Overall, we loved our experience and found it to be a great place for families. I did have to message the host for access instructions on our way there, as we hadn't received them, but it was the day after Christmas, so we totally understood. Upon arrival, the door code did not work, but Kelly was very responsive to our situation and helped us figure it out. There were some random toys left out in a couple of the spaces and when we happened to see under the couch, it REALLY felt like home 😆 Could use a little deeper cleaning maybe. There was also a TON of full garbage bags in the garage already as the bin was full, but again, a holiday week so I assume pickup service was off schedule. On the second day of our stay, we also messaged to ask about how to use the living room fireplace but didn't get a response. All in all, the place was close to perfection. Very cozy and felt like home. We would definitely go back!

We rented the Airbnb because we had 11 people staying with us for a wedding. We also had a group of bridesmaids come to the Airbnb to get ready for the wedding. The house was spacious. It accommodated us all. We were able to make breakfast for all with plenty of room and all that we needed to cook breakfast. The Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Beautiful area with lots of deer in the area. The owner let us know that the heater wasn’t working properly prior to our arrival, but he was able to get someone to check it. It worked very well and the whole place was warm. The owner was very responsive, answering all of our questions quickly. The road leading up to the Airbnb had a lot of twists and turns. We needed our navigation system each time we left and returned. It was a nice stay overall. I would recommend it for large families or groups.

Great location, a couple hours from Yosemite and grocery store close by. House was spacious and clean, lots of cooking utensils and amenities to enjoy. Check in was super easy and home was perfect!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs (or hotel for that matter) I have stayed in my life - and I travel for business on a monthly basis. If you are debating, take it. This place is a magazine come to life, and you really will not regret a single piece of the beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The wood-burning fireplace gave off a wonderful amount of heat. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch. Perfect distance from the snow and snow related activities. We cooked most nights, but enjoyed a night out at the lube saloon. We will definitely be back

This home was absolutely stunning—honestly, the description and photos don’t do it justice until you step inside. The game room was a hit with the kids, and the pool table and bar area were perfect for the adults, offering a great way to enjoy some peaceful separation. Yvette was incredibly responsive and polite, making the entire experience much smoother. As my son put it, “Dad, can we come back?” I will definitely be rebooking here. Thank you so much, Yvette!

Very comfortable and quiet property. We booked this property giving Kevin and Teresa only an hour’s notice. They were very pleasant and made sure everything was set for us. Kevin met us and showed us around. The apartment was very warm and cozy. We would highly recommend!!

Here for work trip, Michele was an amazing host. Very communicative and accommodating. I have slight mobility issues, so the walking path to the house to carry my luggage wasn't an option for me. Michele invited me to park by the detached garage as needed. Inside the place: Lots of attention to detail, snacks, kitchen amenities, good sized fridge/freezer, bathroom amenities, and instant hot water! Overall comfy place for 1-2 guests.

Loved our stay at Melissa’s! The place is a short 5 minute walk to downtown Sonora, everything was clean, and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the details like the complimentary treats and tea which we really appreciated. Also the place is much larger than the pictures make it seem. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very cozy; perfect for a woodland winter getaway compete with fires in both the outdoor fire pit and the indoor wood burning stove. The dogs lived their best dog lives running around outside and exploring. We really liked the privacy resulting from the other nearby cabins being boarded up for the winter. We were practically the only ones in the neighborhood! The only issue we had was that the instructions from the rental management company about how to obtain the keys for check-in were not clear. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again!

This is a darling cabin!!! The host was super responsive and kind. The cabin was extremely clean, with great quality beds and towels. We loved the fireplace and it’s in such a pretty area. Close to skiing and they have a nearby general store. Easy check in and check out. Our family loved it!!

Abbie’s place in Twain Harte is amazing. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 5 and under and we stayed with another family of 4 with kids the same age. It was perfect for 2 families. There was a huge living room we could all hang out. It was a rainy weekend but the place was warm when we walked in. The kids LOVED the bunk room - they could even watch TV in their beds while the adults enjoyed cards and some wine downstairs. We ventured to Black Oak Casino for bowling - they had a kids zone with babysitting for $15/per hour which was an awesome unexpected surprise. The house was so cute and spacious. The kids even braved the hot tub in the rain. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Abbie!

Our family of four had a great two days at the cabin. The cabin was very tastefully furnished and felt like home. It was cozy and all the amenities one could expect including a family room with games and books. The house was squeaky clean and the fireplace was a great touch. The surroundings were quiet and very private. We skied at Dodge Ridge which was 20 min away. Overall a memorable weekend for our family and we plan to visit again this summer.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicki's cabin. The cabin is very well stocked with everything a family needs for entertainment, cooking and relaxation. We appreciated these details. We were also amazed by the wildlife we encountered right outside the door - deer and flocks of beautiful turkeys making their presence heard. We have never been to this area before, but Vicki was extremely helpful with plenty of information and suggestions to keep us busy. Thanks Vicki!

We only stayed one night to celebrate my son’s birthday with a couple of his friends. They really enjoyed having their own space upstairs with a private entrance. The foosball and air hockey tables were a nice touch for the kids. The little red cabin basically had everything we needed to feel right at home. The cabin is well maintained and had a very cozy feel to it. Hugo was also very responsive and accommodating.

We loved staying at Valine's cabin. For starters, it was super clean and smelled great (not always the case for dog-friendly rentals). The cabin is exactly as depicted in the photos. Very cozy and comfortable, and we found everything we needed very easily. I asked Valine a question about the heaters and she responded immediately, with all the information I needed. The location is beautiful and the neighborhood very quiet. It was easy to access and park. Overall a 10 out of 10. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful little place for young families, and a very friendly host. There were winter snowstorms in the area when we visited, so we borrowed the sleds at the cabin to have a couple of great snow days. The hot tub was amazing after long days in the snow! We were worried that our children would have issues sharing a room, as they have their own rooms at home. However, the white noise machines at the property (we forgot ours at home) made them feel right at home. The only very minor issue we faced was that the kitchen is a bit cluttered. It is functional and well equipped, but lacking counter space for food prep. Simple solution for us was just to use the folding dining table as a bit of extra space.
