We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Ryan was responsive to our questions and messages! The balcony is so peaceful with a partial beach view. You can sit and read there for hours.

Amazing view from the balcony. So close the beach. Less than a 8 minute walk. Clean. Pool was clean and fun atmosphere. Every thing the beach was included. Definitely would stay again. Perfect for a family of 5.

I will echo the sentiments of other reviewers who talk about the location of Tiffany’s condo and the accommodations. The condo is just as the photos suggest. It was clean, comfortable and the decor reflects the eye and sensibilities of an artist and interior designer. My husband and I couldn’t ask for more. We have stayed in many airbnbs over the years; Tiffany’s place is one of the best if not THE best. The sunrises were magnificent. The location is convenient to everything, but really you won’t want to leave, except for maybe croissants from the Paris Baguette, a short drive away. Whew! They were amazing. Overall, we had a terrific stay. Thank you, Tiffany! It was our great pleasure to stay at your condo.

For a winter getaway, the condo had everything we wanted! A spacious place in Palmetto Dunes that was quiet, convenient, and allowed us to enjoy some relaxing time. We walked along the pristine beaches and explored the nearby nature trails. When we wanted some down time, we relaxed in the hot tub. However, the pool wasn't very "heated" and was far too cold.

Had a wonderful stay for a short visit! Great view, close to the beach- location was perfect to so many activities! Amy was responsive and helpful! Would stay here again!

Great location right on the beach and several good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

The weather didn't cooperate (snowstorm) but I really like the place. It's got a view of the ocean which was important to me. If it's important to you you need to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor and on the east 1/3 of the building. Lots of amenities and the place was well stocked. It was really nice to show up and have some food in the fridge! Deadbolt code lock works great. Bedroom is a little snug, but the larger units are $200k more and this feels like a great value. Jeff was very responsive to questions. People are super-nice, lots of pickleball courts, nice year round bar/restaurant on the property. In the summer there is also a pool and beachfront restaurant. Supercharger 10 minutes away. If they had EV destination charging I'd consider buying a place here.

We had a great stay! The home was the perfect size for my family of 4 and my parents. It was wonderful to have a third bathroom. The location was great, and we were less than a minute-walk from the pool, and an easy bike ride to Coligny Beach and Plaza, as well as Alder Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Matthew’s place is a wonderful stay. Easy to find and easy to get in. Your parking on the property’s gravel path is free. It’s right next to the beach (2 mins… even less). It’s an amazing location. The apartment itself is decently sized for a couple to stay. It has a sizable living room and a balcony in the back as well! Very clean and good amenities. Highly recommended !!

We loved staying at Turtles and Tales - the location was so peaceful and just what we needed. We were Hurricane Milton “refugees” and the team at Vacation Ready was responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at the 17th Street Inn! It was cozy, so peaceful, and the staff was very friendly and communicative! My wife and I loved being just a block from the beach for easy quick trips that didn’t feel like we had to stay forever just to make it worth it. Great location for a couples getaway!

A nice day good view of the ocean easy walk to the beach to pools and restaurant. You don’t feel like going anywhere.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to the beach. You can walk to it in less than one minute and spot the ocean from the street balcony. I'm very sensitive to noise, so I noticed several loud cars revving their engines down the road. This is not our host's fault, of course, but simply an unfortunate aspect of our modern age and car culture. . . I could not hear the street noise from inside thankfully. Our host was very quick to respond to any needs or questions and helpful, and I would consider booking again. I feel this was a very good deal.

When I first arrived, I didn’t know what to expect. I was a little disappointed because it wasn’t as modern as I expected but it was not long before my guest got there and helped me locate the lighting to help enhance the vibe. This place was all around cozy. I also felt really safe even when having to walk from the parking area at night. That was important to me. It rained all weekend and we still enjoyed our stay just as much as we would have if the sun was shining. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again! The unit was exactly like the pictures. The only thing others should be aware of is the entry door is located up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

Second time at this location. Great with small kids and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We’ll be staying there again.

Rob was a great host and very communicative. His place was great and just what we needed to have a relaxing break. His place is very clean, easy to get to, and had amazing views of the beach. He has it well stocked and maintained and should you need, he provides items to enjoy the beach. He clearly has thought of everything to ensure you have a relaxing and need free stay. The location to restaurants and a great walk alao works really well!!! I highly recommend him and will surely look to Rob the next time I stay in Tybee Island. Thank you Rob for a great stay!

Nice in beautiful beach area’s

Very nice complex and beautiful, well decorated unit. Hosts were great to let us book at last minute due to Florida hurricane and worked with us until the last minute as we were deciding what to do midweek. I also left something at the unit and messaged host about it. She immediately contacted her cleaning crew to help me track it down. Thank you!

We have rented twice from Chris and have been very happy. It is great to know that I can trust him to have a property that is the same as listed, clean and wonderful and to know that he isn't going to cancel on me. It was very straightforward and Chris made the process easy. Would 100% recommend renting from him!

Excellent condo, gorgeous views of the ocean. Place was beautifully decorated inside and clean, had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location is amazing, close proximity to the swimming pool and the private beautiful beach. We also love the location of Palmetto Dunes, close proximity to shopping at Shelter Cove and top restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as described and had a view of the ocean. Check in was seamless. We visited in early March to watch a tennis tournament our daughter was playing in so we did not have a lot of time to explore Palmetto Dunes itself but I would love to go back and explore more! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and always at the top of my list, it was very clean! The location was great within Palmetto Dunes as well as proximity to the grocery store, shopping and the many restaurants/cafes in the Shelter Cove area. Mike and Rachel were responsive and I appreciated the detailed instructions they provided.

We had a wonderful stay! Great view and location, very comfortable condo. The noise from the bar and restaurant next door is definitely noticeable. We enjoyed our stay.
