We had a fantastic stay. Wonderful, peaceful house in a location that is accessible by car within 90 minutes of Stockholm. There is a short ferry onto the island that comes very regularly, making the trip very easy. Would highly recommend for the beautiful and peaceful surroundings

Wir waren mehr als begeistert!! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und war top ausgestattet! Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen! 🌞🇸🇪

Nice cabin in a beautiful area with the forest and lakes right behind the house. Linda and David were very hospitable and helped with any issues we had.

Camilla was a great host and we liked the house a lot. We can thoroughly recommend a stay.

Trivdes kanon, bra stuga med närhet till sjön.

l' alloggio di Jimmy ci ha offerto tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e ci ha reso il soggiorno molto confortevole. ottima possibilità di cucinare nella cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata. Nonostante le piccole dimensioni offriva tutti i confort , come lavatrice, televisore e speaker per la musica. Buona anche la connessione Wi-FI. Unica nota leggermente meno positiva, il boiler troppo piccolo che ci limitava un po' nella durata delle docce. Molto vicino a tutti i mezzi di trasporto per la città e ben servito di negozi per i primi generi alimentari. In ogni caso un posto fantastico in cui soggiornare a Stoccolma. Ci torneremo!! Consigliatissimo!!

We had a fabulous few days at Asa’s cabin. The location was excellent, so easy to get to from Stockholm on the bus (only 40 minutes) and the surrounding area was so peaceful. The cabin had everything we could ask for and was perfect for a relaxing few days. We would most definitely go back.

Très joli chalet au calme dans un très bel environnement. La description est totalement fidèle à la réalité. Katerina a été une très bonne hôte : elle a eu la gentillesse de mettre en route le chauffage avant notre arrivée, et de nous laisser tout le bois dont nous avions besoin pour profiter de la cheminée. Le jacuzzi était parfait, c’était un Bonheur. Très propre et confortable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! C’est un parfait refuge pour se reposer au calme.

We loved our time at Patrik's place. We felt right at home and Patrik was very responsive to any questions that we had during the stay. Our 4 year old daughter particularly loved the swing and the visits from the cat and deer! The house had everything we needed and we found the beds really comfortable. The area was stunning with loads of hikes straight from the doorstep and lots more things to see and enjoy with a little travel (can do this via local buses very easily). We would definitely recommend this place for people looking for a peaceful get away. Thanks so much Patrik for being a wonderful host!

Gerne wieder falls ich mal wieder in Stockholm bin 👌

We waren er o.a. voor ons werk, waarvoor een snelle internetverbinding nodig was. Matthew had dit binnen 2 dag perfect geregeld. Hij is easy going en zeer aan honden verknocht. Kon met vragen altijd bij hem terecht + was altijd erg snel met antwoorden. Zeer prettige verhuurder. Zou zo weer bij hem de cabin willen huren. Vanaf het huis was er een busverbinding die er tussen 30-40 min over deed om bij Slussen te komen, alwaar je dan Stockholm centrum lopend kon bereiken of je kon met de snelle metro (tunnelbanan) snel naar de plaats van bestemming. Ideaal dus.

Super schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger und sehr schönen Umgebung. Super nette Gastgeber.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna war wirklich sehr schön! Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt, da wir sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden! Anna hat uns einige Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben und Karten zur Orientierung, sodass wir uns sehr schnell zurecht gefunden haben! Die Hütte war super gemütlich und warm. Auch die Kommunikation mit Anna war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

Andra besöket i stugan som är väldigt mysig och finns det man behöver! Fortfarande lite stökigt runt omkring med byggnation av vägar, men det var vi informerade om. Denna gång svårt att ta sig promenadväg till den gemensamma strandytan. Vacker utsikt, något dammigt/gräsigt i bäddsoffan när vi kom men annars allt bra☺️ vi är mycket nöjda och man får bra instruktioner från värdarna Anette och Allan!

Trevlig och mysig vistelse – vi trivdes bra hos er och uppskattade boendets charm och lugn.

Det fanns verkligen mycket att göra och vi uppskattade möjligheten att kunna njuta av naturen och omgivningarna. Vi uppskattade verkligen den service och hjälp vi fick av er under vår vistelse. Det var trevligt att kunna kontakta er när vi behövde något och att ni var tillgängliga för att svara på våra frågor. Det enda vi skulle kunna tänka oss förbättra är [om det finns något specifikt], men överlag var vår upplevelse väldigt positiv. Für uns war es eine ideale Lage, man konnte unkompliziert mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Stockholm erreichen, mit dem Auto sind wir schon in kurzer Zeit im Naturreservat und bei den Schären gewesen, hatte tolle Wanderungen, sehr empfehlenswert :)

Lovely cabin, and very comfortable for two. Can recommend if you want to enjoy Tyresta National Park.

The cabin was perfect for the stay I had planned: exploring the nature outside of Stockholm but also spending some time in the city. It was also nice just being in the cabin, and meeting all the animals on the farm :) Caroline was a lovely host, she gave me lots of recommendations and was always up for a chat :) If you‘re looking for something where the wild (I saw deer and a moose outside the cabin!) meets civilisation, this cabin is where you should stay! The only downside for me was the closeness to the road, which was very present (to see and to hear) - so it‘s good to know that it‘s not a remote cabin in the woods :) But the road also means really good public transport connections to the city of Stockholm and national park of Tyresö!

Brilliant long weekend stay. Beautiful cabin right on the water, we made use of the kayaks daily! Amanda was a responsive and friendly host, we would definitely recommend this stunning place.

I had a very nice stay at Erika’s and Anders’s place. They are wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is nicely renovated and very well planned. The location is great, we enjoyed some walk in the neighborhood, and there are nice activities at about 15min by car (Björnönaturreservat, Artipelag, Gustavsberg, …). We highly recommend.

Ein wirklich süßes Häuschen ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Eine kleine Mappe mit Tipps für die Umgebung, Ausflugszielen in Stockholm oder auch eine kurze Beschreibung, wo der nächste Supermarkt ist etc wäre schön gewesen. Haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt!

Styvnäset is a beautiful place to stay and the team are brilliant. The location is gorgeous but would not be easy for everyone to get to. Staying here was worth every penny however it’s not for the unorganised or unprepared. You need to plan carefully for food and supplies. The local town is Dalarö and is a very beautiful place with lovely restaurants and a marina. It’s possible to drive there in 20 minutes however walking back to your car depending on where you park can take an hour plus. I would recommend this host. They are brilliant with local knowledge and suggestions and they were very honest about what we could expect. For those of an adventurous nature this is a great place to stay. I would book it again.
