A great location if you want to explore Florence. Everything was in walking distance. The location is near a club/lounge so at night time/weekend, it can get loud with patrons under the influence. That isn’t the host’s fault. But keep in mind if you have a young family or elderly. Another point, there is no elevator (I believe it was mentioned before) but if anyone has troubles with stairs, keep this in mind. The rooms were nice and clean. I loved that it had a washer/dryer-in-one, this came in handy. Overall the place was good and the hosts were wonderful and responsive.

It was a very nice and quiet place to stay. Fireplace, cat, dogs, amazing views + warm welcome. Vino di Marta is super delicious and worth the best mark, even compared with the other (and far more expensive) vines from the region. Good heating and ventilation, hot water, cosy bed linen, good equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi. Everything you may need to stay for 3 and more nights, we literally didn’t want to leave the place 🥹 Very clever positioning of the apartment blocks: you get maximum possible privacy. Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sara was very helpful with tips to making the most of our Tuscan adventures. The view from the sauna was that from a movie. Peaceful, quiet, gorgeous stay. Would recommend !

Here’s a review based on your experience: I had the most amazing stay in Tuscany! The property was absolutely beautiful, and Alessandra was an incredible host. Her house was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One thing to note is that you’ll need a car to get around, but it’s worth it. The location is perfect for exploring the region. Prato, a nearby city, is a hidden gem with so much charm and beauty. We were also able to visit Florence and Milan with ease, avoiding toll roads and enjoying the scenic routes along the way. The entire area was breathtaking, and every day was filled with incredible sights and experiences. This vacation was everything we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-located in Toscany!

Only amazing things to say! The property itself is gorgeous!!! Our apartment was very spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities on the propers were phenomenal. The pool, hot tub, wellness area, absolutely everything. There was always someone available to help us with any questions, book reservations, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

L'appartamento spicca per la posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Siena, tanto da poterlo raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 10', e abbastanza lontano dal traffico delle principali vie da poter godere della pace di una residenza in campagna. La cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della villa salta subito all'occhio, così come la cura nell'andare incontro alle richieste e le necessità dell'ospite (nel nostro caso in merito al check-in, le forniture per un bimbo piccolo, l'utilizzo della piscina fuori dagli orari stabiliti). Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative, abbiamo fatto buon uso di una macchina per il ghiaccio durante tutto il soggiorno e del gazebo con bbq. We enjoyed an excellent three nights here. It boasts a super location right in the centre of Florence. The appartment is a nice space and well equipped, and the sauna was a real bonus.

Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the apartment at the castle - Rosita was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and always on hand to provide recommendations / check the pool was clean etc. Will definitely visit again (although maybe in the warmer months)!

Abbiamo passato qui i giorni di capodanno con amici, organizzando in casa il cenone del 31/12, e siamo stati benissimo. Casa molto accogliente, con spazi giusti per 4 persone, curata e fornita di tutto. Posizione non centrale ma ottima sia per arezzo che per i tanti borghi vicini. Torneremo volentieri.

Una breve fuga dal caos cittadino immersi nel silenzio e nella natura. Mauro molto amichevole e disponibile. torneremo sicuramente!

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

A lovely villa in a great location. Convenient for Siena, Montalcino etc. Four good size double rooms; big, comfortable beds. Pietro is very responsive and will make restaurant suggestions etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rube was an exceptional host and he was very responsive. When the cleaner forgot to leave shampoo and body wash, he made a special trip snd had it to us within 30 minutes. In addition, when our 9 month old came down with a bad rash, he called his own doctor and provided us with all the information to go to the hospital to secure a prescription if we needed it. The “ flip book” sent before Check-in provided many recommendations of local hidden gems and restaurants.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rocca Prataia! Das Airbnb ist sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und auch der schöne Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein 🌱 Anja hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sodass wir die Gegend ideal erkunden konnten.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura.... L'accoglienza è stata calorosa,con una cura nei dettagli che fa sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, confort di altissimo livello. E poi la vera chicca... l'idromassaggio... Lo abbiamo adorato!!! Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie ancora a Diego e Chiara... Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft lassen einen sprachlos werden. Lediglich der Weg zur Unterkunft ist bei den ersten Malen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Er führt über einen Schotterweg und unser Auto (5er BMW) setzte immer mal wieder auf und auch an den Seiten war es sehr eng. Man gewöhnt sich aber nach und nach daran. Der Blick, die Ruhe und auch die Unterkunft an sich entschädigen aber für den steilen Aufstieg. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben tolle Tipps. Check In, Check Out sind problemlos. Alles ist super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt sicherlich nicht viele so traumhafte Orte auf dieser Welt, wie diesen. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt, eher noch schöner. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

The house is lovely, very private and has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We especially loved the outside area (although we were a little unlucky with the weather in mid-September and couldn't use it much). The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and airy with gorgeous views from the balconies, bathrooms are nice and clean and the downstairs kitchen is well equipped and cozy (also comes with a pantry which is super helpful for storage). Some basic food supplies were also provided. The downstairs living room area was overall a little darker than we expected because the windows aren't that large, but I would reckon that keeps the house nice and cool on hot summer days. Valentina was a perfect host - super quick to reply, very helpful and always keen to solve any problems that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here! 🩷
