Alojamientos vacacionales en renta en Tuscan Archipelago

Priroda, dvorište, bazen i pogled su toliko prekrasni da nam je bilo žao odlaziti u obilazak Toscane! Sara i njezina obitelj bili su savršeni domaćini, simpatični, nenametljivi a uslužni. Jedino što nam je nedostajalo su osnovne namirnice u kuhinji: ulje ,ocat,šećer, ali kad smo zamolili domaćini su bili spremni pomoći. Rado bi se vratili ovdje!

Si accede autonomamente, sotto le indicazioni molto precise e semplici della proprietaria. Arrivati in anticipo, siamo potuti entrare prima dell'orario previsto, senza alcun problema. Anche l'ultimo giorno siamo potuti andare via con calma, sotto sua indicazione... Insomma, davvero gentilissima! L'appartamento è comodo, con un bel giardino che si affaccia sulla Maremma. Il bagno era pulito e pratico, con una bella e piacevole doccia. La casa ha tutto quel che di base serve, non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema. La zona è molto tranquilla, il parcheggio proprio davanti casa. Il paese è stupendo, molto caratteristico con degli affacci mozzafiato. La casa è a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti sia della posizione che del monolocale! Ci tornerei volentieri! Grazie a Gabriella per la disponibilità in tutto!

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit Pool, sehr schöner Aussicht und netten Gastgebern!

ho soggiornato con cinque amici, casa accogliente con tutto il necessario. Alessandra, l'host, è stata reattiva e disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. consigliato

+++ Wir (4 Personen und 2 Hunde) haben uns bei Giada 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Von ihrem Vater wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Parken war auf dem "Piazza" oder auf dem Privatparkplatz um die Ecke möglich. Der Minimarkt ist auch direkt auf dem "Piazza" (Brötchen und andere Kleinigkeiten). Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, bietet sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze und ist uneinsehbar durch Orleandersträuche, einem Feigenbaum und Weinreben eingefasst. Das Haus war sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet (z. B. Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichmaker). Die Aussendusche hatte einen kräftigen Wasserstrahl und einen grandiosen Ausblick in die Bucht. Diesen Blick hat man von der gesamten Terrasse und auch vom Balkon aus. - Leider gab es zu unserer Zeit viele Mücken. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt (aber 2 Ventilatoren), haben wir bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Die Fenster sind leider nicht mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, so dass es einige unruhige Nächte gab.

La casa era accogliente e in perfetto ordine oltre ad essere vicinissima a tutti i servizi, compresa la navetta per la spiaggia, ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

La settimana trascorsa presso l’alloggio di Claudio è stato molto bello , ottima location . Pace tranquillità e facilità per arrivare al mare , comodità della casetta e ottima comunicazione con i padroni di casa , questi gli ingredienti che hanno reso la nostra vacanza stupenda .

Posizione fantastica e residence molto tranquillo, Eleonora e Michelangelo disponibili e gentili. Ritorneremo sicuramente !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Silvias Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und uns hat an nichts gefehlt! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Danke Berith, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Appartement ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr ordentlich. Ich habe super auf der Matratze geschlafen. Meta war immer erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Toll waren such die Tipps und Hinweise in dem Heft vor Ort. Gerne wieder!

Luca ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat sich größte Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns wohlfühlen ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Unterkunft ist mitten im ruhigen Dorf gelegen. Das nötigste kann in den lokalen Geschäften besorgt werden. Luca hat hier immer tolle Tipps. Die Fotos entsprechen auch der Realität: im großen und ganzen kann ich Luca nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Salvatore er Michelle sont très sympatiques et accueillants, toujours prêts a rendre service. On a pris beaucoup de plaisir a échanger avec eux et en plus en Français car ils parlent français tous les 2. Dommage que nous n'avions prévu que 2 jours pour cette étape.

Absolutely stunning location and beautifully presented apartment. Riccardo and Romina were extremely helpful, friendly hosts. We enjoyed seeing a resident fox every day and made friends with the 3 cats! The drive to the farm along the final track was challenging in our small Panda - we’d recommend a more sturdy car if you can. Plenty of beautiful things to see - Casole d’Elsa is a wonderful, local hill town. We visited Dream Woods and met the artist onsite. Strange and wonderful experience. A dip in the river at the Berignone Nature Reserve (Masso del Fanciulle) following the recent floods. Beautiful place. Take the longer route to avoid the steep, rugged tracks. Volterra is another stunning town with incredible views. There is no TV in the apartment - something we thought we’d miss but we didn’t. The communal seating area is outdoors, which worked well for us in the sunny weather. Larger supermarkets in Colle Di Val d’Elsa as well as a lovely street of restaurants at Porta Nova.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento una notte con i miei figli e il mio compagno, l’appartamento è piccolo ma servito di tutto. Molta attenzione all’ospite che trova tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno. Inoltre è nuovo e appena ristrutturato. Buona posizione, il centro si raggiunge a piedi. L’appartamento ha il posto auto personale e anche questo è un plus! Mauro è un host super gentile e disponibile davvero per tutto.

Wir sind insgesamt 9 Wochen in Italien. Und diese zwei Wochen waren so wunderbar und erholsam. Das Haus wie auch das gesamte Anwesen ist einfach unglaublich. Es ist ruhig, privat und man kann einfach nur eine schöne Zeit haben. Die Betten sind ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben dort so gut geschlafen. Caspar ist ein super guter Gastgeber und ist immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben das Angebot von einem Privaten-Koch, Masseur und einer Yoga-Lehrerin in Anspruch genommen. Alle kamen zu uns „nach Hause“. ABSOLUTE Empfehlung. Wir haben bei Sonnenuntergang so hervorragend gegessen und nebenbei den hauseigenen Wein getrunken. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und man spürt überall die Mühe und Leidenschaft, die Caspar investiert. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort hin zu fahren. Alleine die Aussicht ist fast nicht zu beschreiben. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke für alles, lieber Caspar!

Posizione incantevole, cura sia negli ambienti esterni ( il giardino in cui è immerso il residence con accesso diretto alla spiaggia è bellissimo !!) che per quello che riguarda la pulizia della casa. Esperienza bellissima da ricordare, torneremo sicuramente !

Wir hatten über Ostern einen Tour durch die Toskana geplant und wurden von Romina direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen und ist mit dem Auto über Feldwege erreichbar. Durch die Beschreibungen von Romina konnten weiter das Gelände aber direkt finden. Wir sind mit dem E-Auto angereist und konnten unser Auto problemlos vor Ort laden. Von dort haben wir Siena, San Gimignano und Volterra besichtigt, was alles zwischen 30-50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt liegt. Ansonsten hatten wir auch dort eine schöne Zeit durch die Ruhe vor Ort. Romina und Riccardo haben eine Olivenplantage und stellen eigene Produkte her. Darunter nicht nur Olivenöl, sondern auch Honig und Ätherische Öle. Romina hat uns alles gezeigt und wir durften Öl und Honig probieren. Wir haben direkt auch Ölivenöl und Honig gekauft, um es mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo passato 4 giorni nell’appartamento di Mauro per le nostre vacanze estive. Mauro è stato molto accogliente e disponibile da subito - venendoci anche a prendere in auto per non farci portare i bagagli a mano. L’appartamento è come in foto, pulito e veramente molto attrezzato (non ci è mancato davvero nulla)! A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla fermata che porta a tutte le principali spiagge. Unica cosa, trattandosi un appartamento ‘seminterrato’ i livelli di umidità tendono ad essere un po’ alti (soprattutto se, come nel nostro caso, sono giorni di pioggia). Ma il condizionatore presente in camera ha sicuramente aiutato! Del resto, tutto perfetto! Grazie ancora Mauro per la tanta gentilezza e accoglienza :)

We loved our stay with Pablito! Check in was great as they let us check in well ahead of the set time since we arrived early. Location was great and near the town, a car is quite necessary though. It feels very remote and peaceful while also being near other towns and restaurants just a short ride away. Staff were friendly and very attentive, easy to communicate with via Whatsapp. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with necessary items needed for cooking (some oil + salt would have been an extra touch). The bin + recycling could have been clearer as we were confused about what to put where. Also the room does not have AC but very cool inside and this didn't bother us. The pool and gardens are stunning. We really enjoyed having our own little outdoor space outside. The pool remains quiet during the day although kids and families arrive later on, but didn't bother us too much. There are also games and racquets for playing which is nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
