Very very clean and hosts super responsive. I had 3 elderly women all 87 yo and older so few steps for them ..3 bedrooms on main floor which was perfect. Nice supply of coffee for the ladies. Close to things...Walmart restaurants, grocery stores (and the ER which we had to utilize) all within 1 to 2 miles.I had couple of suggestions and hosts very receptive!

This was a great fit for our group and friends that visited while we were there. We felt at home and had everything we needed. The big garage area made things extra special for us.

The Gathering Place was a great home to spend my son's Spring Break. We loved the hot tub and projector with large screen. There was plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our boys. Split level house allowed privacy for kids and adults, when needed. Highly recommend this home.

If you need a clean, spacious , well-located place to stay in Sioux Falls, this is your place. It is right off the main shopping area in the city, but was on a peaceful street. Everything was spotlessly clean and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of extra bedding and cooking supplies. We only stayed one night, but were thankful to find a place that was so nice and cheaper than two hotel rooms, where the kids wouldn't have any space. We would love this to be our go-to place to stay when passing through Sioux Falls again!

Very close to things to do. Great view of the lake. Plenty of room in the main room and on the deck. Only two and a half bathrooms. They were nice and clean but with eight people only two full baths make things a little crowded at times. Nice kitchen area. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Many more not far away. Overall a great place.

Best bang for the buck. Beautiful open, clean space that can house and feed two whole families. Plenty to do and room for everyone to have space. Just perfect.

Great home with multiple rooms and beds for a larger family to stay comfortably. The game room in the garage was great and provided with multiple hours of fun and some competition. Decent amount of parking. Was very clean and provided a lot of amenities that were great. They were very responsible for any questions that we had and were more than willing to help out if we had any concerns. It was a great weekend for our family, and we would totally look forward to renting this again.

Our family had a great time and stay. Very roomy for all 6 of us plus a dog. Fenced in back yard. Great neighborhood. A lot of fun things to do nearby. Rod’s home will definitely be our place of choice next time we are in Sioux Falls. Thanks for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere!
