Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e ben tenuto. Posizione strategica, praticamente sul mare, senza attraversamenti stradali. Vicino sia a supermercati che al centro del paese, si possono infatti raggiungere comodamente a piedi. Arredato e corredato da tutto il necessario, molto apprezzate lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Consiglierei di mettere un microonde e una docetta/lavapiedi esterno per togliere la sabbia al rientro dal mare. Ottima la comunicazione con Stefano.

Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il paese. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 bimbi molto piccoli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Una volta arrivati ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi per qualsiasi cosa. Veronica è sempre disponibile e molto attenta. Super consigliato!

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Very safe and secure location right next to the train station. Alberto was great to work with and we would definitely come back.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, man sieht zwischen den Bäumen hindurch unten an den kleinen, familiären Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional, sauber und mit einer grossen Küche ausgestattet. Von aussen führt eine recht lange Treppe zum Wohnungs-Eingang, diese war nachts leider unbeleuchtet; dies könnte man noch verbessern. Schön ist, dass sich die Dorfbäckerei mit dem freundlichen Kaffee gleich unten im Haus befindet; für deinen leckeren Morgenkaffee mit Croissant muss man also nur aus dem Bett fallen ;). Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Küstenstrasse; zumindest während unserem Besuch im Oktober hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Vermieteragentur ist per Messenger gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

Vielen Lieben Dank an Savina, die einer der nettesten Gastgeberin ist, die wir bisher getroffen haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unvergesslichen Erinnerungen. Als wir da waren, durften mit gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern bei der Weinernte helfen und wir haben viel gelernt. Auch die Tiere durften hat Savina uns gezeigt und wir konnten sie ganz nah sehen. Insgesamt ist die Lage als Ausgangspunkt super, in 1h erreicht man viele tolle Ausflugsziele.

Un lieu très beau, agréable et calme que nous recommandons et des hôtes très accueillants. Nous pouvions également profiter de la piscine près de la magnifique maison en briques rouges. Nous avons loué une voiture pour circuler facilement et découvrir tous les magnifiques villages aux alentours.

The apartment is ideally located 300 m from the beach and 300 m from the city center. It was clean and spacious. Lots of light and 2 balconies/terraces. Our contact at Interhome has always been professional, available and very friendly. I'd recommend it for a stay in Viareggio.

Non possiamo che dare 5 stelle al soggiorno fatto in questo splendido alloggio. Eravamo 8 persone più un cagnolino e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo! Appena arrivati all’alloggio siamo stati ammaliati dalla bellezza del paesaggio che si estendeva davanti a noi dal giardino 😍 una volta entrati in casa siamo rimasti stupefatti dalla bellezza dell’alloggio, a cui le foto non danno il giusto valore. Siamo stati subito accolti da Mohito, il cane del vicino di casa, e sono stati tutti super gentili con noi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Charmante maison au milieu des oliviers et de quelques citronniers. ideale pour ceux qui recherchent un pied à terre isolé pour visiter la région.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

We loved staying at Vania's apartment in Montepulciano. It was one of the best we have stayed in. Vania met us and showed us to the apartment and provided helpful information regarding parking. We managed to get free parking in a carpark close by. Everything was as described. Great location on the main street and not far up from the entrance to the town. The apartment is on the ground level which was very welcome after staying at other apartments with lots of stairs. We found the apartment to be very spacious, clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Le logement est idéalement situé. la proximité du tramway T2 pour l aéroport. la proximité du marché sont vraiment de grand atout. La résidence est fermée et agréablement vegetalisee. La via Faenza est proche du Duomo. De San Marco et de Santa Maria Novella. Un excellent restaurant pour les sans gluten est à deux pas ciron and sons...un bonheur!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.

Piękne miejsce do spędzenia czasu w ciszy i spokoju rozkoszując pięknem Toskanii. Apartamenty usytuowane są w pięknym, zabytkowym budynku. Zaaranżowane są w nowoczesny sposób. Gospodarz przed przyjazdem udzielił nam wszytskich potrzebnych wskazówek związanych z dojazdem i znalezieniem naszego apartamentu. Przed apartamemtem znajduje się piękny taraz pod winoroślą. Sprawia to, że klimat jest niepowtarzalny. Dodatkowym atutem jest sauna w łazience, w której można się zrelaksować po całym dniu zwiedzania. Lokalizacja aparatamentu jest świetnym miejscem wypadowym do pięknych miast w około. Na obiekcie znajduje się też basen. Jedynym małym minusem był zapach wilgoci w apartamencie, ale w zabytkowych pomieszczeniach niestety trudno się go pozbyć. Generalnie bardzo polecam to miejsce do spędzenia niezapomnianych chwil. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

we had the best experience at Federico's place which is really few meters away from ponte vecchio (which means you have the chance to pass by it everytime you come back from the over side of the river). all the city's attraction are accessible by walking. the arrival was well managed, with all needed instructions. would come back here and recommend for sure !

Appartamento bello comodo e funzionale

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
