We rented this huge, beautiful space off season so we had a fantastic rate for so much space. Josh communicated well. The variety of beds and bedrooms worked well for our group of 8. Everyone commented on comfortable beds. We did not use the bunk room but checked out the comfort of these unique spaces. Two smaller adults could definitely fit. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped and have plenty of seating. Great views out the balcony. Having 4 bathrooms was AWESOME! It took a minute to figure out the elevator, but it was great for bringing groceries and luggage in. We enjoyed the heated pool despite the chilly weather. The location is great, very walkable and bike friendly to the beach and one close restaurant. Everything else was a long bike or quick drive. The pond behind the house is only steps from the pool, so I was glad we didn’t have children with us on this trip. We enjoyed seeing the resident alligator several times. Grateful to be able to bring our dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chu Cottage. The house is beautifully decorated along with plenty of clean linen. The Chu Cottage is walking distance to places to eat good food, Bars, and the beach. Terese is a empeccable 10⭐ host.

Beautiful home and a great location

Access to beach easy, hot tub on deck great, parking on site a winner, place very clean and as advertised. Tybee Island old fashioned funky beach town, with a great beach. Shopping on island, also nearby at Publix, close to shrimp and grits at Tubby s tank house in Thunderbolt. Tracy good host, always responded quickly. would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 6 at Lin’s beautiful home. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed and more so that we felt right at home. The best part was being so close to the beach for long walks. This was one of the best rental homes we’ve stayed in and would definitely stay again!

Came here for spring break with a few friends. The place was amazing and felt so homey, the area was perfect, close walking distance to everything around. Overall, a great experience. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Six of my friends and I stayed at Emily’s place for a long weekend. It was perfect!! It was very comfortable and spacious. Even though we had planned to eat out for dinner each night during our stay, we ended up cooking in because we did not want to leave. We felt very much at home. And, despite it being off season, we still had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay. We did not get to use any of the amenities because we spent all of our time at the beautiful beach. We still appreciate the convenience of the location and our host. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our girls weekend at this stay! We will most certainly be back. Everything matched the photos and description. Beach and shops were walkable distance. We hardly had to leave the house with all the fun things to do in backyard. Michelle was so responsive and accommodating and the best host!

I stayed here with my family and friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. We had a blast and enjoyed relaxing in our own private space. I would highly recommend!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We so enjoyed our time in Hilton Head, Marty's place is beautiful and just as described, had everything and then some for a perfect beach vacation. Really loved the location and proximity to the beach. Our visit was in late September and we did request to have the pool heated which I would recommend if traveling with kids. Would absolutely recommend Marty's place and we will book again when traveling to HH. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Nicole's house is absolutely perfect. We were in town for a family wedding and it was so nice to stay together but with plenty of room for privacy also. Everything was exactly as described and there is not a single negative! All amenities are so helpful especially since most of us came by plane with limited luggage. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hilton Head! The house was absolutely spotless and provided everything we needed for a memorable Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the spacious dining area made it perfect for gathering and enjoying a festive meal. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which we still enjoyed even though the weather was a bit chilly. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing detailed and clear instructions for getting in and out of the house, making our arrival and departure seamless. We loved the outdoor spaces, including the patios, and we can only imagine how great it would be to enjoy them in the warmer months. The proximity to the outdoor pool is also a big plus. We’ll definitely be back to experience it again in the summer! Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Hilton Head.

We loved our stay here! It had the best views of any beach house we’ve stayed in. You could see both the sunrise and sunset across the water in one awesome house. The inside was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking gear. It was just steps from the beach. We loved having a garage to put all our beach chairs and gear we brought at the end of the day. We spent some time star gazing on the balcony and roof. It was really nice each bedroom had blackout curtains so we could sleep in when we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed for almost 1 month and had a fabulous time!!! House is clean and is located in a wonderful quiet location with amazing access to beach with gorgeous sunsets. Very comfortable with bedrooms and bathrooms at both ends of the house so works well for multiple guests with different sleeping schedules. Had a lovely desk in masterbedroom overlooking the beach…perfect for working remotely with excellent WiFi. For road cyclists is very close to several roads recently repaved with impressive views. House is apx 20 minutes to Beaufort with a huge selection of stores/restaurants but equally close to Hunting Island Beach…not to be missed! Also, not too far from Savannah or Charleston for day exploration. Easy drive from Savannah airport to house. Host, Kristi was super responsive with any questions we had! We loved exploring the areas, cooking at home with delicious low country ingredients & making new friends. Can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for a truly relaxing vacation!

Great location, beautiful house, enjoyed our visit, would definitely return!

We had an unfortunate issue that left the pool unusable for our trip but Halen was so helpful in getting us multiple back up plans in place to make sure we still had an amazing trip. An added bonus she had it all arranged on the first day for us! We were traveling with 4 kiddos all 4 & under and had no trouble with the space and were so impressed with the location. Everything was super walkable and we loved going to the pier every day which is right by the house. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and were impressed with how well it was stocked with equipment. I was worried the kids would be loud but we never had any problems and the couple downstairs was always so kind and sweet to our family every time we ran into them. Our stay was perfect and we are already planning on booking another trip back to tybee and will stay in this property again!

I instantly felt at home in this bright, well-decorated and comfortable home. The kitchen was large and had all necessary kitchen cooking needs. Everything worked well and there was extra dishwasher soap, laundry soap, kitchen spices, coffee filters and paper products. It was so appreciated. The backyard was wonderful for my little toy poodles. They loved just being able to go into the backyard anytime they wanted and not having to wear their leashes. The walk to the beach was magical as was the whole neighborhood. I loved the big trees with hanging moss, the palm trees and the lovely homes. The beds were super comfy, the televisions worked great and the decor was warm and comfortable. Communication with Alison the host was friendly, professional and speedy. I was so impressed I booked next years' trip before I left (I've never booked the same Airbnb twice). Thank you Alison for the lovely January stay. Even though it snowed it didn't dampen my trip at all!

This was a great house for our family. We had our family (8 adults, 5 kids) and visitors (4 adults) every night for dinner - the house offered plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces to hang out. The walk to the beach was easy for us and the house had a great beach closet loaded with chairs, carts, and toys. One of the coffee makers (single serve) was broken, but Missy sent a new one right away and it showed up the next day - yay! We would love to stay again in the future and would highly recommend. Great beach house!

Went on vacation with my two daughters and they loved the place. Plenty of room, clean and cute. Loved the hot tub and back yard. The upper was great to watch the stars. Quiet area and easy driving everywhere. You’re literally 50 steps from the beach it’s awesome. Highly recommend if staying on tybee island.
