Thank you for sharing your place with us. You got us in at the last minute but we have everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and easy. If we need a place to stay in the area again, this will be the first place I check. Thank you for everything!

My best friend and I spent 4 days here and loved every single second of it. The house was spotless, kitchen very well stocked, and that leather sofa in the living room facing the sound was everything we needed to catch up, knit, bird watch, and just reflect. It’s a lovely vacation home, but it is fairly rural so there are very few restaurants near by without going back into Edenton. Still…we came armed with groceries and an excellent bottle of bourbon. It was perfect.

This stay was truly one of the best we have ever had. The location was beautiful and the house was cozy. We watched every sunset and sunrise on the pier-breathtaking! We enjoyed the hot tub on chilly nights. We met a couple of the neighbors and they were incredibly friendly and considerate. We 100% want to return to this location!

Thanks Rachel (and Tim) for another great stay. I appreciated the space to park my boat and as always the great banana bread. Betty’s Bungalow serves my needs perfectly and I look forward to my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay House, it was beautiful and had everything we needed for a long, relaxing weekend stay. We really appreciated all the nicer finishes in the house and outside too. The view was amazing. Janna was extremely responsive and a great host. We will definitely go back, hopefully when some family can join us there in warmer weather.

Beautiful Soundfront cottage on small quiet road in a little town. Kitchen was well equipped, whole house very clean. Beds were very comfortable . Screened in porch was great for rainy days and the fire pit was amazing .

We had a relaxing stay in a peaceful, country setting. The home has a cozy, private feel, and we really enjoyed the beautiful weather and quiet time by the water. Fishing was a fun bonus, and the views made for a really calming backdrop. The house had what we needed for a comfortable week stay, and the host was kind and responsive in communications. It’s definitely a place for unplugging and slowing down, and we appreciated the chance to recharge in a quieter corner of the state.

Tranquility was just what we were hoping for. The house and grounds are lovely and looked just like the photos. The view from the deck is amazing!! This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, which we did! Michael is a wonderful host, anticipating almost anything you might need. The house was spotless and has all the amenities you could ask for. It's also a great location for day trips to other areas. We couldn't have asked for anything more and would definitely stay there again.

Me and my family keep going back for a reason. This place is perfect for a get away and has all the newest appliances and Electronics. Very peaceful and very spacious. Definitely worth the money!

Place is peaceful and quiet. Area is very pretty and you seriously sit on the porch and only hear the birds in the area. It is so quiet and peaceful. Home was very clean and the hosts are very kind and helpful with what to do in the area. Definitely will be looking to come back and just enjoy peace and quiet. Thank you so much for the stay!!
