This place takes you back in time, in the best possible way. It is an incredible 500 year old building, so it is not without its minor quirks (read: charm), but I think being immersed in the Renaissance is absolutely worth it. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and so close to everything. Took about 20 minutes to walk from SMN train station with a 10 and 11 year old, and backpacks. This place alone makes me want to come back to Firenze. I would book this place again in an instant. Max was also an exceptional host. He was very responsive, which I inadvertently had to put to the test. We were stepping out for the day, and as the door closed and locked behind me, an image of the keys, sitting on the kitchen table, flashed into my mind. Luckily, I had my phone and messaged Max. He was at the door within 10 minutes to let me back in. Truly amazing. Thank you Max!

We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Matteo is an excellent host. He met us outside the apartment and helped us find it, then demonstrated each of the keys so we’d know how to get in. He then gave us plenty of recommendations and even a map of nearby attractions and grocery stores. The apartment itself is lovely, truly beautifully decorated and maintained. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Fabio is an amazing host and his place is in a fantastic location. Fabio met us at the train station and provided us with all the information we needed for a great stay. He gave the best itinerary for our stay which we completely followed! Do not hesitate to stay here for a fabulous trip to the Cinque Terre!

Marco è un host attento, accogliente e flessibile. L'alloggio ha tutto ciò che serve per accogliere famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Ottimi i bagni e la facilità di raggiungere il cuore di Firenze sfruttando la stazione a pochi minuti a piedi. Da consigliare.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt im historischen Zentrum von Montepulciano. Alle Restaurants & Bars sind zu Fuss erreichbar und der Parkplatz ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt u. a. kostenlos Kaffee und Milch, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Emanuela hat uns bei der Ankunft viele Tipps gegeben und es gibt einen ausführlichen Ordner mit vielen Infos.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi a Firenze! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono Patrizia e Gianni, due proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, pronti a offrire consigli e a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. La loro ospitalità ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio a 10 minuti dal centro e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had an incredible experience staying at Giovanna’s place during New Year’s! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions but in a peaceful area, allowing us to relax after the festivities. Giovanna was an outstanding host, always responsive and thoughtful. The atmosphere during the New Year’s celebrations was magical. We highly recommend her place and can’t wait to return!

We loved our time at this rustic Tuscan property tucked up under the Castello di Poppiano. It is a large private space with tremendous views. The weather was not optimal for us so we didnt get a chance to stroll through the landscape but were delighted when the cats made an appearance for us. Sara met us to introduce us to the property and did a great job getting us acclimated. We were very comfortable here and the location allowed us to maximize our time in Tuscany and get to the experiences we were looking to have over a 4 day span. The only criticism is that the interior lighting is not very bright and often times was darker than we would would have preferred but that was only a minor concern.

Absolutely gorgeous property, modern amenities and ample space for a group of people. Matteo was great at communicating and helped us greatly with check-in. The walk to Florence’s town center is a bit long but easily done, great access to stores and food. The only small note is one bedroom faces a busier road and the noise may disturb light sleepers. Thanks for a great stay!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Diego! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und liegt inmitten eines Olivenhains. Diego war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns noch eine zusätzliche Decke gebracht und mit Tipps unterstützt. Man kann wunderbar kochen auf einem großen Herd und mit vielen Küchenutensilien. Das Zimmer oben im Dach ist ein Traum. Vielen Dank für die Zeit, Diego! Beachte bloß: Um hier hinzufahren, braucht es ziemlich sicher ein Auto. Um einkaufen zu gehen oder etwas zu unternehmen, sind es meistens Distanzen, die sich nicht gut laufen lassen :) Ein Fahrrad würde auch funktionieren!

The house was warm intimate -lovely - very thoughtful - we felt very comfortable. - and the grounds and larger environs were beautiful

Montalcino Townhouse was recently remodeled. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. The location was basically in the center of town. Easy walks to restaurants, cafés and free parking. Great location to explore the area from.

Definitely a wonderful place to relax. The sunset in the evening is mind-blowing and Letizia is a very welcoming host. The apartment has everything you need but be aware that it can be pretty, pretty cold at night (we were there in May) and if you want to heat the place you’ll need to remember that gas is extra. Other than that it’s a place to fall in love with and also great if you bring your dog. We were sorry to leave and can absolutely imagine to be back to explore more of the Valley D’Orcia or simply to relax and enjoy the sun and nature.

Great check in where Frederico explained everything about the apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and then kitchen was well equipped. Great location for walking to all the tourist attractions.

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

Grazie alla disponibilità di Mirko, alla posizione strategica dell'alloggio, ai servizi disponibili nell'area circostante l'appartamento, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo e senza alcuno stress nemmeno per chi, più anziano, ha soggiornato con me. Il solo suggerimento che mi permetto di dare a Mirko è quello di prestare una maggiore attenzione ai servizi igienici che andrebbero modernizzati. Nel complesso darei un bel 10. Grazie Mirko😍😍

I felt so at home in Barbara's cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied, with everything I needed to prepare meals. She also had eggs, yogurts, water, coffee, cream, and more food to start my mornings. Barbara recommended some of the best local restaurants. I came to Italy to write. Her office was a writer's dream, adorned with motivational quotes and bathed in natural light with a breathtaking view of the mountains. However, the biggest unexpected bonus was Barbara's mom. She warmly greeted me at the train station, effortlessly helping me with my luggage to the third floor. Once inside, she graciously walked me through everything I needed to know during my stay. A few days later, she returned to show me how to operate the washing machine. Then, on my last day, she kindly returned to take me to the airport, my luggage. All made my departure seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara's home without hesitation to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retreat.
