Zia’s place was perfect for our family long weekend in Savannah. It was easy to find, clean, exactly as described, walkable, exactly what we were looking for.

We loved how close we were to the beach! The unit was also very close to the elevator and there is a covered loading zone which was great given we left in the rain. Took our family of 6. It was a bit cozy,(especially given 1 of them was in a pack n play and 1 was in a toddler blow up bed) but definitely doable. Had a little hiccup on the check in, but Renee was very quick to take care of it.

Perfect location! There’s a park across the street and you can hear all the birds waking in the morning. Private space. Comfortable stay.

This was my 3rd visit to Jennifer’s Villa’s and it had been great each time. She has put in so much time and thought into the decor and it’s beautiful. It has all the comforts of being home. She is such an attentive, gracious host. I am very grateful to have found such a lovely place to stay. Thank you Jennifer.

Solid place, clean, good communicator, easy street parking. Walking to some restaurants and shops (note: not easily walkable to the old center). Like many homes, it's an older home so the floors are quite slanted, which I think makes the soft bed very slanted and not a great sleep, but doable. Yes, there is a train nearby that comes through early, but we were able to fall back asleep. We enjoyed.

Clean, comfortable place in a charming town with a plethora of good food and shopping all surrounded by the beautiful low country. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Firstly, communication with the property owners was perfect. Secondly (when we arrived), in a word, WOW! This place is like a museum. The owners have done an amazing job of keeping it authentic but with the usual modern conveniences including hi-speed internet and door locks with codes to access. Bottom line is that the cost/day reflects what this amazing period property offers in addition to its perfect central Savannah location. We would stay here again and again if and no doubt when we return to Savannah.

We had an amazing stay, The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk or ride to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do on Tybee Island. Kevin was an excellent host, always quick to respond and super helpful throughout the entire process. Renting golf carts was definitely the best decision for getting around the island and made our trip even more fun. The outdoor spaces and beach chairs provided were a nice touch too. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!”

The home was beautiful and the location was convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the river walk easily and there was plenty of parking. It was very clean and stocked well. Definitely recommend it to all looking for a place to stay in Savannah!

The location is very peaceful compared to the bustle at Harbour Town. There is a small nature reserve at the end of the street which makes for a lovely walk. I loved the loft as soon as the electric kettle was spotted! So unusual to have a fully stocked and functional kitchen. Extra kudos for the welcome items in the fridge, eggs, orange juice, prosecco and fresh fruit on the counter. The hosts were even so thoughtful as to provide bug and sun spray. Thanks so much for a flawless stay on Deer Island.

Family trip to Hilton Head- 6 adults, a toddler and a 6 month old. The house was beautiful and had a great layout! They had a few baby items already there (and plates/cups/utensils for toddlers) which was a huge help! Short walk to the beach and the covered pool was great. Toddler loved having movie night with the movie theatre room! We are already hoping to come back next year!

Beautiful home with amazing back porch to relax on and excellent mother-in-law suite! Cute pizza restaurant around the corner! Beds comfy kitchen stocked huge tv’s!!

We had a fabulous long weekend at Bosch Huis in Savannah. There was plenty of space for our girls lacrosse team. Everything was beautifully decorated and the house was more than equipped with everything you could need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful views, a fire pit, porches and a lovely garden suite in the bottom floor. The egg swing was a favorite! You definitely can’t go wrong with this house! Highly recommend.

Would definitely come back. Great house in a great area. Courtney is very responsive and friendly, and everything to do with the house was very easy and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s place!! He and his team were life savers after we had to leave our first place in Savanah due to some issues. Their customer service was top-notch, and the home was gorgeously appointed and ideally located — it lives up to the Luxury name!!! Great beds, high end finishes, private, secure garage parking, elevator, and a 240v plug for charging EV vehicles was a huge plus. The kitchen was beautiful and functional, and we especially enjoyed playing Clue at the dining room table in the evenings. :) We loved grilling on the deck and lounging by the fire pit. It’s a great neighborhood for walking your dog, and the bakery down the street is fantastic!!! Easy 15 minute walk along the river to historic downtown, 10-15 minute drive to most of Savannah, or hop on the ferry to get to the convention center. A quiet neighborhood right on the water, but still close to everything. We truly loved our stay and hope to come back when we’re in Savannah again!!

We absolutely loved the place! The unit was very clean, beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very nicely stocked, and there were great views, quiet, and nice amenities! We were very happy, and the location was ideal, close to Port Royal Golf Club, where my son was doing the JPGA camp daily. We loved the beach for running and walking, which stretches about 3 miles to the north and nearly 2 miles to the south. The gym was just right and not crowded. They had everything we needed at the unit. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do, although we could have biked to everything. The neighborhood is tucked away in a quiet area and is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! I very much recommend it. We were able to book Chucks place the day before we were heading to Savannah which was very convenient. Chuck kept in touch with us and throughly went through all instructions. We were even able to check in a little earlier than the expected check in time! The area might look a little sketchy at first but we had absolutely no issues by any means. The inside was very beautiful and very cleanly. Will most definitely stay here again in the near future! :) Thank you so much Chuck!

This unit has a picture perfect location and we had an excellent stay. Finding a large unit wasn’t easy, but this one ticked all the boxes: spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was fully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the stunning ocean views and sunrises every morning. The hosts provided clear instructions for a seamless check-in/out process. We would happily stay here again! ✨🏖️
