Great house with nice size bedrooms, good social space and amazing location near the sea.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

Absolutely incredible stay just what we needed it was quiet and private and peaceful even for a weekend I loved my stay with my partner and sister in law I will definitely be booking here again so comfortable beds to and the shower was amazing and the kitchen just felt like cooking at home thank you so much Stephen for making it feel like home I will definitely be back again from Scotland :)

Tive uma estadia muito boa com eles , o apartamento fica bem no centro numa região muito boa da cidade perto de tudo , não tive a necessidade de pedir nada no apartamento pois nele eu tinha tudo que precisava , tudo muito limpo e organizado , espero voltar mais vezes , recomendo vivamente de olhos fechados

Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Can’t get more central! Stayed here with a few mates and had no issues with the property. It was clean, spacious and equipped with the majority of amenities you’d need. Location wise can’t beat it, smack bang in the middle of Bigg Market everywhere central is walkable, restaurants, bars, shops all 10 mins at max. Only small downside was that the bedroom next to the living room was a bit noisy in the morning, but generally no sound issues. Would recommend!

Nice modern flat. Beds were clean and comfortable. Close to the centre but still peaceful. Would stay again.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

I’d rate these people as SUPER HOSTS with their friendly, informative and prompt communications. They supplied a fully documented guide for household equipment which was second to none. Also, simple instructions to gain entrance to property and even advice where to walk our dog. The apartment was immaculate and yet cosy — we had a great stay. Thank you Ben & Sarah

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Twas a good place

A lovely flat which was perfect for our weekend in Newcastle. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Myra is an outstanding host. She was very helpful and quite accommodating. Quick responses and would answer any questions we had before and during the stay. The place was very clean and had everything one would need for a short or long term visit. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Newcastle.

We have stayed at a couple of Ryan's properties, and they are all great. Communication is sent straight away to access the property and contact details for if anything is needed throughout the stay. All properties are a home away from home and we are never left disappointed. Thank you,

The property is beautiful but Billy and Gill made our stay extra special. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, safe, cosy and exactly as described. There is a large lounge to relax in with a great range of DVDS, games and books. We also had access to the games room which our boys were intrigued by and found a lovely Pinocchio book, Disney jigsaw puzzle and had a little go on the snooker table. But the stand out was the garden with treehouse, trampoline and ride on toys - our boys were obsessed - it was all perfect for our needs. Nice little extra touches were the welcome treats on arrival for both us and our kids and a bottle milk in the fridge. Billy and Gill always had time to talk and make sure everything was okay for us. I had a treatment with Gill which was amazing and would definitely recommend. Already planning our next trip at Stonelea House - thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

Amazing stay, felt at home and Tom couldn’t be anymore helpful. Would recommend him to anyone. We got egg from his chickens that he gave us, wood provided the first time of use and the hot was a bonus and heated up within 2 hours with the fire. Overall loved our stay and defiantly will be back to stay with TOM. Thanks again. The place was clean and easy findable with what3words.

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!
