Renta de lofts vacacionales en Tyrrhenian Sea

Marco m’a très bien accueilli à mon arrivée et m’avait proposé le transfert aéroport jusqu’au logement qui s’avérait très pratique. L’hôte est vraiment gentil et parle bien le français c’est agréable. Le logement était fonctionnel et vraiment très bien situé entre le Vatican et le Colisée que j’ai pu faire à pied avec ma fille de 8 ans, un régal. Je recommande ce logement. Plein de restaurants à 1 min de l’appartement et en plein centre historique vraiment heureux de ce voyage et merci Marco.

Great Host, Location, and Comfort. Easy to reach from the airport, it is in Trastevere and manages to be a very quiet place. I enjoyed my stay, and Francesco is a welcoming and responsive host.

Wir haben uns bei Marissa sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man sehr ruhig, aber nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte ideal. Gute Anbindung mit dem 30er Bus. Der absperrbare PKW-Stellplatz ist klasse

this is what all air b n b places should be like... host's parents met us there and explained everything clearly. Fridge and cupboards stocked with the essentials, in case you don't feel like shopping, with a very reasonable price list for anything you choose to use without replacing. really comfy bed , good coffee machine, and hot powerful shower are three things important to me, and this place ticked all those boxes. just a ten minute walk to the city centre. Francesco, if ever you want to sell this place, I would live here!

Ilaria and the magic loft were fantastic. The loft had all the great parts of old Rome - from ancient paintings to being neighbors with a church - while having all the modern amenities of a comfortable shower and easy to use kitchen. Close to so many things that aren’t touristy or kitsch - able to experience some of a real Roman experience. Ilaria was quick to respond from before the visit, met us exactly on time to check in, and was responsive to questions that came up along the way, offering quick fixes or advice on how to handle little things. Was able to really feel at home in Rome!!!

Modestino was the best host we’ve ever had. He was so responsive and answered any questions we had. He gave us so many recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We actually got to meet him one day and he was so kind and welcoming. The apartment was extremely affordable and 1000% worth what we paid. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will be staying again when I come back.

Antonio war ein super Gastgeber, super freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Neapel, die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, man konnte sehr gut alles zu Fuß erreichen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung kein Tageslichtfenster hatte, das störte uns jedoch nicht weiter. Bei kleinen Problemen im er uns sehr entgegen. Er hatte hilfreiche Tipps, um den Aufenthalt in der Stadt einfach zu gestalten. Der Check in und Check out konnten wir flexibel regeln, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent stay at a very nice apartment perfect for three people. Close to the Colloseum and other beautiful places. Monica and her partner gave perfect directions. The stay was perfect! Thank you!

My husband & I had a great time staying in Daria’s apt. It’s as sunny & beautiful as the photos. The location is on a great street, quiet, central and an easy walk to lovely sights, restaurants, shopping and anything you might want. We found restaurants open even after a late night at the opera. Visited a cool, small jazz club, just doors down from apt. Most importantly, Daria was an exceptional host…quick to reply to every text & question..she also stocked her refrigerator with a mix of beverages, plus Swiss chocolate and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. Her uncle Georgio was also terrific. Loved the place and hope to visit again. G & T, Connecticut (USA)

We spend a great time in Rome and the Location were we stay was right next to the Fontana do Trevi, nice and clean place to stay , definitely recommendable. Thanks Dunia for advice and your friendly guide.

Amazing stay at Irene's Airbnb. The location is stunning, 5 minutes from Plaza del Duomo. The airbnb is so beautiful. It feels like a florentine dream! Irene was very nice, she even booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport. There is indeed a disco club not far away from the airbnb but we were able to sleep without problems. This did not bother us. You should totally stay in this airbnb.

L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, bien placé en plein coeur de la ville et à la fois très calme. Le lit d'hôtellerie est un vrai plus, on y dort comme dans les bons hôtels :) Chloé est très disponible, arrangeante et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Federica is an outstanding host, and did so much to make our arrival seamless and our stay a joy. I felt like I had a private concierge assisting me with my entire trip! She is a fabulous communicator and was always one step ahead of me with providing information. I had hesitations about staying in an Airbnb vs a hotel for our first time in Italy, thinking we'd want hotel staff to rely on, but Federica was a thousand times more helpful than any on-site hotel staff I have experienced. The loft itself was exactly like the pictures and was a very cozy environment for my family. The location could not be better - it is close to bustling areas like Campo di Fiore and walkable to madhouse busy sites like the Trevi Fountain, but the street itself and much of the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful with everyday life, teenagers going to school, Italians heading to work or church, etc. - for such a central location, it was oddly and delightfully non-touristy (aside from us ; ). Total gem!

Maria was very helpful and very responsive and accommodating to our request to check in early and met our needs. She continue to check in to ensure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Adalberto è un ottimo host, sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. Il suo appartamento è nel centro storico di Urbino vicino a tutto. Appartamento pulito, grande, panoramico e attrezzato con tutto quello che serve in cucina.

Ev tam istediğim gibiydi. Rahat bir konaklama sağladı. Konumu çok iyiydi. Merkezi noktalara yürüyerek 10-15 dakika sürmeden ulaşılabiliyor. Dört günlük seyahatim boyunca sadece yürüyerek Roma’nın bir çok sembolünü görebildim. Dört günün sonunda evden ayrılmayı hiç istemedim. Roma’yı tekrar ziyaret ettiğimde kesinlikle yeniden burada kalmayı isterim. Stefano’nun anlatımları çok iyiydi. Soru sorduğumda da çok hızlı dönüş yaptı. Benim için son dönemdeki en keyifli seyahatlerimden biri oldu.

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

Nous avons vécu une aventure avec Valerio. Il devait nous recevoir un soir où son logement à subit un dégât des eaux, et à très vite pris les choses en main en téléphonant à des hôtels pour nous trouver une chambre. Il était tard et pourtant il a su nous venir en aide. En plus dans un endroit très bien et propre. Vraiment très satisfait de cet hôte. Merci beaucoup

Monica’s place is awesome! Beautiful view of the Tuscany and an outside porch with a table and chairs to have meals and enjoy the view. The airbnb was very clean, and well furnished. Monica and her husband are incredible hosts, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

un appartement très bien situé que nous connaissions déjà en période estivale et qui est aussi agréable en hiver.le calme a cette période est très reposant. l appartement en lui même correspond en tout point à ce qui est dit dans la description. l arrivée est simple et en cas de soucis Julia est là. allez y a n importe quelle période de l année. abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , casetta accogliente e con tutti i comfort descritti , il signor Gianni e sua moglie persone squisite, gentili e cordiali, ci hanno anche dato consigli sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Il loft gode anche di una bellissima vista panoramica con un piccolo e delizioso porticato da cui poter ammirare il panorama. Loft super consigliato , noi ci torneremo sicuramente !

Appartamento molto vicino al centro, zona tranquilla e con supermercato sotto casa. Pulito, ordinato, essenziale. Consiglio assolutamente!
