oltre a darci consigli riguardo al nostro viaggio ci ha anche raccontato interessanti fatti riguardo a Monteverdi e alla zona circostante. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort e il necessario per renderlo una base comoda da cui esplorare le meraviglie del territorio circostante con calma e tranquillità. Infine bellissima vista dal balcone, una vera gemma!

We stated here to celebrate my 30th birthday and to round off our road trip for our honeymoon. We wish we had booked longer here, it was my favourite place I've stayed. Luca, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had everything we needed and even booked us a restaurant for the evening. He also helped us to naviagte up the narrow road to reach the parking (if hiring a car id reccomend no wider than a VW Golf which we drove up fine). The views were unreal, especially from the roof, and the pool was clean and chic, and set in the olive groves! To add to all this, the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was so yummy :) We will return here someday to stay longer and enjoy more :)

Simonetta und Pierro waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns viele Hinweise und Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer Richtung Elba und die Altstadt ist wirklich fantastisch und von dort kann man auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein bisschen ein anderes Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Perfecte verblijfplaats voor als je met de boot naar Elba gaat! Klein, maar knus appartement op loopafstand van het centrum en 5 minuten vanaf de haven! Zeker een aanrader!

We stayed 5 days at Marzia’s place, we had a great time, the room was well equipped, airconditioning, no mosquitoes thanks to the mosquito nets, clean swimming pool. Also the breakfasts were delicious.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte ma siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Laura e suo marito. Inoltr abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare le prelibatezze della cucina maremmana nella loro trattoria "Locanda da Nada", buona la colazione servita nella loro sala con un bell'affaccio sulla campagna tipicamente toscana. Ci torneremo volentieri

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Alessandro hat uns die sehenswerten Orte von Elba auf einer Landkarte vorgestellt und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, Brotaufstriche und Joghurt sind selbstgemacht. Viele Grüße und vielen Dank!

We had the best stay. Mainly thanks to the connection we made with the staff and the service they gave us by breakfast. That particular day it meant the world to us. Good value for money, walking distance to the beach and town, old fashion Bath Hotel style. Loved it.

If we ever come back to Elba, we will stay here again. The terrace and view were unmatched. The room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful, and it was an overall peaceful environment. Covered and gated parking. Cristina was beyond friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and you can tell she enjoyed having us there. Having dinner at the villa is a MUST- great food and best dinner view on the island. The restaurant is open at night for outside parties, so you can expect other people (3 tables) to be on the terrace from 8-12.

Sembra di essere in una favola, completamente immerso nella natura il cosolare di Rita e Andrea è davvero un posto incantevole dove soggiornare. La suite Roverella è arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio. La loro accoglienza, poi, ti fa sentire coccolati e la colazione è davvero superlativa! Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Vi blev rigtig godt modtaget af Benedetta, der er en virkelig sød, hjælpsom og imødekommende person. Værelset var fint, rigtig god seng, flot badeværelse og morgenmaden var helt i særklasse. Der var alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

Le logement de Benedetta est d’une propreté irréprochable. Malgré que la maison donne sur une rue nous n’avons pas trop entendu les voitures durant nos nuits. Benedetta est vraiment une hôte adorable. Nous avons adoré nos conversations du petit déjeuner. Le petit moins est que nous sommes un peu loin de la plage mais la maison et son jardin sont tellement charmants que nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.

Siamo stati all'elba due notti girando in motorino questa bellissima isola. Abbiamo alloggiato al b&b Corbezzolo a Procchio. Zona logisticamente perfetta per arrivare velocemente dappertutto all'Elba! Roberta ci ha accolto divinamente facendoci respirare aria di casa e famiglia in un bellissimo contesto immerso nel verde e nella tranquillita'. L'ambiente e' semplice, vero e pieno di allegria grazie anche ai due bambini di Roberta che ci hanno riempito di sorrisi fin da subito. Colazione semplice e buonissima. E alla fine abbiamo ricevuto anche una piccola sorpresa bellissima, che sa di passione per il proprio lavoro! Grazie mille, ritorneremo sicuramente!! da Marco e Maria

Arianna è un host eccezionale: gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre pronta a dare consigli. L'alloggio semplicemente meraviglioso organizzato in modo impeccabile, un bellissimo ambiente pulitissimo in mezzo al verde e al fresco della campagna. Una vacanza di totale relax e divertimento, torneremo sicuramente perché siamo stati benissimo. Arianna consigliatissima! Organizzazione, puntualità, efficienza, affidabilità e ordine sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono la persona di Arianna le quali si riflettono sull'alloggio da lei offerto.

Camera con bagno pulita, con mobili nuovi e attrezzata con tutto quello che serve. La camera è all'interno di una villetta molto bella, con ampio giardino, tranquillità, e posto auto. Noi eravamo in auto, per cui nessun problema per raggiungere Castiglione della Pescaia.

Ruhige Umgebung, Lage in der Natur und trotzdem Restaurants, Bars etc. gut in der Nähe erreichbar. Ab Anfang/Mitte Oktober schließen viele Bars, Cafe und Restaurant. Supermarkt war regulär tgl. geöffnet. Strand war ebenso sehr nah. Leckerer selbstgebackener Kuchen, Kekse zum Frühstück. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt; Roberta war immer zuvorkommend.
