Alec’s villa was even better than the pictures and description. We were greeted at the villa and had wonderful antipasto and wine with him. Everything was perfect. Alec was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. Both the villa and the host are highly recommended. Our whole family was extremely impressed. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to this region.

Gigi and Ludovica were first of all perfect hosts! Since the first communication, until the check out, the were kind, helpful, positive, gave fantastic recommendations, ask how are we, if we need anything, and if anything was missing they immediately took care of it, always with a smile. The villa is beautiful, private, well renovated, while keeping the Tuscan style. The rooms, shower rooms, kitchen, and living room looks great and fully equipped with all we needed, and more, including a generous welcome package in the kitchen. What can I say... the perfect place for a Tuscan vacation.

Beautiful villa in Tuscany to share with friends. Very spacious with plenty of bathrooms, laundry room, great kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Only recommendation would be to pave the driveway. It’s a rough ride.

Wonderful villa on a fantastic place with a tremendous view on the valley op Poppi. Clean rooms , excellent beds . Very large garden with 360 degrees view all over the region. Fantastic swimming pool . Very friendly and cooperative hosts . Rating : 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family had a really great time at Giuseppe’s Villa. Check in with Giulia was smooth and easy. We appreciated the Prosecco and delicious fruit crostata when we arrived. The Villa is beautifully decorated, and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Not forgetting to mention the comfortable size pool, beautiful location, and views. This home can be great for families that want to spend time together, but can also enjoy some privacy when needed, as the upstairs and downstairs are like two apartments- each have a living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Giulia and Giuseppe were great hosts, very communicative and responsive. We really felt they wanted to make sure we were having a great stay. We would love to stay here again in the future. L'alloggio è magnifico e tenuto benissimo, pulito e super accogliente. È un po' fuori mano ma noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la posizione isolata e immersa nella natura; in ogni caso con mezz'ora di macchina si arriva in diversi posti meravigliosi. Nicola è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Raccomando vivamente un soggiorno qui, è rigenerante!!

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

I really don't want to say anything nice about Morten's home because I'd like to keep it a secret as much as possible. The more people that know how wonderful it is the harder it will be to reserve! We (six of us) were pretty much speechless for the first 15 minutes of being there. We felt like kids going into every room, looking at the paintings, furniture and wine collection. The views and grounds are spectacular and the pool was amazing. The area is perfect — easy drives to Sienna and Florence — and Panzano is a great small town with plenty to do. Morten arranged chef/owner Mimmo from Enotecca Baldi to cook for us one night which was spectacular. Such a nice person and fantastic chef! The wine cellar, if you can find it, is very cool and if our schedule didn't conflict, we would have been able to see some of the harvesting procedures. Maybe next time. One more thing: the wines at La Festegiatta are no joke! Some of the best Chianti we had during our stay! Loved the Gran Selezione!

Boggina was such a beautiful setting for our two families. There is no air conditioning, but the house kept beautifully cool by using the shutters in the day and using fans at night. The bedrooms were dreamy, full of trinkets from families past. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely wine tasting tour! We basically didn’t want to leave! Many thanks team Marco 😊

La casa di Barbara è davvero bella e molto ben organizzata. Ha il fascino delle prime case airbnb, dove davvero trovi pezzi di storia della famiglia che le abita (foto, oggetti), invece delle abitazioni asettiche che si trovano adesso. La cucina è davvero super e i barbecue aiutano a organizzare delle belle braciate! Lo spazio esterno è tranquillo e ben organizzato, con un grande tavolo da pranzo. tutto intorno è campagna e si vede Monteriggioni da lontano (che comunque si raggiunge in 5 minuti). Bellissimo soggiorno

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Weekend in famiglia in un posto meraviglioso e incontaminato.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible! The property (villa, surrounding grounds and the pool area) and the view were beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. it is exactly what you envision when thinking of a Tuscan villa. The house is large and clean, and it easily accommodated five adults with lots of extra room. The location is also very convenient, being close to a large grocery store and to the A1 highway. There are many restaurants and wineries nearby as well. Marco was a fantastic host who was very communicative and responsive. His parents (Ario and Santina), who live nearby, were lovely and friendly, while also giving us our space and privacy. Thank you very much Marco, Ario and Santina!!! We were sad to leave your beautiful villa and hope to be back soon!!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Casa Uliveto med hele storfamilien på 7 voksne og 7 ungdommer, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Både huset og eiendommen var nydelig og velholdt, og området var fredelig og trygt. Andrea var en strålende vert som svare raskt og ga oss god informasjon både før og under oppholdet. Vi fikk mange gode anbefalinger fra Andrea om lokale byer og restauranter, og vi brukte dagene godt til mye sightseeing i den vakre regionen. Høydepunktet var nok likevel kokkekurset som vi hadde hjemme i huset. Vi bestilte kurset gjennom Andrea, og de tre blide kokkene som kom, håndterte vår mangfoldige gjeng på strålende vis! De snakket kun italiensk, vi svarte på en blanding av engelsk, norsk og spansk (!), men jammen forsto vi hverandre godt likevel! Det var mye latter og gestikulering, og maten (4 retter) ble nydelig! Både store og små hadde en fantastisk kveld! Anbefales varmt! Takk for et nydelig opphold og flott vertskap!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.
