The location was great and the space was perfect for a weekend stay.

The house was so cozy and welcoming. The weather was not great so we stayed in most of the weekend and just hung out, watched movies and cooked dinner and had everything we needed. Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Book this place! The surroundings are gorgeous - we felt as though we were *in* the forest. It is well appointed and comfortable, but the gem of the stay: the shower. You have a view of the surrounding trees from the shower and it was so peaceful and restorative. Tip for those who do book: bring an extra roll of paper towels and 1-2 extra trash bags.

The Camilla Villa is one our new favorite places to stay in the area.The house was very clean and the location was perfect, about 10 minutes from Wallkill bethel. We had some winter precipitation during our stay and Camilla was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided what we needed for a safe, comfortable stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

We had a lovely and peaceful 2 night stay at Esopus Studio. Highly recommended - 4 C’s - cute, cozy, comfy, and clean - perfect for two people. Close to Phoenicia Diner and outdoor activities. Alma was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and proactively informed us about her no shoe policy and to bring slippers! Hope to return someday.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, and it was clear that great care went into maintaining the property. From the little details to the overall comfort, everything exceeded our expectations. Donna’s place is adorable! Centrally located, it’s walkable to all the sights and restaurants in town. The kitchen is fully stocked, which I really enjoyed. Also, I love a good hot shower and Donna’s did not disappoint! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the snack cakes she left out for us upon our arrival. Yum! Access was a breeze and communication with Donna was top-notch.

Such a beautiful place for my girlfriend and I to have a little getaway. We loved having a full kitchen and making ourselves breakfast/dinner! Jonathon responds very fast and is very helpful! Would definitely stay at another one of his sites!

My family and I were able to close out the final season of snowboarding at mountain creek at Joe’s place. Everything was so convenient for us to access. From pools, to mountain, and even the laundromat is just a couple doors away! Will definitely Book again. Loved the location of this room especially for our kids to be able to access the pools and back to the room. We had an amazing weekend.

This was our third stay with Patrick and it was fantastic! Patrick is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for his guests. His place is exceptionally clean, light-filled, and beautifully appointed. The bed is super comfortable! Centrally located, it’s walkable to almost everything Warwick has to offer. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Clean studio right on the lake, nothing better than waking up and looking out onto the frozen lake from bed.

Highly recommend! Our stay was absolutely perfect and just what we needed to unwind and decompress. The peacefulness of nature and the seclusion of the property created a serene retreat from the constant hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. With perfect weather, we spent our days enjoying the firepit, making s'mores, and sipping on libations – a wonderful tradition that became a highlight of our weekend. We were conveniently close to the Shohola Falls, which was a great spot to visit, but the Bushkill Falls – Pennsylvania’s very own Niagara Falls – truly stole the show. Glenn made the whole experience easy, from booking the cabin to answering all our questions before we arrived. This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, enjoyed by myself, my wife, our two teenage children, and our pups. It’s a long weekend we will remember fondly for years to come. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures provided. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we hope to visit again soon. Susan was nothing but the best at communicating with us and all the little extras she provides at their cabin was just an added bonus. HIGHLY recommended!!

We decided to do a little girls get away over night and were not disappointed with our pick! We absolutely loved the little cabin and all the amenities it came with. It is extremely cozy and comes with clear instructions on how to operate the place! Will definitely go back!!!

We loved our stay! Having the windows open and hearing the creek outside was very peaceful and relaxing. The perfect little cabin getaway. Cabin is decorated very tastefully and has everything one could need!

This was a really nice cabin in a great spot —super peaceful and the creek was amazing! Walking down to the waterfalls every morning was sublime. The property was beautiful, and we loved sitting by the fire and relaxing hot tub (this hot tub was born to massage btw, for anyone suffering from chronic pain). Everything was clean and well kept. The lighting inside was a bit dim for me, so it was a bit hard to get going on the cloudier days but still, this cabin was exactly what I needed! Oh, also, we had one clear night and... wow, i have never seen so many stars in a night sky, just astounding.

We had a great time staying here! The cabin was so cute and had everything we needed during our stay. We used the outdoor kitchen with the brand-new grill but also found that the kitchenette was perfect for cooking breakfast and dinner in the cabin. The area was super quiet and peaceful and definitely secluded. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely return with friends!

Very comfortable and felt great to be inside this special little cabin. We brought our dogs and they were well accommodated here. The immediate road the house is on isn’t the best for walks but there’s lots of beautiful trails just a short drive a way. Although we were there during a very icy winter, I think the river behind the house would be fun to enjoy other seasons. Also great restaurants super close to the house.
